Todo está bien. La hora de salida es a las 11, pero la señora de la limpieza acaba de llegar a las 10:30, ¡muy apurada!

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

Y el paseo panorámico está al lado de la estación del teleférico. Está a menos de 7 minutos a pie de la estación central de autobuses donde llega el autobús desde el aeropuerto. Desde esta estación de autobuses salen muchos autobuses de diferentes islas. El hombre de recepción fue muy amable y servicial. Él (lo siento, olvidé su nombre) muestra en el mapa los puntos importantes para visitar. En resumen, el hotel está situado cerca de todas las atracciones y restaurantes importantes. El desayuno se sirve en la habitación y no es caro.

This hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent in the UK. As we have never been to Greece and I’m incredibly disappointed and upset also out of pocket by €1500. They know my wife and I have 2 teenage children aged 15/17 The website stipulates captions say that this is a “suite” and has a living area. (See below) but our “suite” was actually just one room (visible in the pictures, but the caption is misleading!). The two extra beds are just a thin mattress placed in top of a stone plinth and the so called beds are in a L shape far too small for two teenagers. It’s just one square room with a double and these two mattresses. From the website: Superior Suite Traditionally decorated suite, up to 4 persons, spacious private terrace, a/c, LCD TV, satellite TV, mini fridge, shower amenities, kettle, living area, ideal for couples and families. The Executive Suite room has two exhaust fans - one the the shower and separately another in the toilet. When the lights with exhaust fans are switched on, the whole room stinks of sewerage. The bathroom doesn’t have a door at all, nor does the shower, it is very inconvenient for two and even worse for four. Also the door which access to the bathroom could not close correctly, not nice for people going in toilet and you can hear everything. The suite has bugs my wife’s legs had bites after sitting on the bed in the room while I was arguing with the owner. Not at all hygienic. There were no proper places to place four suitcases. The “suite” was extremely noisy as it’s in a main road on an incline so busses, scooters and quad bikes are roaring up the hill constantly. The website also stipulates there is a villa unit which I asked to upgrade to and was willing to pay but the owner said it doesn’t exist ! False advertising. The website showed a pool but the photos are misleading as the pool was tiny. Our entire experience was ruined due to the owners attitude. I complained about these issues first to the travel agent in the UK who told me to speak to the receptionist which we did, returning from town immediately. She was very kind. However the owner suddenly bowed up and reversed her decision to refund us about these issues, he flatly refused to refund me. He became very angry and argumentative, totally unprofessional and rude. He shouted at me and made no effort to help me find another hotel. I was so stressed and upset. (I’m 65 years old) We never checked in and called around to find another property for 4 nights and the owner kept my money over €1000 which I intend to take up with the travel agent who booked this property for me. What made matters worse was they the receptionist was very kind and told me and my wife before the owner arrived we would have to pay of one night and that the owner would refund the balance. He told me after that she has no authority: I quote from the owner’s FB messenger text to me: “The girl from the reception has no idea, I am the one who takes the decisions

Excelente ubicación, prácticamente puedes quedarte en tu habitación y tener una vista hermosa de Santorini. El trato del personal es excepcional, hacen que te sientas muy cómodo, alberca individual climatizada, desayuno a tu habitación programado. Se disfruta más Santorini hospedándote en este hotel; días antes estuve en otro hotel en otra zona de Santorini y dejaba mucho que desear, vale la pena pagar un poco más para tener una experiencia inolvidable!

Nuestra estancia en Eteoro ha sido inmejorable. Imerovigli es sin duda la mejor zona de Santorini. Estuvimos unos días en Oía pero no es comparable. Imerovigli esta más alto y las vistas son más espectaculares. En cuanto a nuestra estancia, decir que desde nuestra habitación, disfrutamos de esas vistas de escándalo con la privacidad suficiente, algo bastante complicado de los hoteles en Santorini. El desayuno exquisito y la cama súper cómoda. Repetiríamos una y mil veces más. Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir tan a gusto! Esperamos que podamos repetir pronto!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. This was one of two hotels we stayed in on Santorini. The room was nice, and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine. Power went out for a little bit at night, but it came back promptly. Breakfast wasn't bad, but did not offer many options. Service was great - the front desk happily made a reservation for us at one of the best sunset restaurants on the island. Location was great! Nicely located, right before the pedestrian-only part of Oia.

Estoy muy satisfecho con este hotel. El jefe me envió un regalo. Absolutamente el mejor mirando la vista del sol. Estaba en el balcón y miraba hacia abajo. Los turistas me miraron hacia arriba. Los ex-miembros me adoraban hermosa y me iba a tomar fotos. La escena es muy hermosa, La próxima vez que vaya a Santo Torini, escogerá esta casa, un centavo por un trato, definitivamente ganará el dinero que gasta, gracias de nuevo al jefe, la única atención es que dos personas pueden permanecer, tener un niño mayor de 12 años necesitan más dinero, 80 euros por noche

Hemos viajado a la Grecia continental y a varias islas en diversas ocasiones, aunque nunca antes en Santorini. No habíamos elegido este hotel. Fuimos a parar ahí por un problema con la reserva que teníamos en otro. Aelia Luxury Suites es un hotel estupendo situado cerca del aeropuerto en el centro de la isla, cosa que facilita los desplazamientos hacia el norte o sur. El personal es muy atento, servicial y amable. Instalaciones estupendas. Estuvimos en una junior suite, muy espaciosa, diáfana y bien equipada. Limpieza muy buena en habitación y todas las zonas. Dispone de 4 jacuzzis al aire libre y una piscina. Buena calidad de las comidas y buen servicio. Desayuno muy variado y completo. Pero si lo que se busca en Santorini es un hotel con un ambiente más propio del lugar, con más personalidad, más griego, con un cierto encanto, no lo podemos recomendar. Este hotel podría estar ubicado en cualquier ciudad del mundo, da igual Barcelona, Londres, Nueva York, Paris o Roma. En ningún momento nos pareció tener la sensación de estar en Grecia. La música que sonaba sin parar en las zonas comunes (todas exteriores) bar, restaurante, piscina, jacuzzi, era reggaetón mayoritariamente. No sirvieron nunca algunos de los platos típicos como mousaka, dolmades (hojas de parra rellenas), o verduras rellenas, por ejemplo, aunque realmente la comida era muy buena. Si vais, no dejéis de probar la sopa de tomate, una delicia! Y tampoco olvidéis probar la portokalopita (postre a base de naranja)! Nunca habíamos comido una tan buena! Resumiendo: muy buen hotel, muy agradable (excepto por el reggaetón), y donde se come muy bien.

De hecho, todo el mundo puede , el personal está bien, y verte todos sonriendo. Las instalaciones están mal, hay un masaje  . El desayuno es bueno, se sugiere que todos los libros se sirvan de comida, y en realidad se le haga un punto de conexión de la mañana. Tal vez conozco el lugar de la comida, la ubicación es realmente buena, hay un taxi que será conveniente para la comida, y hay autobuses para la comida sin necesidad de la comida. Pero hay mucho espacio en la habitación.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido estupenda. La habitación era preciosa y estaba muy bien decorada ,amueblada, cómoda y espaciosa. La puerta de la misma conectaba con el inmejorable paisaje exterior de la conocida como Caldera. El desayuno que nos sirvieron estaba muy rico y tenía bastante cantidad de comida. La atención de los trabajadores fue estupenda: atenta, amable y detallista. Al ir solo una noche, nos dieron al llegar una habitación mejor de la que habíamos alquilado, al tenerla disponible. Nos ayudaron también a cargar las maletas a la entrada y a la salida. No tenemos ninguna queja del hotel, repetiríamos la estancia sin dudarlo, felicidades.

Después de dos días, llegan más de tres horas, esperan una hora para limpiar y permanecen más de cuatro horas. La habitación y las instalaciones de ocio no son buenas. La puerta de la habitación está cerrada por la noche, la puerta está más fuerte y el viento está más grande. El desayuno es rico, es que hay un servicio que no puede venir, no se ha enviado café negro. Esta temporada también tiene un precio de 150 dólares por mes y es mejor que viva en Oia.

Mejor de lo esperado, el hotel nos dio el ascenso al piso más alto de la habitación, el balcón con bañera al aire libre, ¡vista magnífica! Las instalaciones de la habitación también son buenas, los artículos de tocador son Bulgari y el vino también se entrega. El personal de servicio también fue muy cálido y acogedor. La habitación había ido a la habitación varias veces al día, y él también ayudó a recoger su equipaje y se dirigió a la estación. El desayuno es muy exquisito, se come en el restaurante, también puedes optar por enviar a la habitación. ¡Ven a Oia para impulsar esta casa!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. O, la, la. What to say about this wonderful hotel? First of all, we booked a room with a side sea view, and they give us a room with a sea view. The room was a small, but we have everything that we needed. Everything was very clean, and the lady who cleaned our room was so nice and friendly. We didn’t use pool, because it was always busy, but it doesn’t matter to us. Location is good. Everything is close enough. In hotel bar is everyday happy hotel from 20h-21h and that’s amazing. Crew in bar olso amazing. Reception staff olso. And now to move on on my favourite, favourite thing about this hotel-STAFF. (RESTAURANT) They are so welcoming, nice, friendly, good people, opened heart, very pleasant, they are a soul of this hotel, and my fionce and I was so impressed. Hotel manager is very kind, and off course all the team. ( I was crying when we are leaving) We really enjoy here in Semiramis city hotel, and we recommend this hotel very high! … I could say more, but I recommend everyone to visit and to see what I’m talking about. A very nice hotel , friendly staff , close to the city center . We had decided to eat outside but tried breakfast which had plenty of delicious greek dishes Rania the recepsionist was very sweet and helpful . I would reccomend this hotel to anyone , couple , family , or solo travellers , for sure you feel welcome at Castellum !

La struttura si raggiunge facilmente da Rodi con il pullman che parte dalla bus station più o meno ogni ora per soli €5,50 e la fermata è proprio davanti al White. La struttura è meravigliosa, formata da tante terrazze, comprensiva di 2 piscine per adulti e due per bambini; 2 bar a bordo piscina, 1 creperia, 1 bar nella hall; un ristorante panoramico, e 3 sale buffet, 2 su terrazza e 1 al chiuso. Sono disponibili sia stanze che suites. La nostra camera era al piano della piscina alta, enorme, molto pulita, con doccia e vasca. Ogni giorno nella pulizia della camera era inclusio il cambio delle bottiglie dell'acqua, dei numerosi prodotti beauty e degli asciugamani (compresi accappatoi e ciabatte da camera). Con la formula all inclusive abbiamo usufruito di colazione, pranzo e cena a buffet e accesso illimitato alla creperia e ai bar. Il personale è gentile e disponibile ad accontentare ogni esigenza. Ogni giorno è presente l'animazione della piscina bassa e musica dal vivo la sera. Semplicemente attraversando la strada si accede alla spiaggia privata, attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini imbottiti da cui è possibile usufruire anche del servizio bar (sempre incluso). Insomma per rilassarsi è l'ideale, sia in coppia che in famiglia.

Here is the review. Location: The hotel is located a short 2 minutes walk from the beach. Its close to the casino & many cafes, restaurants, shops & bars are only a few minutes walk away. Very central. The hotel is central to all that Rhodes town has to offer. Staff: The staff are very friendly & efficient at their jobs. We were checked in by Irene & she is so warm & welcoming after a long night flight. All cleaning staff we met were also very friendly & helpful. Rooms: This is a very new hotel. The entire hotel is very clean & smells very fresh. Our room was on the first floor with a partial sea view. The bed was comfortable & there was a choice of two pillows. The bathroom was adequate too but there seemed to be an issue with the seal in the shower & unless you were very careful the water leaked out onto the floor. Room Facilities: Plenty of cupboard space for clothing. A fridge & safe. Lighting was good too. Coffee maker and small tabletop stove supplied. Negatives: As stated the shower was leaking at the bottom tray when in use. One one occasion there was no toilet roll replenished. There was a lack of cutlery ie a good bread knife etc If your a light sleeper do not book a room at the front of the hotel. The hotel faces onto a busy road & is above a busy restaurant. We were here out of season October on the 1st floor & even then for the first 3-4 nights we slept very little. Scooters, chairs being moved, buses etc make a lot of noise. All in all this is a great hotel but it needs to invest in some good soundproofing on the windows for the front facing rooms. I would still highly recommend it for a stay in Rhodes, it represents great value & just bring some earplugs if your a light sleeper.

También fui al Six Senses spa y tuve una hermosa cara. El hotel está cerca de la ciudad pero todavía muy tranquilo. En mi prisa para salir del hotel dejé algunos vestidos detrás. Llamé al hotel de Paros para ver si podían conseguirlo. ¡Por mi sorpresa, lo pusieron en el próximo ferry y tenían un taxi para llevarlo a mi hotel y lo entregaron el mismo día!! Eso es el servicio. No puedo esperar para llevar a mi familia de vuelta al Belvedere!

First time in Melangel/ Mykonos with 3 friends, it was a phenomenal place, I can’t say enough about the accommodations, bedding, full kitchen supplies, towels, everything with high quality. In door/out door furniture, well thought of everything to be comfortable. Dear Suzy took extra steps to baked us some homemade delicious pastries. 😋 Scrumptious breakfast with different varieties and fresh orange juice. Drove us places, with nice smile and high energy. Armen with great attitude and knowledge explained and guided us every step of our stay and made sure we are having fun and used our time sufficiently. 5stars is not enough to rate this couple and their place, they should get 100+ We felt like we were guests in their home I hope we can get another chance to stay with them and enjoy our time. Highlyyyyyy recommend
