★★★★★ Muy bonito estancia – Estamos de vuelta
Mi marido y yo nos sentíamos muy bien en este hotel. La situación es excelente: el centro comercial y el mercado de Navidad son cómodos a pie, lo que fue especialmente agradable para nosotros.
La habitación era tranquila, muy limpia y acogedora. El personal siempre fue amable, previo y útil. También el desayuno no dejó abiertos sus deseos y ofreció una buena selección.
Estimamos muy la atmósfera relajada y la ubicación central y podemos recomendar este hotel con buena conciencia. Para una estancia en un ambiente agradable – justo a la hora de Navidad – es ideal.

Its excellent location, on the Prager Strasse shopping street, placing it within a 15-minute walk of Dresden's historic Old Town and major attractions like the Frauenkirche and Zwinger Palace. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is an 8 to 10-minute walk away. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room is small but comfortable and cleanliness. Breakfast is okay, basic food.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt an der Elbe und kurzem Fußweg zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben eine riesige Fensterfront mit Blick auf die Elbe.
Leider ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und im Sommer wird es im Zimmer sehr warm. Ein Standlüfter verschafft aber etwas Erleichterung.
Das Frühstück wird in einem großen Pavillon serviert und ist sehr reichhaltig und es alles vorhanden, einschließlich Eierspeisen.

🛏️🧼🚶♂️Very satisfied with our hotel stay, especially thanks to the spotless bathroom and fresh, brand-new-feeling bed sheets on a fluffy, comfortable mattress we honestly didn’t want to get up from.
The location is super convenient — within walking distance of the Flixbus drop-off near the main station, close to the touristy old town, and surrounded by restaurants with a café right across the street. The only challenge was finding a nearby convenience store or gas station to grab basic snacks, as many places in the area seem to close relatively early.
We arrived just before 10 PM and were likely the last check-in before the front desk closed for the night. That said, there’s an automated check-in machine available, so you likely wouldn’t be stranded if arriving later.
Highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely return.

The hotel's location in very convenient. It's within short walking distance to many major attractions so it saves a lot of travel time staying at this premise.
It's an older hotel so do not expect state-of-the-art facility. The front desk staff is modest, professional but not going out of the way to help. It feels very German. They speak fluent English so easy to communicate.

The staff is the credit of this hotel. They were very friendly, helpful and made very nice packed lunch for us as we had to leave early. We had a comfortable stay.

Está a 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. El equipaje grande puede ser difícil de manejar. Es un albergue juvenil. Hay un supermercado Aldi al lado. Abierto de 7:00 a 21:00, cerrado los domingos. Es fácil reabastecerse (agua embotellada/fruta/bocadillos). Hay una cocina en el piso B1 con todas las instalaciones necesarias. También hay dos comedores. Es principalmente para estudiantes/mochileros, un lugar para que los jóvenes socialicen. Similar a un YMCA. El vestíbulo está en la planta baja (G). El equipaje grande debe ser cargado/arrastrado. Hay una rampa. Realmente no es un buen lugar.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The hotel's location is within 15 minutes walking distance of most of Dresden's main attractions that are south of the river and the good public transit in Dresden makes the city very easy to see lots.
The room was nicely appointed with blackout curtains, a chair that transforms into a bed, a desk with a chair, large TV, coffee/tea station and some good lighting. The only complaint we had about the room was that the air conditioning was not strong enough during our stay but we had a pretty good night's sleep at this quiet hotel. I thought the bed was comfy and pretty standard to Premier Inn but my wife found the mattress to be too soft for her.
The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of counter space and a large shower stall. There is this purple light you can turn on at night too so you don't disturb your partner which helps because it is a frosted glass door. It is very easy to get hot water in the faucet and shower here. The shower has an all in one body wash and the shower stall is huge compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Europe.
If you use the hotel's covered parking it costs 20 euros a night and there is covered/secured parking that costs 12-20 euros a night. We went with the uncovered parking lot that had a man there 24/7 and it was 12 euros for the night. There is a street right in front of the hotel that has no signage for parking but the front desk told us that if you park there there is a 60 Euro fine if you're caught.
We like breakfast in the morning at hotels we stay at in Europe but we found this one was very pricey. There are bakeries, cafes and even a McDonald's nearby that gave much better value for us.
We felt the location and price for the hotel was perfect for our time in Germany and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dresden because there is lots to see in this city.

YYardNot very satisfied with this stay. I booked a superior double room but ended up with one where the bathroom was oddly in the middle of the room. Paid €25 more than the price shown on Google, and breakfast was not included. Facilities are dated, but the location is excellent. Overall, about 3.5–4 out of 5.
