El hotel tiene una ubicación geográfica superior, cerca de Taikoo Hui, con transporte conveniente, tranquilidad en una ciudad bulliciosa e instalaciones circundantes completas, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para comida, alojamiento, transporte y compras. Las habitaciones del hotel están bien equipadas, limpias y tienen un buen ambiente. La ropa de cama es cómoda y proporciona una excelente experiencia de sueño. El hardware es impecable. Es mi primera opción cada vez que vengo a Guangzhou. Pero el servicio es decepcionante. Solía ​​querer comentar sobre el servicio cada vez que me alojaba, pero como la estadía fue buena, no quería comentar. Esta vez no pude evitarlo. I had the pleasure of staying at Guangdong Yingbin Hotel again this year, and once again the experience exceeded all expectations. After my excellent stay last year, I decided to return and this time we booked two rooms – one for myself and my husband, and another for my brother from April 16–19 and April 22–May 5. From the moment we arrived, the hotel maintained the same high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality that impressed me the first time. The property is beautiful, elegant, very well-maintained, and truly offers a comfortable 5-star experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and quiet, making our long stay extremely relaxing and enjoyable. A very special thank you again to Kyle, the Assistant Manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing from beginning to end. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a huge difference during our trip. Whether it was assisting with arrangements, answering questions, or simply making sure everything was running smoothly, Kyle consistently made us feel welcomed and cared for. Returning guests are remembered and treated with genuine warmth, which is something we deeply appreciated. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. As international travelers who do not speak Chinese fluently, having such supportive and communicative staff made our experience much easier and more comfortable. The location is also excellent, especially for business travelers visiting Guangzhou. The hotel is conveniently located near major wholesale markets and offers easy transportation access. The Canton Fair shuttle service was also extremely convenient and very well organized. One of the main reasons I chose to stay at Guangdong Yingbin Hotel again this year was because of how exceptional my first experience was, and I can confidently say the hotel delivered the same outstanding level of service once again. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such consistency in quality and hospitality. Thank you again to Kyle and the entire Guangdong Yingbin Hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We frequently come here to relax. A beautiful paradise hidden in the middle of a bustling city. The fact that there are hardly any people here is great. Foreign people can really relax without having to be stared at. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is great with a slide for kids. Located very close to Dongchen, where you can find a lot of Western restaurants. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Had a major rainstorm during our stay this time.. but was still lovely.

Una muy buena experiencia. El parque es muy grande. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y lindas. La piscina está conectada a la zona de aguas termales. También puedes ir en un crucero. El parque infantil también es muy grande y divertido. Hay tantas cosas para jugar (hay muchas que aún no he probado). Vuelve la próxima. En el segundo piso, al caminar hacia el pasillo del restaurante, se ven muchos apartamentos (del tipo que se ve antes del evento D), lo que crea un ambiente muy acogedor. El desayuno es abundante, con opciones japonesas y locales. Le pedí al chef que me preparara un plato de fideos con carne de res en el puesto Ming. Estaba delicioso. Además, mi habitación tenía lavadora con detergente, un detalle muy considerado. Sinceramente, ¡el hotel tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio! Sin duda, volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

Very impressed with the hotel, they sent a hotel staff to the room to fix our wifi connection and even go beyond to make sure our laptops are able to conenct to room wifi. Housekeeping lady showed great initiative to quickly clean the bathroom when we opt for no housekeeping but requested them to clear the rubbish. althought the public area looks a bit dated but the rooms are nicely renovated and looks new and nice. need to wait a bit long for the lift although there r only few level of the building. can smell strong cigarretes smell at the common area of the room floor, no idea why.
