Un hotel Ibis estándar. La primera noche que estuve en el hotel en Turquía, nunca hubo nadie en la recepción. La persona que se registró era una persona nueva. Hice dos reservas, pero no pudo encontrar mi reserva. Segunda noche porque no estaba familiarizada con el negocio. Afortunadamente, Ctrip se resolvió en 1 minuto. ¡Me gustaría elogiar la velocidad de Ctrip nuevamente!

I partially like this hotel location. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just a short walk from the Izban station. St John Basilica is just before the hotel and the mosque is literally in front. Another short walk you will arrive at the Dolmus stop. Plenty of groceries stores and restaurants nearby making everything easier.
Our room were upgrade to a bigger room without extra charge and that was an extra BIG PLUS.
Turkish Breakfast everyday with very good coffee.

El hotel es limpio, moderno y muy cómodo. El personal fue bienvenido y útil a lo largo de la estancia. El personal del hotel es amable y está cerca de Folkart. Vine por negocios y estaba cerca. Esperaba que el interior de la habitación fuera más lujoso por el precio que pagué. Pagué casi 200 euros por una habitación, así que esperaba una habitación bonita, pero no la conseguí, y el olor a comida de gato que venía del exterior era horrible. Me asignaron una planta baja, por desgracia no una alta. Así que la relación calidad-precio es mala. No pagaría más de 90 € por esta habitación, pero pagué casi 200 €. Lamentablemente, no tomé fotos de la habitación porque estaba ocupado con el trabajo; de lo contrario, habría añadido fotos de la habitación por la que pagué demasiado; definitivamente no vale 200 €.

Me gustó mucho el hotel. La recepción está abierta las 24 horas y está cerca de la estación de tren de Basmane y de las principales atracciones del centro. La habitación es pequeña, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Hay nevera, pero se pueden tomar bebidas por un suplemento. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero no fue demasiado sofisticado. Está limpio, el interior es interesante y teníamos un baño exterior con llave aparte, pero eso no fue un problema. La habitación también estaba bastante seca. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente si necesitas alojarte en el centro.

Otel, çeşme marina manzaralı güzel bir konumda. Odalar ses yalıtımı konusunda zayıf. Park sorunu var. Biz otelin 3 araçlık park alanına park ettik ama yoğun sezonda otele çok yakın bir konuma park etmeniz zor olabilir. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok tatlı bir hanımdı. El hotel sale con metro, estación de tren, salida del metro y atm bancario, muy conveniente. La habitación es grande, el único problema es que el aire acondicionado es viejo y no puede ajustar la temperatura. El cuarto piso tiene que subir del tercer piso, pero hay balcón abierto, la vista nocturna realmente tiene fotos, no hay escopop. Hay un estacionamiento, pero es mejor no parar en dos filas porque no es fácil salir. Otra fila es conveniente.

UUsuario invitadoLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

However there was one exception in my experience and I only share it to improve the experience for the new guests if anyone is really reading my feedback. It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner. Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted. I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients. Otherwise it’s super annoying…At least write there that it’ll be available soon. There was another lady probably staff manager who came to apologize. It was very polite of her to check whether if there’s anything she can do. But I couldn’t understand why she asked our room number as she didn’t do anything afterwards. It kinda feels weird when someone questions something for nothing…

JJoshua PaulI had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel — it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff, who are part of the family that runs the hotel, were so friendly and kind. Their warmth really added a personal touch to the whole experience.
I was immediately struck by how beautifully the space was designed. The decor was modern but with a tasteful Turkish influence that made it feel both elegant and authentic. My room was cool and comfortable thanks to great air conditioning, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in during my travels.
One of my favourite parts of each day was sitting by the pool and watching the sunset — the view was just stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and special. It’s an intimate space, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing.
The location was also really convenient. I found it easy to visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, and the staff were full of helpful suggestions for places to eat, local sights, and travel tips.
Overall, I had an excellent experience. I felt truly looked after, and the hotel itself was beautiful and restful. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stay with a personal touch!

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

ZZaxxioEl hotel está situado a unos 5 minutos del aeropuerto en coche. Las instalaciones son nuevas y elegantes y el servicio muy correcto. La habitación no es amplia pero es muy funcional y el colchón es muy cómodo.

LLiWe stayed in Ayasoluk hotel for three nights. We are very happy that we chose this hotel as our base hotel for traveling around Selcuk. The location is perfect. It’s less than 10 minutes walk from train station, bus and taxi station. You can walk to St. John Basilica and Ephesus Museum . Also you can walk to bus station and take a mini bus to Ephesus Archaeological site for less than 10 minutes and TL30. A half day trip to the beautiful village of Sirince is highly recommended. You can take the morning bus from bus station in less than 20 minutes. You only pay TL 40 for one way.
The hotel is very nice decorated, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant in the hotel and the view from the terrace is pretty nice. Breakfast is typical Turkish cuisine and is very healthy. I would come back for my next visit in the region.
