Estoy muy satisfecho con mi primera estadía a mediados de mes. El hotel está a solo unos pasos del paso Gongbei. Incluso si esta vez llueve, no me preocupa. Puedes tomar el ascensor directamente. el vestíbulo del hotel a través de la plaza del puerto subterráneo Todos los camareros son amables y corteses en el manejo de todos los problemas, la habitación está ordenada y limpia y los suministros están completos. Esta vez me registré un sábado y el precio solo superó los 300. Me ayudaron a conseguir una habitación en un piso superior con una buena vista y me proporcionaron un plato de fruta de bienvenida. De hecho, fue la elección correcta elegir quedarme nuevamente.

Lia and carl are so helpful when we were checking in the hotel. They are very concerned about the guests well being and their stay. When the concern of a birthday was brought up, they even prepared a Sheraton bear as a gift to my daughter.👍👍👍

I stayed here for 7 days, by the 5th day the bathroom shower was clogged and the bathroom had flooded. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and changed me to a different room. The hotel room was very big and the air conditioning was great for these hot days.

Location is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel. Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc. Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all. Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).

El hotel es bastante conveniente. Hay un autobús de enlace al Ocean Park. El bebé es familiar. También está muy cerca del gran circo a pie. El buffet es rico y la habitación es cómoda. Puede pedir un extra. cama y cerca para almohadas y demás. Lo único que lamento es que el clima no es bueno el 1 de mayo, con fuertes vientos y fuertes lluvias, y no lo pasé bien. La habitación es muy cómoda, limpia e higiénica. El personal de planta es muy educado y entusiasta. El transporte es conveniente. Puedes caminar hasta la playa en unos minutos. Es muy agradable contemplar la vista nocturna de Macao. por la noche me encanta! La recepcionista de la recepción tuvo una buena actitud. Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

Cheng Mai S Hotel is a great hotel. It's worth it to stay here. The hotel is facing the sea and enjoy. The places are nice and clean and tidy. Their services are great too, fast and friendly.

Cheng Mai S Hotel is a great hotel. It's worth it to stay here. The hotel is facing the sea and enjoy. The places are nice and clean and tidy. Their services are great too, fast and friendly.

全島唯一值得去的地方，出行注意誤了六點半的船還有車渡可以坐，實在誤了船拉人坐小船的 30 塊一個人（極度不推薦），沒過晚上八點千萬不要信拉客的人，輪渡的工作人員很冷淡，估計是避免和當地漁民發生沖突（沒到時間一定可以輪渡）。島內建設很原始，沒啥好玩的地方，也沒有外賣那些東西，酒店算是世外桃源了，店裡的吃食算是全島最佳還便宜，不需要到其他地方吃，可以改善的地方是房間略有黴味，户外的泡池衞生因為是露天的使用需要消毒。總體來説，還會再去的，衹在酒店玩 或者轟趴絕對是個好去處。要是枕頭可以有矮一點的就更好了。
