The hotel is overall clean and cozy. Areas requiring improvement is the toilet door which is quite heavy to slide sideways. Moreover, the staff service in the morning buffet session needed improvement. For example, the waitress was too fast in cleaning up the plates when we were still eating which caused disturbance. The staff who refilled the porridge did not clean up the food she spilled. Furthermore, the staff responsible for cooking the noodles pulled a long face. I don't mean to be picky but the staff service definitely require improvement in order to claim itself a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located at a reasonable distance to the company I visited and next door to several shopping malls. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I appreciated that the room could be aired via opening the windows instead of constant use of air-conditioning. Friendly staff although very few spoke English. Unfortunately, no English speaking TV channels available.

Check in was quick and welcoming. Accepts foreigners. The room was very clean and shower worked well. Location is good too. The breakfast was good with plenty of options….except not a single cold beverage. Juice, milk…all hot. one cold drink option would be appreciated.

It was great place to stay with nice staff

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Sanfang Qixiang and conveniently connected to the metro. Recent renovations have kept the interior fresh, with rooms appearing brand new. Other previous reviews online mentioned water leakage concerns, but evident efforts have been made to address this, with new waterproof materials applied in bathrooms and around windows. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard by dedicated staff. Overall, a highly commendable hotel.

El hotel en general es muy recomendado. El viaje de tres días y dos noches es genial. Gracias por el cuidado y apoyo del director del hotel, el hermano menor (no 491). La arena recomendada es enorme, no está engordada en ninguna parte de las vacaciones, y el regalo para el beso es adecuado para el beso. El hotel es excelente. La reserva fue presionada ese día para llamar a la ayuda para actualizar la habitación. La habitación de actualización es muy grande, los niños están muy activos para lavarse durante dos días. El hotel es generalmente limpio y amplio, el parque acuático tiene barcos de pantalla para desplazarse. El parque infantil del primer piso es pequeño, aunque no es grande, es muy jugable, es muy grande, la pelota del mar también es muy limpia y muy nueva. La actividad del hotel es rica, el premio especial del almuerzo, el balón de aire infantil, la fabricación de regalos, etc., muchas clases no serán insensibles en el hotel, muy adecuado para llevar a la familia de los niños. Todos los que se encuentran en el hotel son los riendos y se encuentran en la cara, realmente lo han hecho como un huésped, es una gran recomendación!

We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel.

Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

民宿環境不錯，裝修得很温馨，窗邊的大浴缸給孩子泡了個澡，很舒服。還有專門的小童活動區，孩子玩得很開心。早起趕去花竹，看到了很美的日出！早餐種類挺多，味道也不錯。走的時候民宿還給了伴手禮，各種小零食很好吃。 不足之處：民宿熱水不太熱，洗澡水温一直是温温的，天比較冷，沒洗上熱乎乎的熱水澡，和房間價位不太匹配。民宿附近的虞公亭沙灘、小皓灘塗都很一般，比較小，沙子也不太好，和霞浦南邊的高羅沙灘、大京海灘沒法比。
