En general buen hotel. Habitaciones limpias y bien equipadas, el problema es que no están muy bien insonorizadas, coincidimos con un grupo de niños y se complicó un poco descansar. En la piscina faltan tumbonas y alguien que vigile que se cumplan las normas. El desayuno en general bien aunque muy orientado a asiáticos y debido al volumen de gente a veces un poco difícil conseguir mesa. El servicio muy amable en todo momento.

My daughter really enjoyed swimming here. She had so much fun and already said she wants to come back again! ☺️☺️ Hopefully we can bring her here again for another staycation in the future. It was a lovely experience for our family

Me alojé en una habitación triple con mis padres. La cama era bastante cómoda. Me preocupaba que las instalaciones de la habitación fueran antiguas, pero en realidad estaban bien. La habitación también era lo suficientemente grande y no estaba abarrotada. El ruido de las motos que venían de la ventana de la habitación en el segundo piso era un poco molesto.

Este hotel es muy bueno y se adapta perfectamente a un ambiente retro. Es necesario informar en recepción sobre el secador de pelo. Está cerca de la playa de Tanjong Aru, una buena alternativa al Hotel Shangri-La. Sin embargo, conviene tener cuidado al salir de noche.

One of our best experience. Best part about Manukan Sutera lodge 1) very helpful and friendly staff. 2) i booked 2 rooms. They gave me adjoining room. Super helpful for family with kids. 3) very spacious rooms. 4) sunset viewpoint is a big plus. U get the see the beautiful sunset. But have to walk 1.5km to and another 1.5km back. 5) private beach is helpful for guests so that we don't have to share the public beach with the rest of the visitors. U get to see more fish and corals because fewer tourists to scare away the fish 6) free rental snorkeling equipment. 7) delicious and sumptuous breakfast. 8) easy boat transport. Free overnightt parking at sutera marina club. Disadvantages 1) no data signal or wifi in the room.have to go to reception for wifi or data signal. 2) dinner is slightly more expensive because there is only 1 restaurant, so no other choices. But food is delicious, even for the fried rice (see pic)

I booked a room at Hilton Kota Kinabalu for my wedding celebration, and it was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for getting ready and relaxing before the event. The interior felt modern and well-maintained, which added a nice touch to the whole wedding atmosphere. The staff were professional and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests, which made everything much smoother during such a busy time. The hotel environment was calm and pleasant, making it ideal for a special occasion like this. Overall, I’m really happy with the stay and would definitely recommend it for weddings or important events.

Had a really lovely staycation recently! The facilities were great, and the sunset view was absolutely stunning, definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We were also happy to be able to get a connecting room this time, which made things so much more convenient for my family. We had requested wheelchair accessibility, and the staff truly did their best to accommodate our needs , really appreciate the kindness and effort shown. One small area for improvement would be the landscaping around the resort, which could use a bit more maintenance. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with our stay and would happily come back again. Thank you for the thoughtful hospitality!

Находится в 50 метрах от воды, чистый пляж. Постоянный шум моря. Ничего кроме номера и моря там нет, ни магазинов ни кафе. Нужно иметь машину чтоб ездить в соседний город. Хозяин очень доброжелательный и милый. Увы, Нам очень не повезло с соседями местные которые устроили вечеринку в соседнем номере из 6-7 человек и всю ночь распивали пиво и развлекались до 6 утра. Попытка их попросить не мешать спать привела к агрессии с их стороны. Мы не чувствовали себя в безопасности по этому уехали после первой же ночи. В целом отель отличный если вам повезет с соседями либо хозяин будет следить за теми, кого селит.

A very spacious place with a nice view of the city. A big, comfortable bed and a convenient shower.Only 10 minutes from the airport. There are a microwave, a refrigerator, and a hotplate. Highly recommended

Reservé una habitación con vistas al mar. Me dieron la misma planta que el vestíbulo. Prefiero una planta superior para tener mejores vistas. Solicité salida tardía y solo me permitieron hacerla hasta la 1:00 sin coste adicional. Lo agradezco. En general, fue una experiencia excelente y volveré en mis próximas vacaciones.
