El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. La visita de nuevo y todo se esperaba, sólo problemas muy pequeños como la lucha por un parque de coches, un pequeño daño a la ducha y un diseño de fusión, pero disuadió de dormir una noche agradable y de romper con la libertad antes de salir. The best part is still the location, you’re inside a national park!

The place next to sea side actually good location, but the area is not the best one, it may get creepy in the night, showering facfilities need improvemnt, wifi good and working, I would not repeat this place unless I have to, but not bad place at all, good people and helpful people it is just for me

I had a great stay here! The highlight was definitely the free shuttle. It made getting to and from the airport a total breeze—the drivers were super friendly and right on time, which saved me a ton of hassle. The food was actually really tasty (better than your typical hotel meal!), and the staff are helpful at check-in. The whole place is clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the terminal. If you need a reliable spot near the airport that won't break the bank, this is it. Will definitely be back!

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

Excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Anuncian un servicio de transporte, pero esperé más de 30 minutos y nunca apareció. Cuando llamé, me dijeron que tendría que esperar más. Pensé que se podía ir caminando, así que caminé. Se lo comenté a la gerente, pero no me atendió porque nunca tomó mi nombre ni mi número de habitación. El registro en el quiosco es muy fácil y práctico. Hay servicio de habitaciones o restaurante en el vestíbulo. La habitación tenía unas vistas increíbles y, en general, estaba impecable. No había agua en la habitación, pero se podía comprar en el restaurante. Dormí de maravilla y el baño estaba muy limpio.

Close to the train station, restaurants and attractions. Clean room, comfortable bed, well functioning shower. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Suggestion: free water for guests and a rack or tray to put guest shampoo or soap.

We stayed there one night as we have booked the hot air balloon flight. Thus, didnt have much opportunity to use any facility except the restaurant. We had dinner there and food and wine were great. However, we noticed that some staff werent paying much attention to asian guests. While serving the food up to western guest, the staff was introducing the food in details but not to us. Furthermore, it took a long while to get our desserts.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was spacious and in a great location. The hotel really needs some renovations though. At night, you could hear plumbing noises, and the hot water taps were a nightmare to use – it was impossible to get the right temperature, either too hot or too cold. Other than the amenities potentially needing some upgrades, the cleanliness, servicing, and location were pretty solid.

I stay at this park regularly and was a bit upset when l arrived this time to find l had been booked into a cabin towards the back of the park when l had booked and paid for a cabin with a lake view. The lady on the desk explained that there had been an error on the booking site saying that there was a water view cabin available at the time l booked when there wasn't any left. She then explained that the manager had rang and explained this to the people affected. I never received any phone calls or messages. I didn't receive any refund for the mix up and was told l had been given an upgrade to the cabin at the back of the park. The cabin we were given looked at the road, had a broken tile in bathroom in front of the shower, one light in lounge room not working, a broken glass in the cupboard, dirty cutlery in drawer and a TV that was so tiny other than that it was the same as the room with the lake view so how was it an upgrade ?

Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, justo al lado del mercado Queen Victoria, lo cual es muy conveniente para el viajero. El apartamento está un poco viejo pero limpio.
