Hoteles con Desayuno en Leicestershire, Reino Unido

«Everything was perfect it was in city centre so convenient to walk for food and everything we need 😀»

«La habitación era muy agradable, la habitación era muy agradable. Nuestra habitación se enfrenta a la carretera ocupada, así que fue bueno que habíamos traído alas de orejas 😁»

«Was very happy with hotel, the room was really nice and clean and above all excellent service from excellent staff,we will definitely visit again»

«The hotel is very conveniently located, and the staff are very helpful. However, it’s worth noting that the rooms are equipped with an air-cooling system rather than air conditioning; with temperatures in the thirties these past few days, it’s still very hot in the rooms and I haven’t been able to sleep.»

«This hotel was brilliant, very modern, super friendly staff.  The food was very nice and everywhere was clean and presented well.  The facilities were lovely, I only used the pool but again staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were clean and tidy.  The hotel grounds were also lovely and the hotel its self was pretty from the outside.»

«Ongoing issues with a refund from previous stay the night before! Genuinely nice hotel! Albanian receptionist charged me twice for a late checkout which I noticed on my bank account so will chase this up! Must’ve been a mistake??? She seemed nice enough but never can tell nowadays»

«The Grand is in the middle of an extensive refurbishment programme. I booked 4 room for 2 nights on each side of my daughter's graduation - which I explained to the hotel in advance, so we could have rooms close together to help with hairdressing etc. First the good - beautiful building with stunning original features within a contemporary refurbishment. Stunning public areas, easy parking (albeit the car park is v tatty). The BEST service staff - accommodated all our requests, gave my daughters free parking as a gift. Everyone was delightful, helpful and effective. The bar was superb, superb service and drinks. Breakfast was gorgeous - huge variety with quality ingredients, beautifully presented. The rooms were simple yet luxurious. V nicely appointed bathrooms, comfy bed, lovely shower products. The bad - two of us had to change rooms due to ineffective / not working aircon. Unfortunately, my room was worst with heat topping 33 degrees, even hotter when the hairdresser arrived. I GOT NO SLEEP due to the heat. My friend had already had her room changed before she arrived due to a maintenance issue but her new room had no aircon at all - worth knowing that 4 stars does not mean aircon in all rooms (only 50%) have it. After having to back up we were allocated new rooms. My friend's room was an upgraded one. Mine was not, but the aircon worked to a nearly acceptable level. That said, nothing close to the ”fridge” temperature my daughter / boyfriend and her brother, enjoyed. I spoke to the manager after breakfast as I checked out. He too was charming and completely accepted my complaint. In essence, the ”build” is still happening and he is reporting the snagging issues. Given dinestiv builds can be a nightmare, he did my sympathy as he is trying to coordinate this, much larger build, with people getting in the way. I would love to revisit in 6mths or so - as so much of what they are doing is fantastic - its just quite there yet...but it will be fabulous!»

«Located next to a railway station, the hotel offers basic amenities for your stay. The room was cleaned but the carpet in the lift area and the corridor gave a stinky smell. Breakfast was good many vegetarian options as well.»

«Brilliant service. Infact on this app i paid for 2 adults breakfast at time of booking but when i got to the hotel and checked in they confirmed that i actually paid for 4 adults!!! Other than that hotel room superb, clean and quite spacious. Would book again. Full retail park across the road.»
