El servicio fue excelente, muy amable y me ayudaron con las maletas, acompañándome hasta la habitación. La limpieza también fue impecable, todo muy bien aseado. Además, me hicieron un upgrade gratuito a una suite, la habitación era enorme, en el quinto piso, y el ambiente en general era muy agradable. Bajar para ir de compras o comer también era muy conveniente. Justo enfrente está la fase dos de Futian, súper cerca, y la habitación estaba completamente equipada. Después de quedarme aquí, ya no me apetece quedarme en otros hoteles. En general, estoy muy satisfecho.

¡La ubicación de la habitación es fantástica! Está justo al lado de la entrada, así que después de un día de turismo, es genial volver y descansar. ¡El anfitrión es muy amable! Alojarse dentro de la zona turística es una excelente opción porque puedes explorarla con calma y evitar las multitudes por la noche y a primera hora de la mañana. ¡El desayuno que prepara el anfitrión también es delicioso! El alojamiento incluye las entradas y el desayuno, ¡así que realmente vale la pena! No es un hotel lujoso, pero es perfecto para disfrutar del paisaje y relajarse.

Desde el momento en que abrí la puerta de la habitación, el cansancio del viaje desapareció. La habitación estaba impecable, las sábanas tan suaves como nubes, me hundí en ellas y no quería levantarme. La luz cálida y tenue creaba un ambiente perfecto, y el aislamiento acústico era excelente, lo que me permitió dormir profundamente hasta la mañana. Aquí, el tiempo pareció ralentizarse, como si fuera el hogar ideal.

La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero todo lo demás fue perfecto. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos de Wuma Street, y la zona de abajo es muy animada. Se puede llegar a muchos lugares de interés en taxi en pocos minutos. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, e incluso prepararon batatas asadas. Además del desayuno, había té por la tarde y un almuerzo ligero gratuito. ¡Definitivo una excelente relación calidad-precio!

La estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Lago del Oeste, a solo cinco o seis minutos andando. El personal de servicio fue muy amable y atento. Eran muy educadas y delicadas, todas chicas, lo que se notaba en su atención al detalle. La primera noche, los vecinos de al lado eran bastante ruidosos, pero contactamos con recepción y nos ayudaron a resolverlo rápidamente. Después pudimos dormir tranquilamente; la ropa de cama también era muy cómoda y suave.

Después de comparar varios hoteles, aunque este tenía algunas críticas negativas, descubrimos al hacer el check-in que había cambiado mucho. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y el baño también muy limpio. La ropa de cama era nueva y el agua potable se reponía a tiempo. Además, ofrecían té por la tarde y leche por la noche, y los artículos de aseo se reponían a diario. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con transporte y restaurantes muy convenientes. Se llega a la estación de metro y de autobús en dos o tres minutos a pie. El restaurante más cercano, A Mao Restaurant, es fantástico.

Mi primera vez en Hangzhou, el clima de abril fue excelente, evitamos los días de lluvia. El hotel está ubicado cerca del Lago del Oeste, a unos 20 minutos a pie, y también al lado del gran centro comercial Yintai In77, una zona muy próspera y animada. El hotel tiene un diseño algo retro, con instalaciones completas, buen servicio, limpieza bastante buena y vistas agradables. En general, la experiencia fue muy buena y definitivamente elegiré este hotel la próxima vez que venga a Hangzhou.

Attentive staff, my family and I were assigned to a room that is nearer to the lift. However, airport transfer schedule is limited but the hotel is located near the metro station. Still convenient enough to go to the T3 airport. Food and cleanliness, nothing to complain about.

Booked this hotel as it is near airport with free airport shuttle. Reception counter is share lobby with Holiday Inn. A bit confused when arived. Thought is wrong drop off.Room is clean and spaces but floor is not carpeted. No minibar in the room eventhough it stated in description. There is local fast food under the hotel and tea shop just at the back.Surrounding is under construction for up coming mall. Short walk to metro line7 about 10min. Good to have free self service laundry with free detergent .Small gym. Only down side is WiFi and TV signal. Poor reception...hang on and off otherwise quite a pleasant stay.

La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, con un estilo de decoración elegante y un fuerte ambiente erudito. El personal de servicio es cálido y atento, y responde sus preguntas con paciencia y meticulosidad. En cuanto al catering, los platos tienen un sabor auténtico y los ingredientes son frescos. En particular, la biblioteca del hotel tiene un ambiente tranquilo, lo que permite a la gente relajarse y leer. En general, Scholars Hotel es un hotel de alta calidad que combina comodidad, conveniencia y atmósfera cultural y vale la pena recomendarlo.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. QQingkongwanlichangEl hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy agradable caminar por Gushan Road y por el Lago del Oeste, luego ir a Louwailou para almorzar, visitar Xiling Seal Society y Baidi Broken Bridge. También es conveniente ir de compras por la noche a Yintai 77. En la planta baja del hotel se encuentra el mercado nocturno de Wulin. La cena fue tipo buffet en el hotel, con una amplia variedad de mariscos frescos, una buena elección. La habitación es relativamente espaciosa y limpia, con un balcón para ventilación. El balcón da a la montaña Baoshi. ¡Las luces de la Torre Baochu por la noche son hermosas! Gracias al chico guapo de la recepción, Xiaokuan, por ayudarnos a devolver la muñeca perdida. ¡Fue muy atento!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está muy bien reformado, con una renovación casi total que elimina cualquier rastro de un hotel antiguo; el propietario invirtió mucho. Para un edificio de 22 plantas, cuenta con 5 ascensores y, al parecer, no hay oficinas.
En cuanto a la habitación, las instalaciones son muy adecuadas. Aunque el tamaño de la estructura original no se puede cambiar, tiene todo lo necesario.
Lo único que falta son los indicadores en los ascensores.
Desayuno: Para el precio, realmente tiene de todo, incluyendo varias estaciones de comida recién hecha como fideos y youtiao, y el sabor es delicioso. Diría que es mejor que el del Marriott de Yiwu. El único inconveniente es el personal de servicio, que no está bien capacitado; durante la media hora que estuve desayunando, vi a la misma mujer y al mismo hombre charlando en voz baja y holgazaneando.
La limpieza (housekeeping) es bastante buena en general, aunque el sofá quizás necesite una revisión más exhaustiva en el futuro. Que te pongan 4 botellas de Nongfu Spring evita tener que pedir agua constantemente, lo cual es un plus. La tetera y las tazas de té son bonitas y de buena calidad, y las tazas de café del desayuno también son excelentes.
La parte de la recepción también merece un elogio; el servicio de mayordomo por WeChat es muy atento.
El robot de reparto de comida a domicilio es muy rápido, no sé si es por el pedido o por la velocidad del robot. En cualquier caso, es más rápido de lo que esperaba.
Además, está justo al lado de Yiwu Tiandi. Si se mejora un poco el servicio del personal del desayuno, este hotel podría ofrecer un precio entre 50 y 150 yuanes menos que el Marriott y aun así valdría mucho la pena alojarse.

Me llamaron con antelación y encendieron el aire acondicionado de mi habitación. También me dieron fruta y otros pequeños regalos. Al llegar, enseguida me dieron agua helada y me prepararon helado. El servicio también fue muy bueno y el precio no fue excesivo. Creo que vale la pena recomendarlo porque vale la pena. Además, hay plantas verdes frente al hotel.

This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations.
Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers.
Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast.
Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/
I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub.
Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos.
The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to.
The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with.
I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

The hotel is extremely relaxing and peaceful, the food is delicious, with the breakfast being exceptional, and the spa area (sauna, steam, jacuzzi) is an absolute delight after a round of golf. As for the golf course, set amongst a tea plantation, it is stunning!
For both hotel and golf course team, nothing was too much trouble, and a special mention goes to Lucy, front of house manager, who was attentive from first to last, and ensured my stay was very memorable. I will return!
