⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

El hotel es muy limpio, el servicio del personal es muy bueno, está muy cerca de la playa, el restaurante y el supermercado también están muy cerca de caminar en unos 3 minutos para llegar y tener la oportunidad de volver a vivir!

Estamos muy satisfechos con este hotel. Estaba dormido una noche y otra noche después. La vista es muy buena, el mejor lugar para ver el atardecer, la escena de la vista para ver el atardecer es muy buena. La habitación es grande, muy cómoda, el precio es modesto, la higiene también está bien. El desayuno es muy bueno, especialmente bueno. El servicio también es especialmente entusiasta, ayuda a llevarnos el equipaje en la carretera, a imprimir los billetes de la máquina, etc. También es conveniente comer en el entorno. Es muy consciente de la isla; ha hecho recomendaciones de itinerario personalizadas basadas en nuestra preferencia; ha hecho acuerdos muy ponderados en lo que respecta al transporte y los restaurantes, incluyendo recomendar una visita a la Viña Santos que nos ofreció las mejores vistas de la isla que hemos visto. 3. Es muy amable, siempre saluda a los huéspedes con un gran sonrisa, y ha hecho de nuestra estadía una experiencia extraordinariamente maravillosa y agradable. Además de la cálida hospitalidad, la propiedad es un hermoso lugar para permanecer; la piscina tiene una hermosa vista y el desayuno es maravilloso para los ojos y nuestro estómago. Gracias Sra. Margarita y yo recomendaría a los visitantes que se quedaran en las Callia Retreat Suites la próxima vez que visitaran Santorini.

酒店沒有如期安排我本來預訂的房間，給予我便宜一個級別的房間，是我自己發現後，酒店才告知我本來預訂的房間有設備損壞了，並安排差額退款，這還好吧。 被安排了較細小的房間，但空間還充足，唯閣樓房間必須要彎腰進出洗手間（本人153cm高）。 房間最大的問題是淋浴的水力很弱，且要等數分鐘水温才變得温暖可淋浴，不知道是否在Fira 的所有酒店都是這樣。 房間算很清潔，但有少量螞蟻（兩天期間，在洗手間見過3-5隻、在樓下層有8-10隻）不知在哪裡來。 酒店位置：車輛未能到達酒店門口，距離最近下車點大約5-8分鐘步程，不遠，但有很多凸凹不平的樓梯級或石路，所以如果拉行李，建議減少行李吧。相信大部分位於這裡的美景酒店也如是。 酒店包早餐，算很豐富，不錯。

Everything is just fine and perfect—the hotel, the location, everything is just perfect. The people are so nice, but there was one thing missing. We had a problem with the AC, and we asked for their help twice (we needed to turn it off, and it wouldn't turn off, so we asked them). They came, checked, and then left, and they never came back or did anything. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, nothing—everything was on point.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

Este hotel es especial. Recomiendo con gran interés la habitación con balcón exclusivo. La vista es maravillosa, sólo puede ver vista panorámica con su compañía. El desayuno en la habitación también es muy bueno. El personal es tan amable, la instalación es perfecta.

Excelente hotel ubicado en Oia, con una vista espectacular del atardecer desde la habitación. El personal, en especial Thanos, es amable y servicial. La habitación es limpia y espaciosa, y la cama cómoda. Sin embargo, hay que subir unas escaleras desde el vestíbulo del hotel hasta la plaza principal de Oia (unos 5 minutos). El amable personal ayuda con el equipaje. Tenga en cuenta que las escaleras del hotel pueden estar resbaladizas, camine con cuidado.

El personal del hotel es muy amable y educado. Hay un pequeño sendero que lleva a Oia desde el hotel, que está a unos 10 minutos a pie. El único inconveniente es que si acabas de bajar del avión con mucho equipaje y decides tomar el autobús público local hasta el hotel, te resultará incómodo, ya que tendrás que subir una larga cuesta o subir escaleras junto a la carretera después de bajar del autobús.
