Our original booking was for January 2023 but due to thunderstorm and flood in zamboanga we cancelled our trip and requested to move it, for the 2nd time request of booking modification hotel still allowed us to rebook even though booking policy is non changeable and non refundable ❤️ The hotel is walking distance to canelar barter which great and walking distance to family fried chicken to grab delicious dinner. Bed is comfortable and new but the restroom needs to be repaired or should be well maintained. There is no room decoration such as painting or even lampshade to make it cozy 😅 TV has cable but bad reception, wifi - is I think a must in a hotel they have it but very weak and unstable in room. For breakfast, they serve it plated and only one menu per breakfast. I think they should have selectiona for those picky eaters. When you book with trip.com they wouldn't see your booking as booked by trip. Com you may ask them to check ******* booking For it's price exterior, location and bed is better compared to the other hotels in the area but maybe next time we'll try the other hotels with better amenities 😊❤️

El hotel era agradable. Recuerdo que me quedé en el hotel hace décadas cuando era niño, por lo que era nostalgico. El hotel es relajado y agradable. Las habitaciones (estuvimos en el nuevo edificio) somos limpias, agradables y modernas. Las TVs fueron un poco básicas sin embargo. El restaurante tiene mucho tiempo de espera, pero la comida era realmente deliciosa. Desafortunadamente, vimos un gran rata correndo por nosotros en el restaurante. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.

The hotel location is very good. The unforgettable experience, the room that I booked was given to walk in customers which ended up me and my children sleeping at the hotel lobby waiting for 7 hours (1 am to 8am, I pre alerted that it's an early check in due to our travel time schedule). Thanks to the night shift staff (I forgot the lady staff name, but I still remember her face) who ensured that we would get a clean room by 8am. It was the day shift staff that released my room booking. Still we will book again in the future. Recommendable. Just need to call one day before arrival to ensure booking is secured. Service rates as good for the lady staff that assisted us. Recommendation: pls invest in changing all the towels and bedsheets it is obvious that need to replace to look clean. Thank you.

The location is perfect, it's near everything Malls, restaurants, bank etc. I just hope that they will mop the floor. The room is spacious and my family of 5 was comfortable. They gave us free water and toiletries. The free buffet breakfast was ok but it can be improved and serve more hot meals.

Our stay in Two Seasons Executive Suite is good experience. Though there are some concerns in their facilities such as no available tables and chairs. Imagine, how did we ate our food? Anyway, I would like to suggest that next time they should add up some furniture, table and chairs. Regarding with the service, it's quite good but upon checking in - I think there's a problem occurred which I clearly booked online 3 days and 2 nights, yet they ask if are we going to extend our stay. Meaning, in checking-in they only charge us for 1 night. So, improve the management skills for easy transaction. FOOD? I am not sure if they have offer food, but in our stay we didn't avail.

A most posh place in this city. Better for events than stay like a hotel. The room was spacy clean, a good aircon. The pool has no umbrellas and hiding from sun. Not a very big garden. Room service very good. Breakfast not bad. There was some cheap spread instead of butter in the ”European” breakfast
