I really like this hotel, the location is perfect for the old town, with shops, bars, cafes etc within a few metres walk. The main transport square is only maybe 50m away, with lots of buses and bikes. It’s such a cool vibe inside the hotel, like 70’s style. Very friendly staff, very good value. The breakfast is ok, like a continental selection, nothing hot (apart from boiled eggs) but it’s fine. I’m on the second floor and here is a slight fan type noise all the time, it’s quieter as you go down each floor, but I’ve slept well. The veranda is a little grubby, as is the central outdoor area, but everything else is immaculate. Don’t expect that perfect modern hotel look, the bathroom for example looks “dated” but that’s the point - it’s really clean and looks so cool and homely, not like all the usual modern hotels that have no character. Good selection of books downstairs. I really like the place, originally booked 3 nights but extended that to just over a week which says something. Only marked 3 for Services as there’s not much else other than rooms, a chill out area and the breakfast room, so don’t expect spas/pools etc

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

The hotel is just as amazing as we expected. The room was cozy and clean. We loved the spa facilities, sauna and hammam (the pool temperature could be even warmer). Service was great too. Parking was available for 17 euro for the whole stay (1 night). It's just at the seafront and you could walk out to the beach from the hotel spa/pool. Services were exceptional too. There are room service available and also two restaurants (menu seemed nice, with vegetarian options but we didn't have the chance to try it). Will recommend it!

The room is a little small with not much space to walk around if you have more than one big luggage to open. Good location with E.Leclerc and some shopping and dining areas within walking distance of the hotel. As we arrived during the reception closing hours, we were worried that we were not allowed to deposit our luggage before check-in. However, the staff saw us outside and opened the door for us to settle in our luggage before the check-in hours. They were very kind and patient throughout the process.

Este hotel está en una ubicación fantástica, en medio de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Las tiendas internacionales de marca están a pie. Las vistas de la ventana son excelentes. La cama es cómoda. El personal del escritorio del frente fue muy útil en la recomendación de lugares para comer y otros lugares. La única queja que he encontrado en el duche varios cabellos al inspeccionar la habitación.

This hotel is fab for a break, it is ideally located in the port with fantastic views, the room with a balcony is a must for relaxing with a glass of wine and soaking up the atmosphere, the buffet breakfast was a great start to the day with lovely bread choices from croissants to chocolate cake with plenty fresh fruit, scrambled eggs beans and cereals all in all it was a great stay would definitely go again

Very good location, with the beach almost at your doorstep! Great room with a balcony. An easy 10 min walk to the pier where the ferries depart for Cap Ferret. Restaurants all around. About 10mins walk from the SNCF train station. Manageable for those rolling luggage as the pavement along the way is mostly paved and flat.

El hotel está situado en una zona de la playa, a unos minutos a pie de la playa, y a unos minutos a pie de la playa. Recomiendo a los que están planeando en Biarritz

Situación muy tranquila cerca del centro de la ciudad, alquiler de coches y estación de tren. La habitación parecía limpia, pero como usted es responsable de lavar los platos (la máquina proporcionada) nunca sabe lo que hizo el huésped anterior. La recepción no está abierta 24/24: se cierra incluso para almuerzo, por lo que tenga en cuenta su hora de llegada.

La habitación es muy, muy pequeña, la ventana da a otra pared y hay aire acondicionado afuera. El desayuno no está seleccionado, pero el desayuno sí está incluido. La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado del *** y la playa, el autobús puede llegar directamente. Llovió el día que fui, así que probablemente no volveré a vivir
