«Pool and changing rooms were a little bit ‘tired’ looking. Rusty lockers. Tiles in the pool slippery and a bit dirty. Staff at pool was lovely and friendly. Very helpful and welcoming.  Breakfast and bar food were delicious. Breakfast staff very helpful, polite and attentive. We loved the air conditioning in the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.»

«Se trata de un típico hotel económico de ciudad. En general está bien, pero tiene un problema bastante grave con el acceso a Internet, ya que la wifi es tan lenta que no se puede ver ni un video de YouTube y a veces ni acceder a Instagram. No hay nevera en la habitación y la calefacción es por aire y no se puede pasar de cierto nivel. Aún así es una buena alternativa si consigues reservarlo por poco dinero.»

«Although we put the Do Not Disturb placard on our door our room was entered and our luggage was rifled through. We were fortunate that we carried nothing valuable and nothing was taken. Otherwise I the hotel was adequate and our purpose was served .»

«Absolutely smashing. Myself and sister visited ( it’s our most favourite hotel whenever I come visit her) for my birthday treat. Honestly all the great great team can never do enough for you x They make our stay.  Huge thanks this visit to Josh, Charlotte and Debs ( looking fab Debs. Haven’t seen you in ages) and all the team xxx  We always relax in the spa , then enjoy the  lounge and tasty dinner later. It’s just the best, and especially this special birthday visit. «Room was clean and tidy but we was put on 9th floor which was grest as we like higher floors but the vents in the room was rattling all day and night no matter whether air con was on or not, no cold water from taps, just warm lukewarm even on cold setting we left a day early as autistics we couldn't deal with the noise and lack of cold water, staff was very nice though»

«El check-in no fue el mejor. Reservé a través de Trip, como siempre, y al llegar tuve que reclamar porque el precio era incorrecto y debería haber sido 20 libras menos. El recepcionista me dijo que lo solucionaría, pero al hacer el check-out el problema seguía sin resolverse y tuve que volver a discutir. Por favor, asegúrense de que el hotel sepa el precio al que han vendido la habitación.»

«Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.»
