Aunque el hotel es un poco de año, todos los equipos de instalaciones están bien mantenidos, lo único que es que el tronco de energía y la puerta y la ventana están un poco viejos. El servicio está completo, dondequiera que esté, el personal de servicio puede llamar exactamente su nombre. Todo el consumo no tiene que firmar, la cuenta de la casa de servicio se limpia automáticamente. Y el personal de servicio siempre sabe cuándo no estás en la habitación, la máquina de limpiar la habitación, limpiar diez veces al día, el paraíso controlado por los detalles. Luego, seguramente traerá a la familia de nuevo.

Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around. Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.

If you are looking for size, this hotel is perfect. Very spacious, with balcony overlooking mountain. However if you are looking for a modern kind of accommodation, you need to look elsewhere. Important: Overhead shower in the bathtub, no shower curtain, nor safety handheld bar. not suitable for elderly parents. Room amenities and faciilties: tired. Need major upgrade.

I asked workers to change my room because my room was too noisy due to the live music in front of the hotel. The receptionists instantly addressed the issue and introduced a new quiet room. And I asked to finish the laundry earlier than usual because I needed to leave the hotel earlier to catch the flight. And, the receptionist also handled this quickly and delivered laundries on time. I can't appreciate enough their service and hospitality.

It’s my first stay in Louise Kienne Pemuda. I love the fact that it is located in the centre of the city and it is literally next to a shopping mall, only 2 minutes walk, I can actually see the mall through my hotel window. The lobby was clean, the security guard was very respectful, the front desk lady was helpful, I requested room on the high floor and they provided me with my request. The roof top pool is probably what makes this hotel so famous, at night, you can view the whole Semarang city. The house keeping staff was also helpful. Their breakfast is mostly Indonesian and very few western choices. Not my best breakfast experience but overall I am not complaining because they perform good service.

La ubicación es excelente, a pie a las atracciones turísticas más famosas de Semarang y también a las tiendas comerciales. El hotel está bien decorado con una cama muy grande y cómoda, generalmente el personal es agradable y útil, excepto uno o dos en el conteo de cheque.

my go to hotel for my business trip, the room was nice and clean, the bathroom also. very welcoming and helpful staff. i once forgot my wireless earphones and the staff contacted me, very well appreciated. and i always like the Quran recitation in the room also there is a supermarket right across the hotel

Lovely stay at Padma. The staffs seem to love their job and genuinely helpful. The facility is also nice with its swimming pool, archery, playground, kids club. All these are included with your stay, no extra fee regardless the room type you choose. There is no need to choose room with package cos it is free for hotel guest. Check the activities schedules on their website. We chose flower decorating, which is quite fun. Breakfast is amazing. A big spread of Indonesian culinary, make sure you spend enough time to enjoy them. Kids do not eat free, the room only includes 2 breakfast. Kids pay about rmb 60, which is still great as they hv very good menu & quality. Overall we have a wonderful stay at Padma
