I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers. Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City/Destination], whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

La habitación tenía una cama doble, una individual y un pequeño sofá. Había un baño. No sé por qué la recepción y la habitación estaban un poco alejadas. El televisor no se podía encender, lo cual fue una lástima ya que se estaba jugando la ronda de octavos de final del Mundial. El desayuno gratuito era bastante bueno, con embutidos, huevos revueltos con leche, albóndigas y ensalada de frutas; en general, una buena selección.

Hotel moderno con una ubicación céntrica perfecta. Recibimiento muy cordial y registro rápido y sencillo. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Aire acondicionado en óptimas condiciones, cama muy cómoda y excelente servicio de habitaciones. Vistas a la estación de tren. Buenas ventanas, por lo que no se oye ningún ruido. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

The Aparthotel is in an excellent location - a stone’s throw from the regular, direct airport bus and the station as well as the old town (and Christmas markets). It’s also a stone’s throw on foot from a three supermarkets (including an organic one). The superior apartment was quiet with blackout blinds and had a comfortable bed as well as a surprisingly comfortable sofabed as well as a kitchenette which was adequately but not well equipped. The apartment was spotless and modern and we would definitely recommend it - with some ‘watch outs’ to make your stay smoother than ours. - check-in was a shambles and really unpleasant after 8 hours’ travelling. Be prepared - The email arrived the day before in German only - the address provided was *not* the address for the entrance - at the hotel the WiFi initially didn’t work so I couldn’t check in online and although there was a woman sat at the desk and available, I was directed to a kiosk where I had to (very publicly) enter my private details and those of my friend. Which I hadn’t been told I would need and that I couldn’t get as she was arriving separately and at that point was airborne. So I returned to the desk (while my checkin timed out) only to be told I couldn’t check in without her details. When I pointed out a four to five hour wait for that when I hadn’t been told was unreasonable I was told just to enter my details twice. There was never then any option to update them later so she remained unregistered. - more information would have been helpful. We only discovered we were entitled to a bottle of water each day on the last morning and we have no idea what the recycling situation was. For a hotel that claims eco-credentials there really should be some informations / instructions. We just left everything clean and piled in the kitchenette.

Das Hotel war ordentlich. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ibis Styles doch etwas zu schlicht. Sah eher nach einem roten Ibis Hotel aus.

The most perfect hotel for a 2 night trip to Baden-Baden. A super cool hotel in a brilliant location near to the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, parks and bus stops to the airport and Merkur (amongst other must visit attractions). I cannot fault this hotel at all and we were blown away by how great it was. Every detail was considered and executed perfectly. I was expecting a budget experience from the incredible price paid but there is nothing budget about it at all! Our room was spotless, the perfect size and very comfortable. Super comfy beds with heavy down duvet and 2 different sized pillows for each person. Soft fresh towels and good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Perfect well considered lighting throughout the room. Ample storage and hangers. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, kettle, safe and coffee machine in the room. Good power shower with 3 settings. We had a roadside room and experienced no noise at all. Check in and check out (which isn’t until 12noon which was so handy!) was super easy and quick and the hotel accommodated us a little early which was very kind. Super cool lounge area with a vending machine to access drinks and snacks. We didn’t use this service (as we didn’t find out until our last day) but the hotel reception is able to hire plug adapters if you need and had umbrellas and bathing bags should you want it to visit the spas. The gym was accessible 24 hours but again we didn’t use. We did use the luggage storage room which is secure and free which is perfect! I cannot recommend Tribe enough!!

Está al lado de un gran centro comercial, lo cual está bien. El hotel es bastante nuevo y limpio. El aparcamiento es limitado y por la noche tenemos que aparcar en la calle.

Si pudiéramos hacer un comentario de 10/5, nos quedaríamos por un tiempo prolongado (16 días) y durante ese tiempo experimentamos el mejor y más amigable servicio. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El desayuno fue increíble. La selección fue terrible. Y todas las mañanas nos saludamos por el agradable y feliz personal. Un miembro del personal me dijo que le encanta su trabajo. ¿Quién no quiere quedarse en un hotel donde el personal ama trabajar? La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. La habitación era horrible. No nos decepcionamos. Aunque Ettlingen no era la silla de ruedas más amiga, el Stadthotel Engel tenía todas las necesidades de accesibilidad. La entrada delantera no tiene escaleras. El hotel dispone de un ascensor que se detiene en el nivel de la habitación de desayuno. No teníamos sillas de ruedas, pero mi madre tiene un paseo que requiere muchos de los mismos alojamientos. La ubicación es increíble. Desde el hotel se encuentra directamente en la antigua ciudad y puede caminar a muchas tiendas, cafés y restaurantes. La entrada del hotel se encuentra en una zona de cortesía donde hay mesas que se pueden disfrutar durante el buen tiempo.
