Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Un excelente lugar para alojarse si haces escala tarde en el aeropuerto. Está a poca distancia a pie y es fácil de encontrar. Además, es muy espacioso.

Abajo de la colina del centro de Seattle, espera un paseo/uber en la ciudad si va por esa vía. También no hay fan en el baño que tipo de sucio y la TV no funcionaba. De lo contrario, junto al agua que era realmente agradable. A continuación, conozca 100 dólares por noche hasta 500 dólares por 5 noches+.

La mejor y más discreta ubicación si quieres visitar el 90% de Seattle. El registro fue amable y eficiente. El vestíbulo es genial. Ojalá lo hubiera usado un poco más. No comí ni bebí allí porque había quedado con amigos para cenar en la ciudad. Hay varios cafés en la zona que valen la pena. El check-out fue el proceso más fácil que he tenido. Las habitaciones parecen un poco ciberpunk/hotel cápsula, pero se duerme bien y tienes prácticamente todo lo necesario [a menos que necesites un escritorio para trabajar o algo así]. Algunos detalles a tener en cuenta: Las luces son un poco difíciles de atenuar, ya que el brillo varía. Habría sido genial dejar una luz encendida y atenuar el resto con la función de ahorro de energía [también para mantener la cortina de noche y bajar la de día, así no tengo que entrar en una habitación completamente oscura después de cenar]. ¿Por qué no 5 estrellas en todos los sentidos? La puerta de la ducha no cerraba del todo, así que usé las toallas para secar el suelo mojado del baño. Pedí toallas extra en el quiosco... nunca llegaron. Al menos el suelo se secó antes de irme. Quizás si hubiera pedido con el iPad, lo habría hecho. Este obstáculo hizo que mi estancia no fuera tan buena como podría haber sido, pero me las arreglé [hay baños adicionales en el sótano, por suerte].

La zona que estaba en el hotel es conocida por mí y, francamente, no estaba esperando quedarme en esa zona, pero me alegro de que lo hiciera. El hotel está situado en dos pisos y, como es una propiedad más antigua, se sugirió que me quedara en el segundo piso por menos ruido. La habitación era muy limpia y la vista al campo de golf era muy agradable. El desayuno de la casa de vacaciones fue muy bueno, haz tus panqueques a través de la máquina en las fotos listadas. El hotel dispone de una máquina de lavar y secar, operada con moneda, y también de una sala de gimnasio y una pequeña zona de snack. **No tienen un transbordador, pero están cerca del aeropuerto y en el campo de golf. Un restaurante chino y un pub irlandés estaban cerca. Me dijeron que intentaría el pub, pero pensé que iría a buscar un chino de estilo americano. Dale una miss. Debo tener. Irish la próxima vez. *** QUECK NOTA *** El hotel dispone de Wi-Fi en las habitaciones. Estaría segura de que me quedaría en este hotel de nuevo.

El personal es profesional, aunque la atmósfera general se siente bien orientada a las empresas, quizás más adecuada para los viajeros de negocios. Las instalaciones están ligeramente fechadas; características como el control centralizado de la iluminación sería una mejora bienvenida, ya que la necesidad de operar cada luz individualmente puede ser inconveniente.

This place was BEYOND amazing. I've stayed at about 10 different hotel/motels around bellingham and this was absolutely by far the best. The guy who works at night went way above and beyond to help when my boyfriend dead bolted the door to our room and fell asleep. It was extremely refreshing to see someone be proactive in helping a situation that was totally not their fault. The breakfast was next level. Like I wanted to stay an extra day just to eat breakfast again, so.many.choices. They have a restaurant/ bar that must be good cause on Saturday there was a decent amount of people having a drink. The studio room was HUGE. like double or more the size of a normal hotel room. The only con was the bathrooms. The room had 1 for the toilet and a different room for the shower, that wouldn't be too bad but the doors are opaque sliding doors that don't shut fully, do not have a latch and do not lock. I had to tie something between the shower rail and the door handle so my daughter wouldn't open it. But everything else made this hotel an easy book for next time we need a room. 10/10 will book again.
