Posición geográfica: en la antigua ciudad occidental, una puerta está muy cerca de la antigua ciudad, y luego pasa por la carretera desde esta puerta, y puede ir a la derecha por un camino a Nochebue Hotel. This 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.

The lady service manager in the hall is disappointing and unfriendly. My friend was served by a bell boy and tried on handicraft handbags while she was away. She suddenly appeared and scolded the bell boy for letting my friend touch and try the bags right infront of the two of us.

Hotel’s owners are very helpful and friendly despite our language barriers. They took me to get cash and a SIM card. Helped me to go to the bus station and other miscellaneous things. Location is a little bit off. Can be hard to get a taxi and there aren’t many restaurants around but you can ask the owners for help. They’re willing to hell.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is five star level, the bed and the towels are new, the new system appliances There are some notes: 1- When you leave the door open, there is no alarm bell 2. There are no spoons for the towels inside the bathroom, as you go out to use the towels, which exposes you to slipping. 3. Shaving tools are poor and not commensurate with the luxury of the equipment.4. Taxis don't know the hotel because there are bigger hotels and better locations with the same name. En primer lugar, esto es claramente un golpe de “Hampton by Hilton” - marcando el mismo, el diseño de la habitación el mismo, y para ser justo ellos’han hecho un trabajo decente de ella. La ubicación es buena, aunque no hay muchos restaurantes o vistas locales a pie, necesitas un taxi. Cuando intenté usar el teléfono en la habitación para llamar a la mesa delantera y/o el mantenimiento de la casa, la línea se desconectó automáticamente. La temperatura en la habitación apenas bajó a 27/28 grados toda la noche. Los controles “inteligentes” significaron que todas las luces en el baño se abrieron tan pronto como se mudó, lo que no es lo que quieres en medio de la noche. Del mismo modo, el panel de control estaba brillando constantemente, justo al lado de la cama, lo que era muy molesto si eso afecta a su sueño (es mío). La mejor de todas fue la televisión que no se desactivaría, y era increíblemente brillante, justo delante de la cama. Si quieres una habitación oscura, con una temperatura cómoda, no es el lugar para ti... Es una vergüenza, porque el hotel tiene potencial, pero como es, no puedo recomendarlo teniendo en cuenta estos temas bastante fundamentales.

First and foremost, foreigners are accepted so book with confidence. The reception speaks no english so a translation app is useful, they will kindly help as much as they can. It is very close to Nanmen metro station (walking distance). Convenience store is almost next to the hotel. Room is clean and cosy. Wifi works fine. You can walk to the Fountain plaza (5-10 mins walk, check my last 3 photos with the Chinese name) to buy China Mobile sim card and use data internet. I use LetsVPN and everything works perfectly. Would recommend this hotel for foreign travellers. More on the expensive side but I came in winter time and very happy with the heater and the convenience it offers.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!
