This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. También ordenamos pizza en el restaurante italiano en el hotel y se le disfrutó el 10% de ser hotel invitados, Food era así, pero es bueno tomar la comida que ordenamos y les disfrutamos en el balcón!

Lake Lawn is a beautiful resort with so much to do without ever leaving the resort. The lake views are amazing, there are 3 different places to eat, a huge indoor pool and hot tub along with two large outdoor pools that we didn’t use due to it being April. In the warmer weather you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, and even boats. We are definitely coming back to enjoy the summer activities, but it’s also amazing for colder weather since the resort is so large with a game room, indoor pool, and restaurants, you can wear the kids out without ever leaving the resort. It’s also only 15 mins from downtown Lake Geneva to enjoy more shopping and restaurants and only 3-4 mins to the town of Delavan that has all basic needs like Walmart, Kohls, Fleet Farm and lots more restaurants. It’s truly an awesome place.

The hotel is newly open in 2025, impeccably clean and has a very nice breakfast.

El Best Western Lodge fue una buena experiencia! Las habitaciones estaban limpias, el personal era amable y útil, y el desayuno era ordinario con opciones menores. Su ubicación conveniente hizo que nuestra estadía sea fácil. Altamente recomendable para una estadía corta y sin problemas.

Had a good stay at the Aloha Beach Resort. Stayed here for my niece 2nd birthday and she enjoyed the pool and the lake!
