There was load music from outside somewhere untill the early hours . Wine bar or somewhere. Toilet took about 30 mins to refill.  Shower was too hot and took an age to cool down £7.50 for parking  When I mentioned the above I was told we only booked a standard room and they were at the back.  That’s fair enough but don’t want to feel like you are park of a rave. And future guest should be told.  A real shame because this hotel could be a real great hotel with a bit of management training

Family’s Most Favourite Hotel in the UK – Unforgettable Staycation Moments Holiday Inn London–Shepperton by IHG has always been our family’s most favourite hotel in the UK. Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. Vivimos bastante local pero decidimos quedarse aquí porque mi hija y sus amigos prom estaba en la propiedad local del vino al hotel, queríamos hacer nuestras niñas prom un poco más especial. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Yo recomendaría y seguramente me quedaría aquí otra vez.

En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran 2 habitaciones. La piscina interior, piscina exterior, 2 saunas, piscina de hielo, tabernáculos de tenis, orchard y zona de juego para niños. No hemos hecho desayuno, pero hay un lindo café con pasteles y para la cena el restaurante principal opera un estilo buffet con unos 30 opciones para que puedas probar un poco de todo. Por último, sólo quiero mencionar que mi compañero disfrutó de un par de tratamientos en el spa y dijo que su experiencia era excelente.

Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great room for one night for a mates wedding breakfast was also very good

I recently visited and just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my time. The highlights for me were definitely the swimming pool and sauna—both were incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Thanks for a great experience, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Hotel agradable. Situación perfecta para las carreras, pero también agradable si no. Bellas escenas y muy tranquilo. Parking fácil con mucho espacio. La zona del bar es muy agradable y tiene un ambiente relajado. La habitación era muy agradable en el segundo piso frente al campo de golf, así fabuloso Ver. Muy limpio. camas muy cómodas y la calidad superior de la cama con las mejores patas jamás. Las toallas son de buena calidad con un olor duradero en la piel. Toallas grasas, blancas y fluffy. Teníamos grandes ventanas como puertas de patio, así que podíamos abrir a gran escala. Sólo la cuestión era el bar exterior (no era balcón) tenía cargas de insectos cubiertos y muertos en ella. La habitación de la habitación era muy limpia y limpia. El hotel está muy bien, no me sentía muy caro y el personal del bar era rápido y eficiente. En general, una estancia maravillosa.
