I stayed at Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza Hotel twice during my trip (April 3–8 and April 10–11), and overall, this was a very mixed experience. I’m an international traveller so I would say I have my fair share of seeing all sides to a hotel. To be a 4 star hotel and to charge premium rates, I would expect certain things. Let’s start with the positive to the hotel - The location is excellent. From the hotel across there is a shopping mall, which makes it extremely convenient for food, shopping, and daily necessities. • Cleanliness is generally acceptable. Aside from one incident, (on my first night, I found red stain marks which looks like lipstick on my sheets, took a photo and alerted receptionist the next morning for a change of sheets. • Room size is spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the “ superior room” and the junior suite. The issues (and they are significant): 1. Misleading room expectations The room I received looked noticeably older and more worn than the photos online. Doors, bathroom condition, and overall finishing did not match what was advertised. It felt misleading. This hotel definitely need a glow up. 2. Poor service & lack of flexibility Service was the biggest disappointment. • Staff were generally not proactive or solution-oriented. • I made a booking error via Trip.com and tried to adjust the dates. Both the platform and hotel refused to help or offer alternatives. • Even a simple late check-out request (which I informed them about in advance and was willing to pay for) was declined without much effort to accommodate. I wasn’t also asking for hours just a mere 2 hours so that I can go to the city to pick up some stuff before my long haul 32hours flight. 4. Billing inconsistencies – check your charges carefully • I was initially charged for 2 minibar items when I only consumed 1. I manage to catch this on time before paying for it. • Laundry count was incorrect (11 pieces sent, billed for 12). Receipts and explanations were unclear, and I’m still not fully confident everything was billed correctly. 5. Missing basic amenities (unexpected for this level) • No iron or ironing board available • No kettle / hot water in the room • No complimentary drinking water • Everything must be purchased separately 6. Language barrier for international guests Not all staff speak English, which can make communication difficult if you’re not Portuguese-speaking. Overall verdict: This hotel is convenient but not service-oriented. If you are Brazilian or familiar with local expectations, you may find it acceptable. But as an international traveler, the experience falls short—especially in service, transparency, and attention to detail. Would I return? Probably not, unless location is the only priority.

pullman 大大招牌，隔壁也是個逼格酒店，附近的街區屬於很安全的，白領下班都敢拿着筆記本在路上走的，附近有很多飯店，還有超市，很方便走幾分鐘就到了，酒店門口可以叫出租或者 uber 網約車，服務很好。應該屬於聖保羅的徐家匯吧🤔

El ambiente es muy agradable y el personal ofrece un servicio excelente. La ubicación es fantástica: hay muchos restaurantes cerca, es muy fácil conseguir un taxi y está a poca distancia de parques, centros comerciales y zonas de compras. Instalaciones: El hotel está muy bien equipado. Sin embargo, es necesario traer las propias toallas, cepillos de dientes y otros artículos de higiene personal.

El servicio de TRIP fue terrible porque solicité cambiar la fecha de check-in y check-out. Me informaron que se cambiarían las fechas y quizás habría un cargo por la diferencia si hubiera alguna en la negociación del hotel. No se hizo nada y perdí el importe pagado. Nunca volveré a utilizar esta agencia y no la recomendaré a nadie. Hasta nunca más

Tuve una experiencia muy placentera en el Apartamento Allure Moema. Estoy aquí para la Expo de São Paulo, ¡y este apartahotel es increíble! Primero, la ubicación es excelente; el barrio es muy tranquilo y limpio, y se puede ir de compras fácilmente a solo 5 minutos a pie de un gran centro comercial. Segundo, la habitación y el hotel son súper profesionales. Tienen un gimnasio y una zona de trabajo donde se puede trabajar tranquilamente. Todo el hotel estaba muy limpio y no hubo ruido durante mi estancia. Tercero, me encantó el personal. Son muy pacientes y amables. Si vuelvo a São Paulo, sin duda elegiré este hotel de nuevo. Al principio, como extranjeros, no teníamos moneda local para pagar la cuenta, pero estuvieron dispuestos a darnos tiempo y soluciones para resolver los problemas. Desafortunadamente, me robaron la mochila en un restaurante y perdí todas mis pertenencias. Se preocuparon mucho por mi situación y me consolaron con mucha amabilidad. Incluso ayudaron a unas personas amables a encontrar mi pasaporte y a regresar a mi país lo antes posible. Estoy muy agradecida de haber elegido este hotel y de haber conocido a tanta gente maravillosa en São Paulo. Sin duda, una excelente opción si quieres visitar la Expo de São Paulo.

Como: • ¡Genial personal de escritorio delantero, personal de restaurante, guardaespaldas, equipaje, super ayudante! • excelente cama, ducha, hojas, toallas. • buffet de desayuno. Dislike: • The bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it does not spray outside the sink. • The water in the pool did not seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.

La habitación estaba bastante limpia y tranquila, no hubo el ruido que mencionaban algunas reseñas, supongo que depende de la ubicación de la habitación. Estoy muy satisfecho con este hotel. La parada del autobús del aeropuerto también es muy fácil de encontrar, está en los puestos 2-4 de la zona de autobuses. Sin embargo, estas paradas son compartidas por varios hoteles, así que recomiendo esperar el autobús con antelación en la zona, ya que no se detienen mucho tiempo para recoger a la gente. Además, el servicio de autobús del hotel hacia el aeropuerto requiere reserva previa. El personal es realmente amable y la comunicación en inglés fue muy fluida. Aunque la variedad del desayuno es sencilla, todo es muy fresco. En general, es un hotel excelente, y parece que se puede cenar tarde en el vestíbulo. Si vuelvo a venir, definitivamente elegiría este hotel de nuevo, gracias.

Uno de los hoteles recomendados, he vivido aquí muchas veces durante muchos años. Hay personas alrededor de todo tipo de accesorios de coches. Las grandes ciudades tienen oportunidades para gente que se aprovecha, recomendado!

Bueno, el viaje es habitar aquí, el centro comercial del otro lado del hotel es muy conveniente, el desayuno también es bueno, y el servicio de lavandería, aunque es necesario cobrar, pero muy conveniente, muy bueno
