Love this place! First they upgraded my room to a river view, without additional fee, what a beautiful scene! Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly front staff, service staff, and banquet servers. If you have any requests they deal with them super fast. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!

從上海回南昌過年，看望長者和家人團聚。 因為家裡訂了嘉萊特的年夜飯，為了方便，所以也就在酒店順便訂了6天5夜的家庭套房（可住3人）。 5晚住下來，老父親感覺比較滿意。主要是酒店的自助早餐非常豐富，口味也好。而且過年期間早餐時間7:00-11:00，很適宜。 酒店是老派的5星配置，裝修風格是10年前的流行元素，但是維護得還可以。中央空調威力太大，大冬天的温度很熱，後來開了一點窗户，感覺可以。 酒店的客服/打掃衞生阿姨，餐廳的人員，服務都很好，熱情有禮貌。 阿姨夏紅英每天來打掃，都會熱情地跟老父親打招呼問候新年，不錯不錯👍👍 每天早餐時，餐廳接待人員很熱情招呼老父，有禮貌地開開玩笑，很好，nice. 結果是，老父親提議明年春節還可以住這家酒店😀😆 忘了拍客房裡麪的照片，所以就上傳2張從客房往外面拍的街景，很美啊☺️

El hotel decora la atmósfera de lujo, las instalaciones deben estar completas, desde el tratamiento hasta la salida, el personal es muy amigable, el entorno del parque es excelente, la habitación está tranquila y cálida, el paisaje exterior es agradable, esta estancia es muy valioso, la próxima vez volverá!

Very good hotel, very comfortable bed and the staff super friendly even not speaking a word of English we communicated very well using translator and they were so professional in assuring I will get the best experience. The shower had frear pressure, hot water, room was huge and clean! The hotel is in front of the subway station which was very convenient too!

There was no notice in trip. Com that hotel hot spring is under renovation. We only got to know when we arrived. 😩 except major disappointment that we can’t enjoy the hot spring the room and staff including the facility was great.

We booked an executive double room - the executive lounge and swimming pool we’re both closed and the alternative food and beverage provided was sub-par. The quality not the food generally was rather poor - the boiled eggs we picked at breakfast were not cooked - and staff were not terribly attentive.

一家老牌星級酒店，距離市區不算遠，鄰近艾溪湖，環境清幽，停車方便。酒店大堂氣派，房間裝修温馨，設施齊全，床品嶄新，早餐豐盛，吃得很飽。春節期間人氣旺，入住率高，早餐要翻枱。酒店有健身房和洗衣服務。前台服務熱情周到，有問必答。總體來看，南昌凱美格蘭大酒店的性價比很高，值得推薦。

是家有年代感的酒店了，在南昌火車站附近兩站地鐵，很方便。從性價比來説，節假日這家酒店價格真的很親民，不是很貴的那種。 其次就是吃飯，酒店對面的一家小炒，午餐晚餐天天排隊，因為價格優惠，食物也比較新鮮。晚上地鐵站附近有地攤，附近還有一個大的商場，出行，飲食，逛街都非常方便。
