Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine. 

El hotel es muy bonito y el personal de recepción es excelente y muy bienvenido. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la mayoría de los lugares en Riyadh. También hay restaurantes en el hotel, junto con un gimnasio y una piscina, aunque no he tenido la oportunidad de probarlos 😄 Altamente recomendado!

Very clean and very big, have all the furnitures same as a complete house. Have 3 bedrooms with 7 beds 🥰🥰🥰 and the kitchen have all the accessories for cooking but inside of that we eat outside 😂😂😂. And also have a very big sitting room with 2 big size TV.

La ubicación es buena y el servicio es tan cálido, cortés y amable como dicen los internautas, acorde con la imagen de un hotel tradicional. No está mal. Aunque las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, aún se puede apreciar la gloria del pasado. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Riad, consideraré alojarme aquí.

En general, el hotel estuvo bien. La ubicación es conveniente, muy cerca del metro, lo que facilitó los desplazamientos. Como puntos negativos, la habitación carecía de algunos artículos básicos: no había albornoces, las toallas eran solo para una persona y el kit dental también era individual, a pesar de que la habitación estaba reservada para dos personas. Además, el personal de recepción podría haber sido más amable. Como puntos positivos, el desayuno fue bastante bueno, y el chef que preparaba las tortillas y los gofres fue muy amable y simpático, lo que hizo que la mañana fuera más agradable.

El hotel es bueno y hay personal también bueno Khalid nos ayuda a comprobar en el inicio que apreciamos y Gazi Hassan, Nazmul y Depak Oli son buenos en el restaurante que les importa mucho que realmente apreciamos y recomiendamos este hotel como uno de los mejores lugares para permanecer en Riyadh
