They efficiently checked me in and provided all necessary information about the hotel facilities and local amenities. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, albeit slightly basic in terms of decor. However, it had all the essential amenities one would expect, including a comfortable bed, TV, coffee-making facilities, and a clean bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay, which was a plus for staying connected. One aspect that stood out was the breakfast offered at the hotel. Although it was a simple continental spread, the options were sufficient to start the day, and the quality of the food was decent. While the hotel doesn't offer extensive facilities like a gym or swimming pool, it serves its purpose as a convenient stopover for travelers looking for a comfortable night's rest without unnecessary frills. In terms of value for money, I found the pricing to be reasonable considering the convenience and comfort provided by the hotel. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay un buen restaurante, pero el restaurante es un buen restaurante. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Seis jamón y marmalades en jarros abiertos sin forma de saber lo que eran, y no hay pequeñas platos para ponerlos en su asiento. Servicio al desayuno tenía que ser buscado, nadie en el sitio. Bacon de desayuno era inevitable - cocinado previamente y luego recalentado. En general, es un lugar fascinante, pero necesita un gran conjunto y una revisión de lo que ofrecen.

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Excellent location. Good reception. Wedding party in full swing was fine. Sadly, the restaurant was closed which was disappointing as we were hoping to have a relaxing evening. Food was served in the bar and was not the standard you would expect at such an establishment but we had no choice as local restaurants were difficult to secure a booking so late in the day. Room was fine and staff excellent. Small problem with evening bar meal was avoidable. Although we booked a table on arrival using our room number, we received a call from reception the following day asking for payment - we explained that we were not due to leave until the following day and would settle the account immediately if required - which we did. Again not the level of expertise and communication you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

We have stayed here several times and fed back to managers about the poor state of the tables & chairs in the breakfast area. Although my feedback (with photos) was not acknowledged, on our last visit just before xmas, we noticed the badly stained and chipped tables had been replaced or refurbished, and the badly stained and dirty seating had been cleaned and/or replaced, so that it now feels comfortable to sit on them. So I'm pleased my feedback may have contributed to these much needed changes. However the window frames in our room were in a terrible state, covered in black mould and in desperate need of repair or replacement. Not a healthy presence to have anywhere. So hopefully this review will be seen by the right person/people and acted upon.

Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :)

Pagado por mi perro para quedarse pero no tiene tratamientos de perro, o paquete de perro como prometido! En general, se quedaría de nuevo, pero no vivirá hasta sus estrellas como se gestiona actualmente.

Need to check out at 10am. It is not good for a family. Late check out need to pay 10GB per hour. It is not very clean. But the price is cheap compare to other.
