Viajé sola por 3 días y 2 noches a Frankfurt y este hotel tenía todo lo que necesitaba. 👍 La ubicación es excelente. Hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente del hotel. A 1 minuto a pie de la estación de autobuses y a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y el metro. 👍 En cuanto a la habitación, me encanta la bañera, ya que la necesito para relajar los pies cansados ​​después de tanto caminar. La habitación es pequeña, pero está bien para mí. 👍 Desayuno: el estilo asiático me encantó después de viajar más de 10 días por Europa. Pedí sopa de miso, arroz blanco y verduras asiáticas. También hay una selección de comida occidental, así que consideren el desayuno internacional. 🤌 La hora de salida de este hotel es antes de las 10:00, bastante temprano en comparación con otros hoteles. De todos modos, se puede pagar por la salida tardía. 👎 El reloj dejó de funcionar... Me echo una siesta después de registrarme y al despertarme miré el reloj, que marcaba las 3:15... aunque eran las 3:15 y seguí durmiendo. Solo me di cuenta de que no funcionaba cuando me desperté de nuevo a las 4:00... así que perdí mi primer día por culpa del reloj... 👎 El personal de limpieza me molestó dos veces cuando me cansé y dormí en la habitación. Llamaron a la puerta y abrieron antes de que pudiera responder. Me enfadé mucho y puse el cartel de ”no molestar”. No sé por qué lo hicieron, ya que no solicité la limpieza de mi habitación. En resumen, la experiencia fue buena y volveré si vuelvo a viajar sola.

It was relatively close to Terminal 3 where we needed to fly off from the next day. The room was fairly basic but serviceable. The availability of a restaurant on-premise is a good plus.

La habitación era realmente bonita. La recepción realmente podría mejorar. Me tomó más de 30 minutos registrarme en mi habitación. Había una larga cola de personas esperando para registrarse y solo un miembro del personal en la recepción. El hotel no tenía poco personal ya que había otros miembros del personal dando vueltas. Además, había una tarjeta en mi habitación para aprovechar una bebida gratis, cuando llegué a la recepción, el chico se negó diciendo que no ofrecen bebidas gratis (ni siquiera agua) cuando le pregunté. Pregunté en la recepción si podían arreglar el televisor de mi habitación, incluso lo envié por correo electrónico, pero no hubo respuesta. Había pedido una manta extra ya que la de mi habitación era extremadamente pequeña. Tampoco hubo respuesta sobre eso. Sin embargo, el hotel era bonito, la habitación estaba súper limpia y cómoda. La ubicación también es buena.

I had a great stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and key attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

La habitación del hotel era de un tamaño decente, pero la cama era bastante pequeña, de apenas 1,4 metros de ancho. Tuve que dejar que mi hijo durmiera en la cama mientras yo dormía en el sofá. El hotel no se limpiaba a diario; se limpiaba aproximadamente cada tres o cuatro días. La habitación tenía un balcón con vistas al río Meno, y los ventanales, que iban del suelo al techo, se podían abrir para ventilar. Me pareció que las ventanas de doble acristalamiento eran un buen detalle de diseño, con persianas que se podían bajar, y que se podían abrir desde arriba, lo que permitía tanto ventilación como privacidad, impidiendo la entrada de luz. La ubicación del hotel estaba un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad, pero muy cerca del puente de hierro y justo al lado del río Meno, lo que hacía que dar un agradable paseo por la orilla fuera muy agradable.

Excelente servicio y hermosas habitaciones proporcionaron una estancia placentera. La amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones limpias fueron impresionantes, la ubicación era conveniente para el transporte y había muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca, por lo que pude disfrutar de un viaje cómodo. Elegiré este hotel nuevamente la próxima vez. ¡Recomendado!

Not to recommend, too loud and noise the other hotel guests. Drinking and crouding. No relax. Too expensive for that price 😭😭😭

One of the best breakfast I ever had in all countries I ever been . You can compare their breakfast to Furama hotel In Singapore . and safe place to walk in the middle of the night From Frankfurt international Airport is easy without taking a taxi. From terminal 2 take the bus outside FREE to terminal 1 then go down to -0 Not O by my daily pass to RMV just behind the ticket machine since I got trouble of buying through ticket machine. From terminal 1 S 9 or S8 . It was 4 minutes to walk to Hotel Cult. The customer service Miss Hanna let me have my room early. A nice guy ( customer service let me a German charger. I truly appreciate it Aldo a morning duty gave me Free bottle of water. No water and no coffee machine . The night duty guy also friendly talking to me as I wake up at 1:00 AM and so hungry I asked for a place where are bars. Right the place is too safe to walk alone at night. As I went back home I lost my way I do another direction following the light. A guy near the commercial bank neat told me too far from the hotel Cult. He took a Uber drove me at the hotel . I never ever got scared walking alone in the middle of the night holding my Kebab which so delicious too. Wow amazing almost same in Singapore a very safe place to walk at night!!! Room is too small o can’t move my things freely as I can , but nice windows to see the beautiful street outside. The next day housekeeper lerp my room clean and 22nd day I request to change bed sheet perfect housekeepers this guy is truly helpful and towels are white.colours but look old. A friendly and helpful housekeepers when I asked something. Lidl just a minutes across the street. I truly recommend this hotel for 3 nights with Fridge. Perfect air condition and comfy bed although dark hallway or corridor. It doesn’t look like a hotel . But overall safe , clean and good customer service and breakfast a lots of selected cheese and selection of bread and juices etc etc. I truly love the breakfast! Thank you guys !

Familia (4 adultos) reservó 2 habitaciones dobles 1 noche antes del vuelo. Las habitaciones estaban una al lado de la otra en la “torre”. Las salas de negocios son espaciosas, modernas y están amuebladas con estilo. El autobús lanzadera es cómodo, para frente al hotel y pasa cada 20 minutos, Terminal 1. El desayuno estuvo bueno. Servicio muy cortés. Podemos recomendar el hotel. Lamentablemente no había ningún autobús desde la estación de tren directamente al hotel. Un taxi para 4 adultos. Con maleta y equipaje de mano no es fácil de encontrar, pero es posible desde la estación de trenes de larga distancia. El viaje hasta el hotel cuesta unos 9 euros.
