La ubicación del hotel es hermosa, las habitaciones son grandes, luz. Nos descansamos en octubre y fue un poco frío en el interior, es el único minus. Los desayunos son diversos. El spa es grande pero no muy conveniente. Todos los baños, piscinas - por separado. Es necesario pasar por los pasillos, por el hall, que no es muy cómodo.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

En la foto la vista desde la ventana - y es el más importante más de este hotel, está en el centro de la ciudad! La habitación era todo necesario, limpia, balcón en estilo francés. Las habitaciones estaban todas disponibles, se pidió un coche, se dio con la suciedad, no vio, arruinó la cosa, era el único momento desagradable. Para el desayuno fuimos a la ciudad, pero también hay un hotel en el 11o piso con una hermosa vista a la ciudad y la aparcamiento.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Ibis Styles in Batumi. Im Gebäude ist ein richtiges Gym enthalten, welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist und für Hotelgäste ist der Eintritt kostenlos. Im 1. Stock gibt es Billiard und Tischtennis kostenfrei zur Verfügung. die Zimmer sind ganz okay

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

I originally planned to stay here for just one week, but I liked it so much that I ended up staying for a whole month. The owners were very kind and accommodating, and they even gave me a bigger room when I decided to stay longer. The hotel is small but very cozy, and the staff are honestly one of the best things about this place. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they were always ready to help or make things more convenient. The food was really tasty, and the sea is not far at all. There are lots of shops, cafés and other places nearby, so even though the hotel is not right in the city center, it never felt like it was far away. There is also public transport to the city, which makes getting around quite easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they are cleaned regularly. They can also help with laundry if you need it, which was really convenient. Overall, I had a really good experience here and I’m very happy I decided to stay longer. I would definitely come back🫶

Неплохая тройка, если вы не очень привередливы к завтракам. Завтраки на 3. Каждый день одно и то же, только каша меняется. Выпечка плохая, невкусная, такое ощущение, что из магазина. Немного нарезки, овощи, творог, мацони, 2 вида омлета, яйца, сосиски и что-то такое, что обычно на завтрак не едим - картошка и что-то мясное. Кофе из кофемашины неплохой. Чай обычный. Номер семейный прям совсем небольшой, но оборудован нормально, кровати-подушки хорошие. Расположение отличное.
