Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

Aunque la habitación estaba decorada con un estilo contemporáneo y resultaba cómoda, el zumbido constante del ventilador de techo averiado era un problema. La recepción me comentó que un huésped anterior había presentado una queja similar, lo que generó dudas sobre los protocolos operativos del establecimiento y la asignación de habitaciones. Dado este precedente, la razón por la que me asignaron esta habitación seguía siendo un misterio.
Extenuado tras mi viaje transcontinental de catorce horas, acepté su solución improvisada de amortiguar el ruido con papel, una medida provisional que me proporcionó un alivio temporal. Sin embargo, esta solución superficial solo subraya la necesidad de una intervención mecánica adecuada antes de que otros huéspedes se vean expuestos a circunstancias similares.

第一次住的雙床房，在內廳，還不錯，挺乾淨。於是第二次又選擇了這家酒店。定了大床房。結果房間居然在外面的天井傍邊，電梯乘到二樓，繞到外面天井，上簡易樓梯，自己把行李提到三樓，無語到頂。房間也特別小。實在糟糕的體驗，充其量高速公路旁邊經濟型酒店的檔次。

Fantástico como siempre! Estamos siempre disfrutando de nuestra estadía. Zoey Duplichain es un fantástico concierge y muy atento a los detalles. Nuestro especial pedido de chocolate de bolo fue fantástico. El agua era perfecta y la comida es deliciosa. Nos encantaba y volvemos la semana que viene! No podemos decir lo suficiente sobre eso! ¡Nos encanta la factura en la playa y Austin es un gran servidor. La playa es grande para caminar por la noche y la atmósfera es grande! Muchas cosas que hacer y mucho que ver para todos. Nos encanta el nugget dorado. El jack negro es maravilloso y mantienen las bebidas en camino. Nos vamos a celebrar mi cumpleaños 21 de los gemelos el lunes. No puedo esperar que sea absolutamente perfecto. Hemos pedido un queso de Vic y Anthony’s. Estoy seguro de que no será nada menos de sorprendente.

Bien l emplacement, le petit déjeuner, la piscine même si petite, par contre les lits en 140 pour les usa c est petit et on a pris l habitude d avoir bien plus grand

we stayed in this hotel for one night, the service is very good! the hotel is beautiful, in the city center, everything is clean, cozy! the only minus is that our room had no window! or rather it was fake! this should have been mentioned somewhere either on the website or at the reception!

It was Mardi Gras week and the hotel was super busy. Pool was great though it’s a little small. Location was fantastic, right smack on bourbon street. They do lack basic amenities like in-room complimentary bottled water for a four star hotel. Desire restaurant has got great food and especially the oysters.
They are also a dog friendly hotel, but pet toilet was artificial grass / green carpet located at the basement carpark, which wasn’t very convenient and it smells bad.

LLouise H1I simply must commend the management on their groundbreaking, complimentary wellness program. I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress?
Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for!
And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise.
The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to!
So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room.
When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology.
Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating!
It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult.
The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program.
Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025?

Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view. I guess many hotel chains have the policy of giving worth rooms to guests that book through third parties like Trip.com. They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around. See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room. So do not overpay for corner suites, it is not worth that.
Had issue with the stuff. The clock in the room was showing wrong time. Couldn’t fix it myself. Called the reception, they send a guy who after 20 min couldn’t do anything and just said sorry there nothing he could do. When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y.o.! Eventually the watch was fixed but the way they service clients is outrageous.
Lastly I had 12 pm check out time for my reservation but the receptionist told me it is 11 am.

Puedes oír la televisión de todos en la sala junto a tu habitación, la gente grita en el teléfono, las puertas se aplasan, la gente se encuentra en otro piso, la gente fuera en el patio bonito, el agua se tomó para siempre en la niebla para bajar, el tapón negro que te dan era tan feo, Parecía un snoot o un esperma que se abrazaba. El pelo estaba en todas partes. Digo esto con la comprensión de que el pelo es más difícil de levantar. Fue en nuestra cama, en todas partes en la ducha. No hay ningún lugar para que los niños se muestren y hablen en las calles bc todo puede oír tan claramente. De 1.5 pulgadas bajo las puertas que no ayudan al sonido. Lugar bonito, en un esquema de arriba y vecindad venida. Ellos sólo tienen aparcamiento callejero que fue abundante y dijo que había seguridad rodeando por el vecindario. BBrian Rose HensleyThe shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.

Hay puertas ferroviarias que pasan por la puerta, conveniente. La habitación es muy grande para una cama doble, la habitación tiene cocina y el desayuno también es bueno para los EE.UU. El estacionamiento del hotel está al otro lado del barrio y va a cruzar la carretera. Aparte del estacionamiento público más cercano al hotel, hay un descuento de $20 por día y un sábado. El aire acondicionado es un poco exagerado, la higiene es buena y limpia, nos encontramos con pequeños problemas durante nuestra estadía, pero el personal de Trip.com ha dado una comunicación cuidadosa rápidamente y debe ser elogiado.
