«Arrived at Hotel and reception was closed. waited in the pub over the road until we were contacted. Construction work going on in hotel that did not disturb us but we were not aware the work was being carried out until after booking and payment was made. There was also a lack of facilities due to the upgrades but we did find other venues to eat and drink in town. Despite these minor issues we did enjoy our stay and loved the pool.»

«Absolutely stunning especially the family suites with bathtub and especially the lounge awesome, breakfast in the main restaurant very good but not more. Breakfast in the lounge limited, dinner in the lounge awesome.»

«This hotel is not suitable for families with young children and couple. Toilet is private but deattachable. Mean toilet is outside the room. Need to use a key to open. Only provide, toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo and bath towels. Breakfast simple nothing much. But they do good coffee near the reception desk. Car park is FOC just park outside the room so is convenient.»

«Very disappointed in description versus reality. No WiFi in rooms, paid extra for breakfasts, but found out they were for continental breakdasts which are complimentary anyway. Meals were not value for money. Very ho hum. No waiter service, it was scan Qr code for menu, order and payment. White ants on the kitchenette bar in our room. Conditioner on wall in shower had been used up and filled with water. Location was great.»

«The television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.»

«I would give this place a solid 10/10. I’m from Malaysia and traveled with my family, and the house fit our needs perfectly in every way. The apartment itself was very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, with extremely comfortable mattresses and pillows that allowed us to rest well after long days out. The place was spotless upon arrival — clean, tidy, and clearly well-maintained. As we prefer to cook most of our meals while traveling, we were pleased to find that the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare family meals. All of the equipment provided is modern, good looking and effective. I especially love the gas outdoor grill. The service was also outstanding. Prior to arrival, the team informed me about the need for a credit card for the security deposit and the website given for online check in was seamless. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every aspect. I would highly recommend this»

«The room is spacious and is with standard microwave, kitchen utensils etc. Would he great if there is clothes washing machine and dryer. The water is hard to adjust between cold and hot though. There were insects flying around prior entry to the lift. Overall still ok.»
