«Have stayed here before but it was 6yrs ago so was delighted to discover the high standards have been maintained. We had a superior room(411) which suited us perfectly. Nice room with large bed and superb ensuite and a lovely view over the inland lake. Could even see Blackpool Tower in the distance. Breakfast is another superb affair with so much choice and quality on offer. All in all a brilliant couple of nights summer break. Only minor disappointment is the additional £15 per night charge for on site parking which I considered to be steep tho took it for pure convenience.»

«I came to Southport on my own , to see family and to go to the Liverpool match. The staff at the hotel were very helpful , my tv needed fixing and they got a maintenance person to come and fix it for me. I felt safe here , there are plenty of food places nearby and my hotel room had everything I needed. I would stay here again and I would recommend 😃»

«The hotel was located in the heart of Liverpool, very accessible by any means of transports. The staff was very friendly and we had a free upgrade to a bigger room which it was really appreciated. It could improve in cleanliness, i.e. found some hair in the shower and stained carpets.»

«Love Southport  been in the hotel a few times it was ok , didn’t eat in the hotel  we ate out , the room was ok bit outdated very creeky  floor boards .Bathroom radiator  was boiling hot cudnt turn it down made the room to hot to sleep ,apart from that was comfortable to sleep in »

«Recientemente me alojé en el Best Western de Liverpool y tuve una experiencia estupenda. El personal fue muy amable y atento desde el momento en que llegué, y el registro fue rápido y sencillo. Mi habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca del centro de la ciudad, por lo que fue fácil explorar los principales atractivos de Liverpool. El desayuno estaba rico y variado, y en general el hotel me pareció que ofrecía una excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.»

«I have stayed many times It was good until 02:30 am when a burglar tried to smash the front door down. I was in room 5 right above. It was so noisy and at least 6 police arrived to take the lunatic away in Van. It went on for an hour I could not sleep and vacated my room NR 5 @ 04:30 am very unhappy. Plus I was asked to pay £5 to park, first time EVER ! The young night porter was amazing and showed me out through the kitchen to my car. Although one of the reception staff didn’t offer us an early check-in and simply told us to leave our bags and come back at 3 PM, we later noticed that the next guest who arrived was accommodated and allowed to check in early. «Staff are lovely ..beds really comfy ..sadly aircon wasn’t working but fans supplied were adequate. The bar area is a bit scruffy and also our room window was in desperate need of a clean in the outside …my phone presumed my lens needed cleaning !!!»
