El estilo del hotel es clásico y limpio. No hay muchas variedades de desayuno, pero es saludable y delicioso, muy delicioso. El balcón puede mirar hacia la ciudad de Guardia. El transporte es muy conveniente, la línea de metro 2 sube a 200 metros y llega al hotel ¡Muy recomendable!

El servicio, como era de esperar de los griegos, fue excelente y servicial. La ubicación del hotel está cerca del centro y fue bastante satisfactoria. Las instalaciones estaban bien, aunque había un poco de gente a la hora del desayuno. El primer día tuvimos un problema con el agua de la ducha, que se filtraba por la puerta y mojó mucho el suelo del baño, pero lo solucionaron de inmediato. Teníamos mosquitos en la habitación y, tras quejarnos, nos proporcionaron una trampa para mosquitos. El problema con los mosquitos es crítico, ya que la piel de mi hija es muy sensible y cualquier picadura puede provocar una inflamación terrible, que fue precisamente lo que le ocurrió. El último día no había agua caliente, así que tuve que ducharme con agua ligeramente tibia.

Hotel cerca de estación de metro, principal zona comercial, restaurantes y supermercados. Puedes subir al bar de la azotea para disfrutar de una vista de la Acrópolis. La habitación era un poco pequeña y el pasillo entre la cama y la pared es estrecho. La insonorización no es muy buena ya que puedo oír a la gente hablando en la otra habitación.

I had an amazing experience at the Divani Caravel Hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the warm welcome at the reception to the elegant and comfortable room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s atmosphere is luxurious yet very relaxing, and the location is ideal — close to the city center but still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. The breakfast buffet

Viajé a Atenas por negocios. La habitación estaba en el centro, era espaciosa y estaba cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes. Ofrece aparcamiento de pago justo al lado, así que no hay que buscar sitio. El servicio fue excelente y el personal muy amable. ¡Sin duda volvería a elegirlo!

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, con todas las atracciones a 20 minutos a pie. La terraza de la azotea del hotel puede capturar el atardecer y el amanecer de la antigua ciudad de Atenas. En las inmediaciones hay bares, restaurantes y supermercados. También es muy conveniente tomar el metro y el autobús del aeropuerto desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto. El personal de recepción del hotel también es muy servicial y las zonas públicas y las habitaciones del hotel están muy limpias. El desayuno fue bastante satisfactorio, con una variedad de café, frutas y pasteles que básicamente satisfacían sus necesidades.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

La habitación era excelente, espaciosa, limpia, ordenada y bien equipada, lo que la hacía muy cómoda. Está cerca de la estación de metro, a solo unos minutos a pie. En los alrededores hay una yogurtería centenaria llamada Stani, donde el yogur con nueces y miel está delicioso. Lo único es que la recepción es pequeña y la fachada del hotel es muy modesta, y los edificios de los alrededores están bastante deteriorados, por lo que el entorno no es el mejor. Sin embargo, toda Atenas es bastante antigua, como un gran pueblo, y la comida tiene un toque de Oriente Medio, nada europea.

I was impressed with this hotel for the price I paid. Very centralised, with the metro station right there. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets only steps away. The hotel itself is very comfortable. Though my room was a bit small, it’s all you need. Lots of pillows on the bed. Fluffy towels, and all the great amenities. They give you everything you need, and then some. Free water as well. The breakfast was copious. So much choices. I love the terrace. There are jacuzzis on the terrace! I also ate at the restaurant, which as very good. The staff are very friendly. The deco is cool as well. I’ll come back next time I’m in Athens.

1. Love it clean, quiet, quiant, side view of sea and port or small marina (can't tell at night because we checked in late night and left very early the next morning). But lovely. Wish had time to walk. 2. Clean room. 3. When we arrived and saw the dinner buffet which looked good, regretted not getting the half board. But we ordered from their restaurant a la carte menu and it was delicious! 4. One thing to improve is to cover the light on the aircon and the light on the TV, we could find no way to switch off the TV. We are light sleepers so the light which may not disturb others disturbed us a little bit but we put black tape over the TV but could not climb high up to aircon. 5. Too bad we did not have time to use gym or have breakfast there - another regret but front desk Evi helped arrange a breakfast bag for us to take away. If you're checking out early like us, ask for breakfast bags to take away and they gladly oblige. However, food in the breakfast bag is not as nice as having breakfast in the hotel :( I saw none of the items reviewers talked about but I told myself it is ok because they packed before breakfast hours. To get our money's worth, I must eat their breakfast in future.
