El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, mi habitación es de tamaño razonable y cómoda. La comida en el restaurante era muy buena, y si buscas una comida agradable, entonces deberías estar feliz aquí. Sin embargo, sólo parecían hacer las comidas adecuadas en el restaurante. Si buscas una comida ligera, entonces te decepcionarás. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El restaurante ya había terminado de servir, y no sirvieron sandwiches de todas formas. Esta falta de flexibilidad es sorprendente y decepcionante para un hotel de esa clase. Sin embargo, aparte de eso, no hay quejas.

Hotel ideal para cubrir la necesidad de tomar una ducha y dormir,las habitaciones se ven nuevas,no pude ver más las instalaciones porque llegamos de noche, tiene TV un pequeño armario pero para una noche de hospedaje estuvo bien el desayuno es bueno hay un super mercado cerca una tienda de materiales para la casa y pizza.

Es fácil llegar al hotel en coche. Disponen de habitaciones estándar pero también de apartamentos. Las habitaciones son limpias, tranquilas y muy cómodas. Un agradecimiento especial al personal de limpieza. El estacionamiento es grande. Podrás acceder a él en cualquier momento gracias a la llave de tu habitación.

Everything perfect. I can recommend this hotel. Breakfast were so delicious and good choices of different meals.

En este hotel, llegamos a menudo a esta hora del año cuando visitamos a amigos que viven cerca. El hotel tiene un buen valor para el dinero, es limpio y cómodo, situado en una zona bastante grande. Es otra vez una muy agradable experiencia

Stayed in this hotel with my husband as part of a Leger Tour for 4 nights. Do not be fooled by the lovely pictures you see of this Chateau. Had to take our own bags to our room which involved dragging them up some steps (no lift to first floor) and then down a long corridor. The room was dark and no view from the tiny window so paid extra to change it for a lake view room which had a restricted view of the lake, slightly bigger than the first room, poorly stocked mini bar, lumpy bed, shaver socket not working - but it was better than the first room. Very limited on lifts in this hotel and lots of steps, only 2 outside areas to sit - one to the side of the restaurant and a center courtyard which was very untidy and uncomfortable. Service is practically non existent especially in the bar we didn't eat in the restaurant as we were told it was fully booked although it looked empty to us, think it was more a lack of staff then fully booked. Breakfast was ok but not 5 Star in fact nothing about this hotel is 5 Star quality except the prices. On the first night we were sitting in the courtyard and spotted a rat scuttling down the drain, we didn't thing much of it bearing in mind the location of this hotel but the next morning on our way down to breakfast we saw 2 more rats running down the corridor which is not what you expect to see in any hotel, although we didn't see anymore rats inside the hotel we did see more in the courtyard during our stay. The staff were pleasant enough but not overly helpful. All in all this is not a relaxing place to stay and would not recommend it and a long way off 5 Star quality.

Such a comfortable hotel with strategic place , nice hotel and nice room with warm greeting from Bernard the heart of the house, his very helpful with information , nice breakfast looking forward to back again to Belgium and spend good time in summer .

Si eres celíaco mejor busca otro hotel, hay muy pocas opciones en especial para el desayuno. El acceso al hotel require coche propio o taxi, se puede ir andando pero olvidate de tirar de una maleta con ruedas, el camino es de gravilla y te tocará llevar la maleta en volandas. Los alrededores del hotel son una maravilla, al fin y al cabo está perdido en medio de un bosque.

The hotel itself is nice and is well furnished with good sized, comfortable rooms. We stayed for one night going down to Bavaria and again on the way home. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is fresh, modern and ideal for an overnight stop over. There are shops and restaurants a short walk away if needed, as no evening meal/food was available. My room on the way out was comfortable and clean with great in room facilities including a lovely walk in shower and nice comfy beds. Both shower heads were in dire need of descaling and the rainfall shower sprayed every which way but down meaning I couldn’t use it. The air con was an added plus and soon cooled the room down. All 3 rooms I had were the same layout and had the walk in shower with Rituals soaps/shampoo provided. Worryingly, on inspection in the room for my return journey I found a dead adult bed bug on the grey pull out futon chair. I saw this as soon as I lifted the cushion and there was also a dirty tissue inside the cushion case. This suggests cleaning staff had not checked that area very thoroughly as it was easy to spot. The actual bed was clean with no signs of other bugs, but I was not taking the risk and was moved rooms immediately. I always inspect rooms thoroughly in any hotel before bringing my luggage in for this exact reason. The reception were most helpful and moved me to the other side of the hotel straight away, but it did cause me a lot of anxiety and I had a poor nights sleep as a result. No one wants to find that in their room!! The second room provided was clean with no issues identified other than the shower heads needing descaling. The breakfast offered was tasty with a good choice of food items and drinks. Porterage was included in our package but I took my own luggage up and down to the rooms. The rooms had a nice large tv and plenty of channels to choose from. The adjustable floor light was nice to leave on at night for a bit of light in the room. I would recommend the hotel and would be willing to stay there again. Hopefully they will start offering evening meals as this will be a huge plus for weary travellers who don’t want to walk down a main road to get to a restaurant.

Very poor service. I do not blame the only two staff on duty who were clearly stressed and under pressure trying to serve meals to a coach load if tourists booked to stay overnight. Informed the two of a food allergy that was totally ignored and the meal contains the peppers that was asked not to contain. I totally blame Best Western management for poor staffing and inadequate training of the staff. Had the allergy been a peanut allergy it could have been fatal. Come on best Western get your act together. We have used Best Western on many occasions such as Canada and many other counties. Best Western will be a chain of hotels we will ensure to avoid in future holidays. A total failure of Best Western standards and very poor management.

great hotel with great gym, pool and spa facilities, all the staff are very polite and professional, the hotel is kept very clean. the hotel is very busy at all times so i would recommend booking a table if you intend to eat there, it is especially busy on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday when they have an excellent buffet for 40 euros each, lots of children attend the Friday one, and stay over with families, but all three nights are busy. also lots of conference's held at hotel, car park is another thing that fills every night, even the overflow one. shows how good a hotel this is.
