«Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.»

«The hotel was fine. More ‘interesting’ than anything because it is like entering a time warp to the 80’s with its decor. Almost museum like. However it was clean and the staff were friendly. Decent food in the restaurant too.»

«Hotel visualmente atractivo con enormes rollos de alfombra en el vestíbulo, perforación en la planta baja y construcción en curso. El abastecimiento es un estándar para las habitaciones de hotel. En lugar de aspirar las alfombras, hay marcas de rozaduras y manchas de café por todas las paredes. Es una reacción sucia. Desde el exterior, el hotel parece bien mantenido.»

«Clean, nice room. Close to amenities. Tram is just 2 minutes from hotel. Easy to get around places. Breakfast is not that great; variety is limiteda d especially croissant on day 3 stay is not a fresh ones and not able to split and chew. Generally it's good to stay there»

«Todo estuvo bien a la altura del precio correcto pagado por la estancia. El servicio de checking es muy amable y colaborador. Aunque a ciertas horas del día se les ve colapsados y se acumula una larga cola de clientes. En relación a la limpieza y confianza un 10.»
