У отеля 4 звезды, но в номере нет ни кофемашины, ни тапочек, ни халатов. Местами отель требует ремонта. Все бы ничего, если бы ценник не был таким высоким. 20 тысяч за ночь (самый дешевый номер с видом на дорогу) - очень дорого, на мой взгляд.
В районе отеля поблизости нет ни магазинчиков, ни кафе (кроме тех ресторанов, что на территории отеля работают), что бы куда-то добраться, нужно ехать на такси(но это не проблема, ценник довольно гуманный). Недалеко находится огромный торговый центр.
Завтраки в отеле были неплохие. Так же у отеля 2 бассейна, на 1 этаже с видом на океан и Кейптаун и еще один на крыше.
А еще до этого были в 6/7 отелях и апартаментах в Кейптауне и других городках и везде были приветственные напитки (где-то соки, где-то вино), в некоторых фрукты или сладкое, во всех были кофемашины, но в этом отеле ничего этого не было.
А еще из минусов, в номере прям над кроватью, сыпется побелка/штукатурка. Не приятно.

El hotel es muy feliz. Es mejor no elegir la ubicación: junto a la playa con pingüinos, dasi.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero todas limpias, buenas camas, toallas, cómodas matracas.
Separación gracias a Tammy: nos ayudó a buscar un taxi cuando nos encontramos en una situación difícil

Next to Beach Road and Regent Road, which is very convenient for walking to supermarkets and cafes. The rooms is very spacious, lovely view, there's Netflix on the TV, but corridor and exterior feels a bit old and dated. No lift service to one of the basements

El hotel está en una calle tranquila en la orilla del mar, en una zona de alojamiento avanzada en Caboña, muy segura, caminando por la mañana en la orilla del mar, se puede ver a muchas personas correr por la mañana, hay un gran número de supermercados y estaciones de gasolina cercanas, muy conveniente.

El hotel es muy agradable y con una ubicación excelente. El Mojo Market está justo al lado y lo hace muy conveniente para la comida, las bebidas y la música en vivo la mayoría de las noches. El personal es muy amable, útil y realmente le hace sentirse bienvenido. La única sugerencia sería que la gente sepa que la construcción está ocurriendo justo al lado del hotel, lo que hace que sea un poco ruido. Tal vez el hotel podría ofrecer habitaciones a un precio más barato para el inconveniente. No pude usar la mía en absoluto. En general, fue una gran estancia, pero gracias Mojo! 🫶🏼

Останавливались в данном отеле 2 раза.
Первый раз был большой номер (на фото), с отдельной спальней, удобная кухня, хорошая кровать, работает кондиционер. Вид классный, на львиную гору.
Безопасный район, спокойно гуляли до 21:00, арендованную машину ставили под окнами (где мойка авто).
Из минусов - нереально громкие чайки 😂 но это придирки.
Второй раз остановились через неделю, т.к уезжали в другие регионы. Из свободных номеров оставалась только студия. Она очень маленькая, вдвоем с чемоданами сложно разместиться.
Так же будте внимательны, в данном отеле заезд в 15:00, а выезд уже в 10:00. Мы не обратили на это внимание, что тоже для нас оказалось минусом.
Но в целом отель очень советую, персонал приветливый и приятный.

NNEIL-DEVONThis stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information.
Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times.
Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests.
Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you!
The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint.

The level of service we received was truly exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the range of amenities provided was more than generous.
The rooms themselves strike a perfect balance between spaciousness and coziness, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. A noteworthy feature that sets this hotel apart is the complimentary mini bar, offering a variety of snacks and drinks – a rare find. What's even more remarkable is that these snacks are not only delicious but also cater to vegan and gluten-free preferences.
Without a doubt, we are already making plans to return to this outstanding establishment in the future.

UUsuario anónimoWe had a lovely 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Not luxurious, but certainly very comfortable. The location is perfect, right next to the pier if you’re doing diving/boat trips. Right below are restaurants (including a Korean and Chinese one) and a massage parlor. The harbor view from the window is amazing, just as the pictures show. There is also free parking (contrary to what Trip shows) just in front of the hotel. Baboons roam the place and there was one which walked right outside our window. Highly recommend staying here!

CcherrioNicely decorated lodge in safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good but choice is limited and same menu everyday, I stayed for 5 nights so it can get boring. Staffs are friendly and try to be helpful but lack follow ups.
Cleanliness is good but my house keeping opened all my balcony door and toilet windows everyday after cleaning despite the fact that I requested them not to open any of them due to safety in Cape Town as well as bugs kept coming into my room with the wide open balcony and toilet. On the last night the house keeping even left their cleaning towel in my room on my night stand, and tried barging into my room with me being inside in early morning.
Somewhat questionable on the high rating.

Everything carefully and tastefully prepared for our convenience. Manageress Katie is extraordinary and made us feel like family with her home cooked 5-star quality perfect breakfasts. Will most certainly book this venue again whenever I go to beautiful Plettenberg Bay again! Real value for money & super affordable! Special thanks to Brigitte for spoiling me with the Whale room with the most stunning views even when the weather was cold & rainy. SShae80Amazing guesthouse/hotel in a great location, 20mins from the airport, 10mins walk from the beach, super clean and easy to find! Staff were the best, the breakfast each morning was sublime, walking up the tasty smells, and the range on offer was perfect! I was welcomed with a drink and a wet towel, given information about the guesthouse/hotel and about the area, plus shown to the coffee machine which is complimentary, with marshmallows and cream biscuits/cookies! Thank you again, loved the vibe of the place, loved the guesthouse, bed was huge and slept well, enjoyed my stay in Cape Town! Would definitely recommend this place, great home away from home as they say!

Karen and Dave have made this a lovely place to be. As soon as I arrived they invited me to a beer at the cozy pub onsite, gave me great advice on who to book with for shark diving and whale watching… and then later hiking in DeKelders …
My “room” as a solo traveler was really a condo— a living room with kitchenette, and then upstairs the bedroom.
Good food, good wifi, and good conversation made the experience an A +.
Lulu the friendly dog cements the deal to make the place feel like home.!

Karren was so kind and extremely helpful. I had a health issue during my stay. She without asking any questions drives me to the hospital. And help there as well. So kind reliable person ❤️
Moreover, on arrival she suggested me upper class room without extra pay. Just because it wasn’t occupied. That is not a common thing nowadays I think.
So if you want to be treated as a valuable person you definitely need to come here
PS the mountains and ocean view was breathtaking. And tasty breakfast cooked with love

AAndrew JohnThe location was great, however going on holiday is about relaxing and getting some shuteye. The bed was slanting on the sides and bulging in the middle.
I had a horrible experience every single night in this place. For the money charged for my stay, doesn’t match the poor mattress which overwhelmed my holiday experience.
I’m certain this was previously brought to their attention but as always will they make some diplomatic excuse for messing once holiday up. I booked this place from Saudi just to be disappointed.
