The Chinese woman (receptionist) are very kind and changed the room for me because my booking room as she said is without bathroom but there is no complementary drinking water bottles and there is no service but the hotel is good for Chinese people

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

El hotel está bien y tranquilo, tiene un buen desayuno y una buena internet. El hotel tiene que reparar la barrera de estacionamiento, no funciona con la tarjeta, por lo tanto, tienes que esperar unos minutos hasta que te avise a través de la cámara CCTV.

Una de las mejores experiencias en Riyadh. Ha sido quedarse en otros hoteles pero esta era memorable y notable. Buen sentimiento, equipo sorprendente, comida increíble ... En general, gran ambiente y vibes completamente resonantes los valores de marca de Marriott.

En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda decir. Todo está por debajo de cualquier estándar, pero especialmente el nivel de servicio de este hotel merece la mención de ser tan horrible. Algunos coches diarios: no hay aislamiento acústico, habitaciones no fumadoras huelen a tabaco, A/C hace el ruido más alto posible y los cojinetes hacen ataques. Entonces intenta cambiar las habitaciones y el personal informará que trasladarán el equipaje a otra habitación durante un día de ausencia y llegas tarde a la noche para ver que nada ha sucedido... A lo alto cuando sales del duche desnudo Un tipo entra con su equipaje diciendo que tiene una reserva para la misma habitación.

The hotel is rather far from the city center which makes it hard to access places. The hotel interior is grand, palatial, and very impressive. The rooms are in need of a refresh as they feel a bit dated. For us, the biggest plus was the interior pool but we felt the actual spa facilities are tired and not very luxurious, they are in need of a refurbishment and upgrade. Overall all a good stay.

This is a really comfortable hotel. The most comfortable bed and feather pillows of our time in Saudi Arabia. The breakfast was also the best. Buffet style with European options but absolutely delicious Arabic food including salads, bread, ful, a wide variety of dips and local cheeses, fruit etc plus an egg station and endless coffee or tea. Ask for a view towards Kingdom Tower. Saudi Arabia isn’t built for walking but you can get to the park at the back of the library where families meet in the evening which is entertaining. You don’t have many food options but there is cafe Elite which has a reasonably good value salad, a pizza place in the library and a mall with food court. If you’re prepared to walk a bit further through the back streets you can get to Mamma Noura which is by far the best and freshest shawarma and juice restaurant with great salads in this part of town. Highly entertaining and sociable too.

The location is at the end of the kingdom Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)

The first room I got smelled of cigarette smoke, though it was a non-smoking room. I got another room - same thing, but not quite as bad as the first one. Probably comes through the A/C vents. I stayed in the second room because it was late and I was tired. Also the shower drained really slowly. Bed was ok, maybe a little too hard for my liking. Construction work outside so it’s a bit noisy, but wasn’t an issue for me as I slept with ear plugs. Breakfast was good and there was lots to choose from. But the tables were too high for the chairs and eating was really awkward even for a 170 cm tall person.
