Medio ambiente: La ubicación de este hotel es muy buena. Está en el centro de Chengdu y es muy conveniente viajar. También hay mucha comida deliciosa en los alrededores. Servicio: El servicio del hotel también es bastante bueno, porque llamaron con anticipación para concertar una cita y luego me reservaron algunas habitaciones, lo cual fue bastante bueno. Cualquier problema durante mi estadía se resolvió a tiempo. Instalaciones: Las instalaciones y el equipamiento del hotel también son bastante completos. Hay ventanales en la habitación con buena iluminación. Su baño es un inodoro inteligente y hay una sala de lavandería gratuita que está bastante bien. Higiene: El saneamiento del hotel también es muy limpio. El baño utiliza separación húmeda y seca. El desayuno también es delicioso. ¡Es un hotel con una buena relación calidad-precio!

to be service good everything good too. just couldn't like location otherwise everything best. breakfast is so so. they have less beef items. i am Muslim that's couldn't try lots of items. overall its good experience

Habitaciones muy bonitas. Bonita vista, especialmente si tienes una habitación con doble ventana, pero desafortunadamente no teníamos línea de visión hacia el templo. Buen lugar. A unos 10 minutos a pie del templo y a sólo unos 5 minutos de restaurantes decentes de comida china. El desayuno era bastante estándar en cuanto a desayuno chino. ¡¡PERO!! ¡Tenían yogur combinado con mantequilla de yak! delicioso. La cama era cómoda. en definitiva me alojaría de nuevo

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

I had a lovely stay at Rezen Retreat·Four Seasons Manju Hotel near the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The hotel is located just a short drive from the park entrance, making it a convenient place to stay for early visits to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel has a charming design with a cozy, boutique feel. My room was clean, warm, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful mountain views. The bed was comfortable, and the heated floors were a nice touch, especially during the colder months. Staff were polite and helpful, though English was limited. However, they were always friendly and tried their best to assist with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel is a great value choice for travelers visiting Jiuzhaigou who are looking for comfort and local charm in a peaceful setting.

Muy bien situado! Salida D del metro de Tianfu. Ascensor directo a la calle y ya lo ves en el edificio PIC....además pone un cartel en la entrada de una especie de parking. Recepción en planta 9. Habitación muy amplia y desayuno correcto...faltan cosas occidentales para mejorarlo pero estamos en China...ubicación y calidad precio perfecto!

No esperaba ver un árbol de flores en abril. Un viaje de una hora desde Chengdu Popular construido para montañas 🌳 El aire es fresco, es el paraíso de los ii. - ¿Qué? El principal es el control de los diseños internos y de la casa. Los sentimientos en el parque desde temprano hasta tarde son muy bonitos 🪑 No sólo los muebles son cómodos, sino que también se afeitan en las vacaciones. - ¿Qué? Puedes venir a buscar la comida en el jardín de la montaña en el día. Luego, en el salón de baño de pantalla panorámica 🍵 Un gran árbol de flores en el jardín de Chen - ¿Qué? El parque y la plataforma de vista de la planta de Chengdu La noche de la noche, el sol se ve muy bien 🌄 No hay ninguna novedad en la disposición de la cena y del desayuno. La roca de la montaña natural se lava hasta el aire 🍲 - ¿Qué? El viento se toca con las hojas Sentir la naturaleza fresca que el oxígeno natural trae, la tranquilidad del corazón La noche de la guardería es un día de sueños 🛁

Este hotel boutique es más allá de nuestras expectativas con un servicio excepcional. La primavera caliente se mira hacia el río y frente a la montaña. El buceo de la noche hasta que se deslumbra puede ser el mejor momento para experimentar el escenario iluminado. La habitación era muy confortable y muy limpia.
