La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de atracciones como la Calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía. Desde tu ventana, puedes disfrutar de la magnífica vista del río Songhua, disfrutando del brillo de las olas y las luces día y noche, lo que hace que viajar sea increíblemente cómodo. La habitación era espaciosa y lujosa, con ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas al río. La ropa de cama era suave como una nube, y los baños, separados (con ducha y seco), estaban equipados con artículos de aseo de alta gama. El difusor de aromaterapia fue un detalle encantador. El desayuno fue abundante, el entorno precioso y las comodidades, completas. La salchicha roja local, los pasteles rusos y los fideos recién hechos estaban exquisitamente presentados, y los ingredientes eran frescos y deliciosos, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de maravilla. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente Air, nuestro camarero, que fue muy amable e incluso nos preparó yogur impreso en 3D. El ambiente era elegante y tranquilo, el vestíbulo olía a perfume y las instalaciones estaban impecablemente cuidadas. Desde la amable y eficiente recepción hasta el atento servicio de habitaciones, cada detalle rezumaba calidad cinco estrellas. Muy recomendable para viajeros que aprecian la calidad: ¡este hotel sin duda hará que su viaje a Harbin sea inolvidable!

The hotel location is very convenient especially for travellers who intend to do short layovers in Harbin. The front desk staff is also very friendly and also collects all my taobao parcels even though I have many troubles with couriers before arriving. Plus point is there is free airport transports to and fro which is very convenient and there is also alot of food places that are walkable nearby the area. I will stay there again if I visit this area! :)

I had a very pleasant stay here. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but I found it quite suffocating,especially in winter when it felt dark and gloomy. I asked the receptionist if I could change rooms, and they kindly upgraded me to a spacious room with a window for only an additional 28 RMB. The reception staff were incredibly kind and sweet, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from Sophia Cathedral and the food market inside the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

No es mi primera vez que me quedo en este hotel. La habitación era muy limpia y la música en el baño era tan agradable como siempre, pero lo más increíble fue que me dieron una actualización de los chicos en la recepción. ¡Desea lo mejor! Muchas gracias 😊

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Especially staff with tag No. 041 and there was a girl staff who help to assist me when I asked for pharmacy. Breakfast served was basic chinese breakfast. Each person get a hard boiled eggs and buffet style. You decide if you want to eat or take the eggs only. Room was just nice. It was a bit too cold for us and they let us have portable heater. You only need to ask for it okay. They have washing machine but no dryer so you need to be creative how to dry your own clothes 🤣. Its a bit far from subway but within 12 mins walking distance. My friend and I walked -21 degree to get to the station and it was nice. Many hidden underground shopping mall nearby which is walking distance. I love that the area are surrounded by pharmacy and clinic because at one point we really need to get some medication because our ******* not working. Oh, most of the time we travel using the bus which is 2 mins away from hotel. Its easy and convenient too.

La ubicación es excelente, en un barrio barroco, con todo a pocos kilómetros. El servicio es bueno; el personal de recepción y de limpieza es muy amable. La habitación es algo pequeña; se anuncia como de 30 metros cuadrados, pero en realidad tiene menos de 20. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y hace demasiado calor. Sin embargo, por 125 yuanes, la relación calidad-precio sigue siendo muy buena.

Очень люблю такие отели . Хол большой , мест для отдыха хватает , красиво , чисто , девочки на ресепшене внимательные , отзывчивые , очень приятные. Ключ каждому гостю. Лифт ждать не приходится , приходит быстро . В номере всё прям добротное , всё предусмотрено , каждая мелочь. Всё чистое , ковролин чистый и мягкий , постель , полотенца, халаты белоснежные , тапочки уютные. Подушка мягкая лежит отдельно на полке , жаль только утром увидела. Душ , сантехника , современные. Кружечки под чай очаровали и чай в пакетиках рассыпчатый , тоже очень вкусный. Вид из окна завораживает , просто хотелось стоять и любоваться городом. При отеле есть водный комплекс , в нем и баня , и источники горячие , и зоны отдыха , есть с кинотеатром . Источники есть и на крыше , там же и бильярд имеется. И ещё с 18 часов шведский стол , понравился , всё очень вкусно , только чай не предусмотрен , а так есть всё. Цена отдыха вместе с ужином 98 ю. .

¡Definitivamente tengo que escribir una buena reseña para este hotel! Primero, la ubicación es inmejorable, justo en la calle Central. Viajé con mis padres y mi hijo, y podíamos llegar a la Catedral de Santa Sofía en solo 10 minutos a pie. La calle Central está justo al salir del hotel y los taxis pueden dejarte directamente en la puerta, lo cual es fantástico. Segundo, la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y el personal de limpieza se encargaba de todo muy rápidamente. ¡Lo más importante es que todo el personal es muy amable! Siempre te saludan activamente. Alojarse aquí me hizo sentir la calidez de la ciudad, fue muy reconfortante. Quiero destacar especialmente al joven y la chica que estuvieron de turno anoche, ¡fueron increíblemente atentos! Volvíamos hambrientos del Mundo de Hielo y Nieve, y hubo un problema con la comida a domicilio. El joven nos ayudó a comprar palillos y, al verme comprando fideos instantáneos en el vestíbulo, silenciosamente fue a hervir agua y me dio pañuelos. ¡Realmente me conmovió muchísimo T_T! Chicos, este lugar es realmente bueno, ¡vale la pena! (Olvidé tomar fotos de la habitación, así que tomé una foto aleatoria del vestíbulo~)

Mi marido y yo tuvimos recientemente el placer de alojarnos en el Jenjue Boutique Hotel en Harbin, y fue una experiencia fantástica de principio a fin. En primer lugar, el personal fue increíblemente amable y servicial. El equipo de recepción siempre estuvo disponible, dispuesto a ayudar con nuestras preguntas y paciente al guiarnos sobre direcciones locales. Su cálida hospitalidad realmente nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. El desayuno del hotel era económico, delicioso y nutritivo. Aprecié la variedad, ya que preparaban comidas diferentes cada día. Además, el agua embotellada de cortesía fue un buen detalle; solo pregúntele al personal de recepción y estarán más que felices de proporcionársela. En cuanto a la ubicación, el Jenjue Boutique Hotel no podría ser más conveniente. Está a solo unos pasos de Wanda Plaza y varios centros comerciales, y la estación de metro está a solo cinco minutos, lo que facilita explorar la ciudad. La habitación estaba impecable, con una cama cómoda y una hermosa vista desde la ventana que contribuía al ambiente general. En general fue una gran experiencia y ¡deseo volver pronto!
