«Me and my partner had a wonderful 4-star experience here. I had originally booked for just one night, but we enjoyed our stay so much that I decided to extend it at the last minute. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. They even decorated the bed for my partner's birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special. When I extended my booking, the housekeeper kindly offered me extra toilet roll before she had even reached my room—it was a small gesture, but it really showed how attentive and caring the staff were. The hotel was spotless throughout, in a fantastic location with easy access to the city centre and the nearby shopping mall. It's also a beautiful hotel with plenty of aesthetic spots for taking photos. Would highly recommend going here and will definitely be back !»

«Excelente estadía con personal amable Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos en el Leonardo Hotel en Bradford durante dos noches y, en general, tuvimos una experiencia agradable. La mejor parte de nuestra estadía fue el personal: fueron increíblemente amables, serviciales y atentos a nuestras necesidades, lo que hizo que nuestra visita fuera aún mejor. La habitación en sí era cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluido equipo para planchar, aunque no tenía una mininevera, lo que podría deberse al tipo de habitación que elegimos. La habitación estaba limpia en general, pero calificaría la limpieza con 4/5 porque noté una pequeña mancha en el edredón (parecía una mancha de lápiz labial). El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, a solo 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren Bradford Interchange, lo que hace que sea fácil moverse. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, the pool/spa area is clean and relaxing, and the common lounge spaces are beautifully designed and comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained and up to date, and it was clear the hotel takes real pride in its amenities. I made full use of them throughout my stay. Room: My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping kept everything fresh every day. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and quality toiletries. Staff & Service: The staff deserve a special mention — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and every request was handled promptly and efficiently. Food: Breakfast offered a nice variety of local and international options, and the quality was consistently good across my whole stay. Location: The only minor drawback is the location — the hotel is somewhat far from the city center, so reaching the main attractions requires a taxi or public transport. On the plus side, this makes the surroundings quieter and more peaceful, which is great if you want to relax away from the city noise. Just factor in some extra travel time when planning your days. Value: Considering the quality of the facilities, the comfort, and the level of service, I found it to be good value for money. Verdict: Despite being a bit removed from the center, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent facilities, cleanliness, and great service. «The staff were polite and helpful, the location was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. However, if you are driving to the hotel, please be careful. The area next to the hotel may look like a drop-off point, but stopping there is actually not permitted. It would be very easy to receive a fine if you are not aware of the restriction. The hotel also only has two parking spaces available, so guests travelling by car should take this into consideration.»

«We stayed at Hinsley Hall when visiting a University of Leeds open day. The hall is set in lovely grounds, with plenty of parking. Check in was very straightforward. Our room was a good size and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We walked a short distance to get to a number of nice places to eat and drink. There is a bar at the hall but we didn't visit it. Breakfast was great. There was a choice of fruit, cereals, jam and toast and hot breakfast. All the staff were met were helpful and cheerful. Would stay here again.»
