環境和裝修挺不錯的別墅，有冰箱微波爐可以用，去海邊步行10分鐘，就是隔音不好，住了兩天沒休息好，我們住二樓帶廁所的主人房，別的房間第一天外放音樂，第二天小孩子玩樂吵鬧。好像無法反鎖門，也不知道是不是已經反鎖了，從裏面可以直接開的問題。

Agradecimientos: 1) El servicio de atención al cliente por WhatsApp responde muy rápido y amablemente :). 2) Hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Busca ”restaurante Claypot” y comimos allí cuatro días seguidos, incluso después de mudarnos de hotel. 3) La piscina estaba limpia y bonita. 4) La decoración antigua del hotel es increíble. 5) El hotel tenía dos plazas de aparcamiento privadas; también hay plazas de aparcamiento fuera, pero no estoy seguro de si es legal. Tuvimos suerte de tener al menos una plaza en el hotel durante nuestra estancia. A mejorar: 1) El hotel no tiene recepción. Asegúrate de que los clientes reciban los datos de su check-in antes de llegar o al menos justo antes de las 15:00. 2) El wifi podría ser más rápido. Falló varias veces durante mi estancia de tres días y dos noches. Mi señora y yo ni siquiera pudimos cargar Google Maps. Fue bastante frustrante. Tuve que usar mis datos. 3) ¿Tal vez la insonorización? Teníamos una habitación que daba a la calle principal y en nuestra habitación había una puerta que antes se abría y daba al balcón, pero está bloqueada por un armario grande. Esto permitía que el sonido se filtrara por las rendijas de la puerta. 4) El inodoro podría estar más limpio; revisen los sifones del suelo y asegúrense de que estén limpios; el limpiador dejó una bola de pelo atrapada en ellos. 5) El suelo del inodoro podría tener tiras antideslizantes. Estaba muy resbaladizo. Tuve que prohibirle a mi hijo pequeño que usara el baño. 6) Había demasiados mosquitos en el hotel. Por suerte, no había en nuestra habitación.

everything is ok.. the breakfast food is delicious while eating you can see the sea.. the view is beautiful.. the location is good.. the beach is close to the hotel.. only the cleanliness is a little lacking in the room.. the bed sheet is dirty but a little.. the worst thing is the smell of the pillow is a bit less pleasant.. hope the hotel can make improvements

The accommodation is in a convenient location, easy to travel to, and there is a convenience store at the hotel. The hotel is near the sea, has a good atmosphere, and the receptionists are friendly and provide detailed information about the room. There is a room deposit of 100 ringgit, which will be returned on the check-out day.

Good location. Nice beach view. Clean and comfortable. Services can improve. Do not make room unless by request of guest only to ensure privacy and two way agreed communication thank you.

El hotel es ideal para parejas en luna de miel y para quienes buscan privacidad. El paisaje de la playa es muy bonito y relajante. La zona del hotel que rodea el hotel ofrece una gran variedad de comida local y cafeterías. Aunque la recepción de algunos dispositivos móviles es limitada en la zona del hotel.

El Flamingo Hotel by the Beach es una excelente opción para viajeros que priorizan una ubicación frente al mar y una gran piscina familiar. Si bien algunos aspectos del hotel pueden parecer un poco anticuados, las hermosas vistas, el buen servicio y las prácticas comodidades lo convierten en una opción ideal para una estancia relajante en Penang.

El hotel está muy bien servido, y el personal y la tripulación de la casa ayudan a preparar la sorpresa de cumpleaños con deco de cumpleaños, torta de cumpleaños en el servicio de la habitación. El hotel dispone de una habitación con cama y cocina, con balcón y vistas al mar. Parking privado gratuito, acceso a la playa.

Cleanliness is an issue - mold on the blind, dirty skirting, shampoo stain on the floor, white stain on the toiletries rack. The building overall including the parking requires further maintenance. Disliked the act of calling at around 1130am asking for your check out time - what is the point of asking other than signalling you it is almost time and should be done ASAP. The only thing which we appreciated most - bellboy was very helpful and immediately assisted with our luggage.

Surprised by how clean it was despite being an old hotel in the area. I am overall satisfied with the hotel and my room, especially the cleanliness of the toilet and tub area. If I have to be really fussy and pin point a thing I did not like, it would be that the blanket is slightly thinner than I would normally prefer a hotel blanket to me. However, this is just my very fussy side speaking. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4.9 out of 5. I had booked a room with breakfast during my two days there for a workshop. Both days are somewhat the same, food was decent. The workshop provided lunch which led me to again dining in the lunch buffet section, overall it was pleasant. I like it that the hotel provided a variety of Penang food over the two days. My fav was the rojak which I took a photo here haha! Hub enjoyed the pool and hot & cold pool (sadly the sauna was under maintenance). Before I checked out, I also happened to be part of the Penang heritage launch ceremony. So, I got to see some of the really beautiful art work and nyonya clothing items on sale at the pop up stalls at the lobby too. The hotel also was serving nutmeg juice and Penang famous snack 豆沙饼. I must mention too, that I got a sea view room which allowed me to see the extension project by MBPP. There was a very happening and lovely park opposite the hotel just minutes walk away. I couldn’t help to bring myself over and was really happy to experience the joy of the families enjoying the facilities there. Huge slide, lots of climbing equipment and a very decent skatepark! Running track was very nice too! You must check it out if you’re in Penang! It was overall a pleasant stay in all.
