We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with both the service and overall experience. A special thank you to Shengjing, the Room Service Manager, for the outstanding service. Everything was well organized, prompt, and delivered with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. We would also like to commend Manager Gaoand Lili at the buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, the dining area was clean and well managed, and the service was attentive and professional. At the front desk, Taozi, Damai, and Huasheng provided exceptional service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile and great efficiency. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying here again.

A convenient location that is 15 minutes walk from the high speed rail station. However, if you are not familiar with local directions, you have to navigate through the railway transit station which is huge and confusing. The hotel is located at people's road which is in front of the railway station. You can take a cab which cost around CNY 9 - 11. Drivers in this region are quite hot blooded but they are kind in general. Decent and cozy place to stay. Breakfast buffet served on the second floor starting at 7:30. The sky is bright around 5:30 in the morning.

The hotel is just wonderful, the location is perfect, near the metro, shopping center, food street Breakfasts are varied and delicious The rooms have very high-quality textiles - towels and bedding The best thing about the hotel is the staff, responsive, kind, competent. In everything related to service, the hotel is just 5 stars. You really feel like a dear guest here Of the minuses, I can only note the inconvenience of parking and a little tired renovation in the rooms, but the rooms themselves are very clean and odorless.

Necesita formación interna para servir a los clientes internacionales. En cada una de las dos noches que nos quedamos allí, ordenamos una botella de vino. Una camarera no sabía cómo abrir una topa girada; la otra camarera no sabía el buque de hielo para el vino blanco, ni nos ofreció ninguna oportunidad de probar el vino antes de desgarrar. Nos dio cuenta, pero nos aseguró que Changchun no fue destruido por los turistas internacionales, pero Shangri-La suele ser sinónimo de un servicio de alta calidad en otros lugares.

We came here for a night after staying at local minsu stay. Hotel stay is really of a different standard and clean. We enjoyed the stay fully! Bed and pillows were super comfy. We had some issues with the warmer but they promptly sent one portable warmer for us. Hotel is also super sweet to provide free bottles of water even after the ones in the room are finished. Just give reception a call! Recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun. The service is truly top-notch — the staff are exceptionally friendly, and their responses are always fast and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, they handled everything promptly and professionally. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, making mornings very enjoyable. The only small point to note is that some of the furniture is a bit dated, as the hotel has been around for quite some time. However, this did not affect our overall comfort or experience. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service and a fantastic breakfast.

Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits

Lovely hotel that has a refreshing different feeling to it with the ”European” styled rooms. Spotless clean, everything in good working order and friendly staff. Location is good although not in the middle of the bustling ”Guillin road” downtown district. A food street and a mall are nearby. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended
