Me encantaba el servicio de navegación aeroportuaria 24-hour. Los conductores fueron útiles y proporcionaron consejos sonoros sobre las partidas del aeropuerto. El check-in del hotel fue fácil. La habitación era limpia y cómoda. Me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

When we were arriving, we didn’t have navigation so it was wonderful to see the big sign from the road. Check in is also 24hrs which really helped us as we were arriving late. The room had everything we needed and included 3 power points under the table lamps. It would’ve been nice to have brighter lights as it was a bit dim but the lamps helped to focus the lighting. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly but I wished the front desk had more knowledge for overseas travellers. It’s also conveniently located near a shopping area. We got our traveller eSIM cards from the nearby AT&T store. I didn’t get to use the amenities.

Pet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼

Kind staff. You can also be solo and relax and not have to interact with anyone if you don't want to. Clan, hit water, smells good and I love love love this big income. Wonderful king size bed, even in it by myself!!

This hotel is very satisfying. Great location. The staff , from the front desk to the maids are very helpful and kind. There is plenty of shops, places to eat and entertainment for the entire family surrounding this hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Esta vez el mejor hotel viaja, el precio es menos caro, el hotel está en la carretera de alta velocidad, estacionamiento gratuito, desayuno buen, a la montaña del Congreso y a la Casa Blanca a unos 30 minutos de coche.

El desayuno está bien, el hotel no está ubicado en Washington, DC, ningún automóvil no es conveniente, el hotel tiene un estacionamiento.

Muy limpio y las mujeres en el escritorio delantero, creo que su nombre es Grace fue absolutamente maravilloso. La única cosa negativa que se mencionaba fue el $20 por día de parque y el garaje estaba en un edificio separado, (por lo tanto, en una noche fría y amarga que era)esto suge tener que llevar el equipaje.

My family i was traveling for redskins game. Check in was smooth and rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok but we dont eat pork and didnt hv pancakes orwaffles. . Overall the stay was good.

Ubicado en la carretera de Wisconsin, el tráfico es bastante conveniente y el hotel tiene su propio estacionamiento, pero el estacionamiento está sujeto a un cargo. El check in por la noche es muy tranquilo, al otro lado de la calle hay una zona residencial, hay una casa, la ecologización es muy buena. A un kilómetro se encuentra la estación de metro, el hotel tiene un servicio de transporte a la estación de metro, de hecho, el paseo también es muy rápido. Hay un supermercado a unos 50 metros, puedes comprar pasteles de pan de fruta fresca, las variedades de queso son muy diversas e impresionantes. El personal es muy agradable y se le dará un panecillo caliente al momento del check-in.

Llegué a BWI alrededor de las 11:40 p.m. y me apresuré a llamar al servicio de transporte desde el hotel, ya que me informaron antes de que si no llamaba antes de la medianoche, estar solo para llevarme al hotel. Estaba estresado porque era la primera vez que viajaba solo. Los llamé a las 11:50 pm ¡uf! pero mucho de tiempo antes de las 12:00 am. Entonces pensé, primero me pusieron en espera ... luego colgaron, siguiente llamada ... No contestaron y colgaron. Ahora estoy loco. Finalmente, un servicio de transporte estará allí en ... 15-20 minutos, ¿ehhhh? así que estoy parado solo a la medianoche solo (una mujer de 55 años) pasa media hora ... llamo al hotel de nuevo y no es fácil que alguien me conteste. Oh, el transbordador se llenó, me dijeron que tenían que enviar otro, REALMENTE, así que otros 15 minutos pasan sin lanzadera, media hora después, veo la lanzadera, aquí viene ... y pasa volando junto a mí mientras grito ¡¡ALTO !! da vueltas, 10 minutos más tarde finalmente está aquí a la 1:15 am y luego dice que ha estado allí. le dijeron PUERTA 15 Dije que estaba en UBICACIÓN 15. Loco incluso antes de llegar al hotel, una vez allí ... una nevera llena de refrescos para comprar y no un refresco DIET ... Me voy a la cama. ¿Sin manta? solo sábanas tenía frío, así que fui a la recepción para pedir una manta, lo siento, están encerradas, aquí hay algunas sábanas más. Para ser justos, parecían tener muy poco personal. y la habitación estaba limpia pero no valía la pena el precio

La recepción es acogedora, con fruta y galletas gratis. El desayuno es normal, hay mucha gente. No hay muchos asientos. Puede utilizar un microondas para calentar la comida. El estacionamiento es grande, el área circundante no es muy conveniente, pero no hay necesidad de gente tranquila, etc., ¡seguro!

No hay lugar para estacionar, así que entré para comprobar la entrada y encontrar al valet. Le pregunté al caballero en el escritorio sobre el valet y él dijo que no tenía nada que ver con el valet. Están ocupados y necesito esperar en frente. Dije que estaba bien. Me pregunté si sabía dónde estaba el restaurante que reservaba y no era una pista y luego saca una lista de restaurantes y dice que está en la lista. Pregunto dónde está? Su respuesta está en la lista. No entendía el inglés, así que pensé que le preguntaría al valet. Fui al valet y me dijo que no estamos en el edificio principal y que no tiene tiempo para ayudarnos. No estaba seguro de si podía valer el coche. Me confundi y luego dijo que deja el coche y puede llevar tu equipaje al edificio que estás en. Bueno, acaba de estar a unos 5 bloques de distancia en los pasillos laterales de piedra de la colina. Está bien tanto para el servicio al cliente. No puedo creer que haya pagado tanto dinero y era una habitación de tamaño de una caja de zapatos sin servicio.

Me he alojado aquí un par de veces. Tranquilo y limpio. Las comodidades de la cocina son una ventaja. Mi único problema es que rara vez conceden salidas tardías, pero el hotel nunca parece estar lleno. Nada a poca distancia.

Las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas, a 5 o 6 minutos del aeropuerto, muy conveniente, el autobús del aeropuerto es de media hora, se puede registrar en la recepción con antelación, el coche puede abrirse con antelación. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. El coche de 6:20 acaba de salir en 10 minutos. El servidor nos ayudó a llamar al coche para traernos de vuelta. Muchas gracias.

La habitación era muy limpia y podía atrapar unas horas de sueño sin interrupciones antes de atrapar el transbordador al aeropuerto.

Bastante bien, quedarse a la una de la mañana, la cama es una decoración grande y un poco moderna. La desventaja es que el desayuno en el restaurante era muy pobre. Caminé dos cuadras para desayunar. Apto para estadía temporal por una noche.

Esta vez el mejor hotel viaja, el precio es menos caro, el hotel está en la carretera de alta velocidad, estacionamiento gratuito, desayuno buen, a la montaña del Congreso y a la Casa Blanca a unos 30 minutos de coche.

La habitación es muy grande, el dinero es demasiado entusiasta, la ubicación es buena, el servicio de desayuno es bueno, también es muy rico.

You get for what you pay very basic but it was cheap and easy so it worked

En el modo Motel, la habitación tiene una cama grande y buena ropa de cama, pero el aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido y se encenderá y se detendrá automáticamente. El desayuno es una típica comida rápida familiar americana, tortilla de muffins de bebida de frutas con leche, básicamente estos, es de autoservicio. Cuando me registré, la recepción era una señora mayor, muy amable y educada. Me bajé del avión desde Washington y conduje hasta el final para conseguir un punto de apoyo y me sentí muy caliente. Hay un pequeño patio donde se puede aparcar de forma gratuita. No muy lejos de la CARRETERA, es más conveniente entrar y salir.

La habitación con vistas al puerto, era tan hermosa. Vi el sol a través de la ventana de mi hotel. Y es una distancia a pie del barbor y restaurantes. El personal era hospitalario y agradable. La única cosa es que no tienen estacionamiento gratuito ni cubren las tarifas de estacionamiento, a diferencia de otros hoteles. Esta es la primera vez que experimento tener que pagar por mi propio. Tuve que pagar $24 por un día de estacionamiento.

Al lado de Washington, es Maryland, y llevará 40 minutos a Washington. Hay alrededores de la ciudad, hay un iquita. El hotel en sí mismo está en buenas condiciones, limpio y amigable con los empleados. La más digna de elogio es el desayuno, el sabor es bueno, muchos tipos de, es un desayuno raro de este hotel de precio.
