El hotel es acogedor, sencillo, tranquilo, limpio y tiene precios razonables. El menú de desayuno es muy bueno y satisface la mayoría de los gustos. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a todos los que visiten Moscú.

En general, es bastante bueno, las condiciones sanitarias básicas son correctas, el personal de recepción habla inglés y es muy amable, la ubicación es muy céntrica, cerca de las líneas 3 y 4, y se puede llegar a las líneas 5 y 7 caminando un poco, y el transporte es conveniente. I'm glad I choose this hotel to end my trip in Russia. The bed is so comfortable and really like the huge window. I have a quiet room and sleep really well. (quite true that also have to depend on your neighbour - next room) as you can sometime hear them. Since I was assigned the last. room so I only have one neighbour.. The registration is a breeze for foreigner. The only problem is if you book single room (duplex) and you are tall I will think you have bit uncomfortable to craw.into.the bed..😅. I'm Asian size and not tall (161cm) I need to craw carefully because two times I hit the wall. 🤣

The hotel has a good location, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the facilities met basic expectations. However, the service—especially the airport shuttle—was quite disappointing. We were travelling in a big group that included elderly people and many bags. Even though there were no other guests using the shuttle at that time, the staff showed reluctance and were not very helpful, which made the experience uncomfortable. If you are travelling with elderly family members, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of supportive and friendly service.

Отличные сутки в Idera! Отель расположен рядом с транспортным узлом Нижегородская — добраться до центра или др. районов МСК очень просто. Под боком Ашан, что позволяет за 10 минут купить продукты и приготовить ужин на полноценной мини-кухне (плита, холодильник, посуда — всё на месте). Санузел и душ — безупречны: хороший напор воды, стабильная температура, просторно и чисто. За сутки проживания ни одного нарекания. Лаконичный современный интерьер, тихо, уютно, Wi-Fi стабильный. Заселение мгновенное. Идеальный вариант для непродолжительного пребывания: автономность, комфорт и отличная транспортная доступность. Обязательно вернусь!

Отличный отель! Везде очень чисто и уютно, персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Удобная геолокация — легко добраться до центра и основных мест Москвы. Особенно понравился спа-комплекс и фитнес-зона: всё современное, комфортное и отлично подходит для отдыха после насыщенного дня. Отдельно хочется отметить очень удобные кровати, мягкие подушки и комфортные одеяла — спать было максимально приятно. Также приятным бонусом стал шоколадный час с 16:00 до 17:00 — очень классная и атмосферная идея от данной сети отеля.
