Overall, a Good Stay with One Issue The hotel overall is quite good, but the only downside to our stay was the heater issue in our room. The water temperature was inconsistent—sometimes hot, sometimes cold—which was quite inconvenient, especially given the cold weather during our visit. Fortunately, the hotel management addressed the issue by upgrading one of our rooms to a different one, which made our stay more comfortable. We appreciate their effort to resolve the problem. The breakfast of the hotel is good too.

酒店離火車站比較近，可以Bolt打車前往，不過我們訂了包車司機是點到點接送。考艾這邊很多流浪狗，一定不要自己在小路上面走，我有一天晚上走着走着遇到一衹狗跟着我們，還狂吠，差點要撲上來咬，嚇死我了！記得遇到野狗不要對視，不要跑！ 酒店很美，很多園林設計和花草，很花心思佈置。 我們到的那天，因為很晚，沒有精力在外面餐廳吃飯，就打算在酒店餐廳吃泡麪（酒店餐廳只有早餐，還有麪包蛋糕全天都有賣），老闆娘和老闆是曼谷人，40歲左右，超級友好，給我和兒子泡了泡麪，還送了一個蒸包，還送了兩個水煮雞蛋，讓我覺得很温暖。我買了兩個蛋糕，一個巧克力，一個椰子，很好吃！他們看到我擤鼻涕咳嗽還很關切的問我需不需要葯，他們有。因為他們兩個和小兒子（也1米8了…）都住在酒店裡，就是家庭式酒店那種，很温馨。 房間很乾凈，毛巾就像我自己家裡的有香味還很新很柔軟。房間裏沒有拖鞋，可以去找老闆娘要。 美中不足是洗澡房，因為淋浴間沒有門，然後當時考艾晚上只有10幾度，水是即熱式電熱水器，出來的水温不夠熱，温度調到最高也覺得凍，淋浴頭不能離開身體，要拿着貼着身體淋才覺得水暖。老闆説，這個電熱水器平時是夠暖的，因為泰國沒有試過像今年那麼冷，所以如果夏天來絕對沒有問題。 酒店的早餐很好吃，也不貴。晚上吃飯可以去一家banmai chay nam，很大的泰餐， 我真的很推薦大家來考艾住他家，因為價格不貴，才300多一晚，而且環境很好，有任何需要老闆娘她們都肯幫忙。

Room is comfortable, clean, very nice and good ambience; however the breakfast needs to be improved. Such as the bacon is very hard. There is not much choice of bread or not much choice of international breakfast.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. The location is good for family who wants to have a peaceful holiday. Many attractions are near at the campsite but if you dont have a car you need to spend a lot renting.I would like also to suggest that make your own itinerary. To wrap it up it was good.

Classic, old style. This place is a big but comfy pool villa for those who look for a place to chill for a night or two. Every thing in here is gigantic, sofa, bed, or a pool! The view from Rm 927 is nice and quite private. There are so many spots you can sit and chill, both indoor and outdoor. There’s also a huge whirlpool bathtub inside in case one outdoor pool is not enough. Breakfast was food. Service was excellent.

La vista es espectacular, el precio es razonable pero no esperar demasiado, se obtiene lo que paga. El hotel es muy viejo y no tan limpio. El personal trata de ofrecer el servicio. Muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La cena en el restaurante también fue grande. Preparar repelente de insectos con usted, usted lo necesitará.

THE GOOD: The hotel was very clean, the staff were amazingly friendly. They showed me multiple rooms and let me choose the one I liked. The room was well equipped with blackout curtains, very comfortable furniture, large glass shower with both wand and overhead rainfall shower heads, everything worked fine. The shopping mall was not far, they allowed me a late check out of 2:00 p.m. which was very helpful. THE BAD the only two things which could have been better was the breakfast, and more English TV channels, the breakfast was not bad, good service, but there was no recognizable breakfast meat on the breakfast buffet such as real bacon, and while they did have a fresh cooked omelette station there was no cheese for the omelettes. No bacon, only a very processed looking ham type meat, sausage was more like a hot dog, and they had a good chicken dish but it was much too spicy for a western pallet unless somebody really likes spicy food. I got a bowl of hot water to rinse the chicken in to try to make it less spicy. I have a friend who came and paid one day to eat with us but he agreed it was not worth paying to eat there a second time and didn't come the second day because there was no bacon and no cheese. There were good English news channels on the TV, but I couldn't find any English movies or English TV shows. Admittedly I did not look that hard. SUMMERY: I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A FRIEND AND I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN, MY ONLY CRITICISM IS FOR HOPEFULLY SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS MORE TOWARD WESTERN CHANNELS BREAKFAST PALETTE.
