Had a very pleasant stay , thank you to the front desk for arranging our preferred room type with ease. Pleasant clean room with a bath tub and a quiet area to get a good sleep. We didn't have breakfast included but purchased at the hotel , the full Scottish breakfast was fantastic and very tasty . The location is perfect , there is a bus stop outside that can take you to various points of loch lomond and the buses take contact less too.

Lindo lugar, lamentable que el jacuzzi no funcionó, pero pasó mucho tiempo en la piscina y la sauna. El desayuno era muy agradable y la vista del río completaba la estancia. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Un buen paseo para relajarse

Llegamos 10 minutos antes de las 11:00 am. Una señora mayor de pelo corto muy cortante nos dijo que ya no daban desayunos, pero apareció otra más agradable y dijo que si, que estábamos dentro del horario aunque faltasen 10 minutos. A regañadientes la señora mayor nos dio mesa, y nos tomó nota al instante. En un bufete se cogían cafés zumos y tostadas, llegó el desayuno pero ya habían retirado el bufete, por lo que nos quedamos sin tostadas y café. El desayuno rico y abundante, pero la atención de la señora mayor y el camarero de barba fatal. Decoración correcta, limpieza poca, los wc bien y el precio correcto. Pero fue desagradable la situación. Se ve que la señora y el de barbas no les gusta trabajar. No lo recomiendo.

Worst hotel I've stayed in, in a long time. Not worth the £95 paid! Firstly when I selected a twin room on this website the picture it showed wasn't the picture of the room I got. The hotel need to work with any website advertising their property to ensure customers are not misled. Secondly, it wasn't clear, when booking on this site, that the hotel had a nightclub attached which would affect our stay (a Saturday night). We only found this out when checking in. I'd actually call Lomond Park a nightclub with rooms rather than a hotel. Our room itself had two completely different single beds in it. One had a white wooden frame & during our very short one night stay both the headboard and footboard on the bed fell off. My bed was just a base, no headboard meaning you couldn't even sit up in bed to watch TV or read as the wall was too far behind. Both beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable & both my sister & I had a very uncomfortable night's sleep. You could pretty much feel every single spring in the matress. Also the side of the radiator fell off. The cleanliness of the carpet, walls & curtains was extremely questionable. To top it all off we decided to escape the room and go down to the bar for a drink only to find the bar absolutely stank of vomit. Safe to say I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Have driven past this hotel many times saying we'd need to try the restaurant so finally booked for a birthday meal. I am in a wheelchair so liked the fact it's on the level however there is quite a big lip to get over at the main door, no problem for my Fiance to get Wheelchair over but some might struggle. Staff member opened the double door to assist. Used the accessible toilet, which was extremely clean and in fact the tiles looked like they sparkled! Large choice on menu and our starters cheesy garlic bread and garlic mushrooms] were served quickly and everything was fresh, including the side salads - no wilted lettuce for either of us. Main meals [macaroni with chips and battered chicken coujons were just as nice. All in all it was a lovely meal at very reasonable prices.

Firstly the setting is fantastic and the view and the area is first class. My partner and I stayed here many years ago and this time we decided to take our kids. On booking we stated that 4 people (of course referring to children) and booked a suite based on this booking.. and thought no more. The rooms are clean and spacious of view peaceful with great views. On booking out we received a surcharge of £60 per child which wasn’t clear and left a sour taste TBH. We stated on booking of x4 people and want clear of the surcharge, because if it was clear the pricing may have put us off booking! This to me is very poor communication and should have been mentioned as your charged enough for the suite.

I received a lovely gift voucher as a Christmas gift but have unfortunately been unable to use this. As the voucher is for the spa and afternoon tea, you are unable to book this online. I have contacted the phone line multiple times now, selecting the spa line option and have been waiting on hold for over 15minutes each time with no answer. Following this, I have emailed the reservation team with dates and my voucher code however, after receiving a response about 24hrs after sending I was told that there was no availability on the Monday I requested. I have sent multiple emails with alternative dates and it has been over 1 week since that last email I received from them. It feels as though because the money for the voucher has already exchanged hands, that they have no interest in letting you use the voucher. So so disappointed in this service. I was so hoping that this would be a wonderful experience and would have liked to have also booked in to stay in the hotel for a couple of nights. I would not recommend people waste their money on gift vouchers if Cameron House did not honour these.

Un hotel muy bueno por accidente! El mejor hotel en la aldea! Super pequeño fresco! El nuevo mantenimiento de la decoración es muy bueno! La habitación es muy cálida! Muy tranquila! La residencia es muy cómoda! ¡Puede dormir muy perfumado! El hotel es muy reconocido, frente a la ciudad pequeña del lago Lomond y la montaña de nieve, el mejor hotel, el logotipo de la boca es muy reconocido. El receptor es bueno, el mensaje de la ciudad no es bueno, entra y enseña la contraseña WiFi, y la recepción recibió pronto después de la reserva de Trip.com. ¡La reserva en el sitio, la experiencia es buena! ¡La cena y el desayuno son excelentes! El restaurante es genial en la ciudad de vacaciones!!! El desayuno escocés es tan delicioso! Si pasa por aquí para quedarse en el lago Lomond, no pierda este hotel!Super bueno! ¡La nieve se levantó toda la noche, el pequeño platino es realmente hermoso! Lo más vale la pena mencionar es el malo desayuno 🥐! Es el restaurante del hotel, el tipo de familia que se hace por sí mismo! ¡Es realmente delicioso! ¡Es más delicioso que cualquier otro colmenador de la Europa! Perder esta familia no puede comer tan delicioso! Se recomienda fuertemente!
