La comida del restaurante del hotel se actualiza todos los días. El camarero es muy atento y te dará el menú de almuerzo y cena del día todas las mañanas. La parada de autobús está justo en la puerta.

It was the best place to stay in Maiori, away from the hustle bustle. Location is very near to the town area as you can walk or pay for their shuttle service. We chose to walk and explore around. The jetty is nearby as well so you can pop by Amalfi or Positano. Best place to live.

The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

RRuby8383La habitación con vistas al mar del hotel es invencible. Puedes ver el amanecer a la izquierda por la mañana y el atardecer a la derecha por la noche. La habitación es bastante espaciosa y hay muchas opciones para comer cerca. Pero el hotel es muy viejo y el aire acondicionado hace tanto calor que es inútil apagarlo. Hace 23 grados centígrados durante el día en Nápoles en febrero. Sólo puedo abrir la puerta del balcón en medio de la noche. ruidoso abajo. Lo que es aún más extraño es que no se permite que uno mismo recoja el desayuno. El camarero lo recogerá por usted. Quería un poco de pepino y el camarero me dio 3 rodajas finas. Me dieron 2 pastillas más y me sentí como si estuviera de vacaciones.

The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations.
The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room.
Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay.
Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage.
Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

UUsuario invitadoCreo que con las fotos que muestran una piscina y tumbonas, serían gratis, pero cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que cuestan 15 euros por día para usar a pesar de que somos huéspedes del hotel. La razón por la que elegimos un hotel con piscina en lugar de pagar 1 en la playa. Muy decepcionado.
Las duchas son muy pequeñas, no somos personas grandes y nos resultó difícil ducharnos.
El balcón era bueno ya que podía enjuagar la ropa y secarla afuera, pero solo estaba colocado sobre las sillas.
No hay hervidor de agua en la habitación, pero puedes conseguir café gratis con el desayuno. El desayuno estaba incluido, lo cual fue genial.
Huevos revueltos, jamón, queso, bollos, jugo y café.
La ubicación era estupenda al salir del ferry y justo en el puerto con el equipaje.
Si vas a la ciudad, hay una gran escalera hasta la cima o puedes caminar por la playa hasta el ascensor que baja por la carretera, cuyo uso cuesta 2 euros.
El bar de arriba tiene puestas de sol increíbles, es encantador ver la puesta de sol y tienen un DJ que toca música encantadora y lenta que todas las generaciones pueden disfrutar. Las bebidas son un poco caras en el bar.
El restaurante en la parte inferior del hotel era genial. Pizza Margherita a 7 euros y tienes un 10% de descuento como huésped del hotel.
Probablemente la próxima vez me quedaría en la ciudad porque está más cerca de todo, pero me gusta caminar y caminar para hacer ejercicio, por lo que la gran escalera funcionó para mí, pero no para mucha gente. Creo que el hotel puede haber dicho que tienen taxi gratis a la ciudad, pero no estoy 100% seguro.

LLKHKerMy family and I had a precious and memorable experience at Casa Astarita guesthouse in October. Although we walked for a while from the bus station to the house, we soon realized that we were already passing through the most central and lively area of Sorrento. Everything we wanted—restaurants, gift shops, gelato and drink bars, supermarkets, and more—was just a few steps from the guesthouse.
The reception and hospitality at Casa Astarita were even more surprising and heartwarming, making us feel truly at home. We were deeply touched and grateful to be guests here.
We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast time with other guests in the common dining area. The maids were kind and thoughtful, customizing our meals to our preferences.
The room was spacious, and the furniture solid and traditionally functional—not designed for those expecting luxury decor, but perfectly comfortable. The balcony overlooked the main street below, where we could hear buskers and Italian music playing from the nearby restaurants, giving us an immersive sense of the city.
On our checkout day, as we wanted to stay in the city until late, we were gladly offered luggage storage without hesitation. We sincerely thank the host for their considerate and customer-oriented service.

UUsuario invitadoOver all experience ! 8/10! Location 10-15 to Sorrento town centre by bus ! Which is right outside. So don’t bother for taxi , or paid car parking ! Sea view hotel. 3 star but with lovely pool , sea view sitting area to relax for guests. Hand wash , hair dryer , small bathroom. Shower area very tight but manageable. Locker. Air con. Room size ( booked Standered) ok. 15M ! Manageable Room cleanliness good . Bed comfortable ! Cupboard. All this in 3 star is mind boggling ! Now Negative points . U can’t sleep for long. Max 8-9am. As check out is 10.30am max. BF 7/10. As other guest start closing doors going for BF so u hear them. It’s a two story hotel with stairs. No elevator. But has help to take your luggage to rooms. Try to take rooms on 1st floor. If u r over 55 plus. But keep in mind. It’s 3 star. With sea view and pool. Last suggestion. Don’t other taking rent a car. Take ferries. Driving on some road here is not very safe with Italian drivers. Plus traffic.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay at Hotel Vittoria was a lovely experience. The room was spacious, clean, and designed in a beautiful Greek-inspired style. Despite not having air conditioning, the room remained comfortably cool thanks to its location near the sea. One of the highlights was the balcony with a stunning view—my partner and I enjoyed a peaceful evening watching the sunset from there.
A big concern for us in Positano was managing our two bulky luggages, but the staff, especially Christina and Roberta, were incredibly helpful and responsive. They kindly arranged for porters to assist with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which made a huge difference.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed their homemade drinks like the chocolate and americano. While the room didn’t have a kettle, the staff gladly provided us with hot water at night whenever needed.
Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay with excellent service!
