**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!** My recent stay at Altira was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation. Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)

This hotel is located at a very convenient location. But overall experience is just average because of the following main reasons: 1) check-in: the check-in area is crowded, no queue-up line for check-in/out customers and the whole area just looks chaos. When i tried to seek help, one of the staff directed me to a vacant line and when we came in front of the check-in counter, the staff was writing some sort of notes at a post card or something and didn’t greet us or even gave proper response to us. She looked at us for 1 second and carried on her writing task. We have no clue but just stood up there in front of the check-in counter and wait for the staff to acknowledge us. It was until I slightly raised my voice at her telling her I was waiting for her to finish the writing and help us to check-in, she notified I was a little bit angry and dropped her pen and took care of us!!! Shame that this famous hotel has this kind of training for staff!!! 2) Swimming pool: the swimming pool (at Bond Tower 2) is good and the staff were all very helpful. But what I suggest for the management is to include some sort of bar/snack facilities (like a small bar or something) at the pool side. It would be a nice and marvellous and chilled experience to have some cocktails or cold drinks sitting at such beautiful pool benches and sitting areas. 3) Hotel Bar: I was told that the Bard Bar was chosen to be one of the top 50 Asian bar and I have had the experience to go for a glass of cocktails with my wife after dinner. We are astonished by the “atmosphere” and “vibe” there…….. To be honest, the bar was beautifully decorated and the staff were all good and helpful. I don’t know if there was any propaganda or marketing or promotion issues, we arrived at the bar at around 9:30pm and left at around 11:30pm, we were the only customers there for the night!!! I think the management should do something on the promotion/propaganda as the place is such a nice place for hotel guests. Nice place, nice staff!!! 4) Check-out: we all understand that the normal check-out time was 12pm, however, I think it will be a definitely “turn-off” when you received a call from staff politely asking if I need an extension of stay (actually a relatively “polite” phrase for “sir, times up, you have to leave now…”) at 12:15pm!!! We had lots of experience over premium / luxury hotels and we both consider that 30 mins grace period is a “norm” and relatively appropriate period for customers to understand they are running over-time…… Frankly speaking, no offence as they did nothing wrong but we both suggest 30 mins a relatively better time period. Having expressed the above negative comments, we both want to shout out some good points of Londoner hotel. We were offered an upgrade promotion to Charles Suite at a rate of MOP500. And I must tell everybody that the cleanliness and tidiness of the room is superb, one of the best we’ve experienced. Thank you

Catherine nos ayudó a reservar restaurantes y nos proporcionó información sobre lugares de interés y transporte local. Vincent me ayudó a prolongar mi estancia. El personal de limpieza también brindó un servicio profesional. Parecían entender chino con mayor facilidad. El antifaz para dormir y el osito de peluche fueron un buen recuerdo del Conrad Macao (verifiqué que otros clientes también los habían comprado). Gracias por el excelente servicio.

The mattress and bedding is on par with some of the finest hotels, when I mentioned it to the reception at the lobby, I was told that new mattresses was recently installed. There was ample amount of free water in the room, and the upkeep was immaculate for a 17 yr old hotel. The tiles in the bathroom had little space between them and was absolutely smooth to touch, everywhere revealed attention to detail. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well trained, both for the hotel and the Cantonese restaurant. The dim sum was one of the best I have tasted amongst Michelin restaurants. The only drawback is the location but since the room prices are friendly, I wouldn’t mind spending a minute portion of money saved on cabs. Will definitely re visit in the near future.

Excelente ubicación. Celebra tu cumpleaños con check-in temprano y check-out tardío, una experiencia maravillosa. Felicitaciones a FO Mavis y al equipo por la organización. También excelente comida en Mezza 9, mariscos frescos.

Está ubicado justo enfrente del primer piso del aeropuerto de Macao. Ten en cuenta que el piso al que llegas en Macao es el piso 0, por lo que debes subir un piso. Está adyacente al hotel Golden Crown China y se puede acceder a él a través del pasaje terrestre. El vestíbulo está en el piso 11. La vista es la vista del aeropuerto y también se puede ver el Hotel Taipa a un lado. Las instalaciones del hotel están limpias, pero como alguien dijo, el pasillo huele a tabaco. Como la ventana de la habitación no se puede abrir, tiene una sensación ligeramente curvada. El aire acondicionado parece un poco débil.

La actitud de servicio de todos los empleados del hotel es de primera categoría, desde el check-in hasta la recepción en la puerta del vestíbulo, todos son muy considerados y amables, y hacen todo lo posible para ayudar a los huéspedes con sus necesidades. La habitación en Shadian es muy grande, limpia y bien administrada. Al registrarnos, el personal nos ascendió a una habitación con vista a la Torre Eiffel.

I had a very good experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!!!

El hotel es todo una experiencia es perfecto y la cama y almohadas una maravilla, cada detalle fue pensado con mucha dedicación, es elegante, acogedor, impecable y realmente merece la pena conocerlo y dormir una noche en él y así la experiencia de retroceder en el tiempo. Esta muy bien ubicado, al lado de la zona histórica, el personal es amable y tienes bebidas y snacks sin costo en la habitación. Es uno de los mejores hoteles en los he estado en Asia. The hotel is an experience in itself. It's perfect, and the bed and pillows are wonderful. Every detail has been carefully thought out. It's elegant, cozy, and impeccable. It's truly worth visiting and spending a night there, giving you the experience of stepping back in time. It's very well located, next to the historic district. The staff is friendly, and you get free drinks and snacks in your room. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Asia.

¡Fue una experiencia inolvidable alojarse en Macao! Al venir a Macao todos los años, esta es la primera vez que mi familia siente que el servicio refleja cuán clase mundial es el diseño del hotel. En primer lugar, debo repetir mi agradecimiento al Sr. Wiyi Liang Weiyu, el director de recepción. Se enteró por la información de que el check-in fue para celebrar un aniversario después de recibir el pedido, ya que el precio de la habitación en Navidad siempre es más alto. Como era habitual, con mucha consideración organizó un servicio especial de recogida y devolución en el hotel. Muchos colegas ya recibieron el coche y fuimos directamente a la habitación para registrarnos. Fue una gran sorpresa cuando entramos a la habitación. Resultó que Wiyi ya había ayudado a decorar la habitación. También había una tienda de campaña interior para los niños y un juego de frutas de postre. Ella siguió comunicándose con los niños sobre cada detalle. Alojarse en la suite agregó desayuno (07:00 a. m. a 13:00 p. m.), té de la tarde (15:00 a. m. a 17:30 p. m.) y hora del cóctel (18:00 a. m. a 20:30 p. m.). Un total de tres comidas fueron ricas y exquisitas. y la barra de agua Todo es de uso gratuito y el diseño es británico. El baño es lo suficientemente grande como para que lo usen varias personas al mismo tiempo. Hay un masajeador de pies frente al inodoro 😚😍. para los niños. A ella le encanta mucho. La salida puede retrasarse, hay diferentes actuaciones en el vestíbulo y conocí a Alice. No he experimentado un servicio de alta calidad en Japón en mucho tiempo. El servicio de Wiyi representa el estándar de los hoteles de Londres. Vale la pena alojarse a este precio para celebrar un aniversario o Navidad.
