Por suerte, esta vez no había mucha gente haciendo cola y el proceso de registro fue mucho más rápido que antes. Me alojé en el piso 23 y comí comida china cerca. Estaba bastante buena. Recomiendo a todos que se alojen aquí. Hay mucha gente china.

En mi opinión, este hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Está justo al borde de la calle peatonal, donde se encuentran todos los restaurantes y cafeterías. El hotel es acogedor, sencillo, tranquilo, limpio y tiene precios razonables. El menú de desayuno es muy bueno y satisface la mayoría de los gustos. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a todos los que visiten Moscú.

La habitación es nueva, amplia y bonita, con instalaciones completas y cafetera de cápsulas. El desayuno es muy completo y está abierto hasta las 11, lo cual es muy cómodo. Se puede ir andando a la calle Arbat y tomar el autobús (2 paradas) hasta la Plaza Roja. En general, está muy bien. Si tuviera que decir algo negativo, hay pocos comercios alrededor del hotel y está lejos del metro.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, cerca del Teatro Bolshoi y la Plaza Roja; aunque mantiene la decoración histórica del hotel, algunas habitaciones han sido modernizadas y las instalaciones después de la renovación están completas, la vista a la calle es buena; La actitud de servicio del portero es muy pobre: ​​no hay personal que ayude a abrir la puerta de doble capa y la pesada puerta exterior, lo cual es muy inconveniente cuando se tiene equipaje; hay escaleras entre la puerta y el vestíbulo, y los huéspedes deben llevarlo; ellos mismos subieron su equipaje por las escaleras; el portero vio al huésped (yo) Cuando me caí en la puerta, no tenía intención de ayudarme o ayudarme😤 La sala de desayunos del hotel es muy lujosa y tiene música de arpa, pero la selección y el sabor de la comida son muy normales.

Los empleados son muy amables. Incluso las personas que no hablan inglés pueden hacer las formalidades de estadía fácilmente. La habitación es naturalmente limpia y el hotel entero tiene un buen olor. El precio de este hotel es de lujo, ¡puede disfrutar de una sensación extraordinaria en Rusia!

Everything at the hotel was great. We stayed there for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Easy to access to metro and Arbat area is buzzling and nice to walk around especially during the evenings/night. My only issue was trying to get our taxi to locate the hotel. When we book the taxi a different address appears on the booking app and it will bring you at the back of the hotel and you will need to find the hotel yourself. Our stay was during Feb and it was snowing and cold, so that was not a great experience trying to locate the hotel with 2 big luggage. Other then this I would recommend this hotel.

Хороший отель, от метро 5 мин пешком, очень удобно. В отеле есть все необходимое: тапочки , гели для душа, фен, халат, сушилка, чай, кофе. На завтраки не ходили

Отличный отель! Чисто, красиво, прекрасный матрас и белье! Хороший запах в отеле, милый персонал. Отличный завтрак, вкусные сырники, горячие вафли, прекрасный омлет. Мы отлично выспались после долгого путешествия! Определенно вернемся снова 👍🏼

I'm glad I choose this hotel to end my trip in Russia. The bed is so comfortable and really like the huge window. I have a quiet room and sleep really well. (quite true that also have to depend on your neighbour - next room) as you can sometime hear them. Since I was assigned the last. room so I only have one neighbour.. The registration is a breeze for foreigner. The only problem is if you book single room (duplex) and you are tall I will think you have bit uncomfortable to craw.into.the bed..😅. I'm Asian size and not tall (161cm) I need to craw carefully because two times I hit the wall. 🤣
