Beachfront property with great pools and beachfront restaurant for great sunset cocktails. However the property is showing many signs of aging. In my opinion, an uplifting renovation is needed. The staff are all very attentive and requests are responded promptly. I had to request another room the next morning as the moldy smell of the ac is making me sneeze all night. Within the hour I was relocated to another room with an ocean view and overlooking the pools. Our request for a “tabo” was granted asap and I think that made our stay on the positive side. Little cons for improvement: face towel torn with holes, no smart tv with netflix, bad tv location in room, dirty smelly canal beside Coast restaurant, letting guests use pool with their street clothes on, hawkers on the beach, access road to the property is too narrow, hallways unlit, elevators not cleaned often, only 4 hangers, no microwave, outside food not allowed, tap water not potable and only 1 drinking water station each floor, no hand held shower head and a room safety deposit box that took 3 staff to get it operational.

Buen -Parque como alojamiento, amistoso para animales, muchas piscinas agradables para usar. La villa de parejas tiene una pequeña piscina rodeada de plantas para la privacidad. Aire acondicionado. Agua de ducha caliente, agua potable local proporcionada. Almacenamiento en el interior de la habitación, refresco y bañera. Entrada con guardia de la puerta. Proporcionada desayuno, las porciones son locales pero bastante llenas. Una gran cantidad de estacionamiento en el lugar (cuidado por los cocodrilos sobre el coche). Carril de golf con conductor disponible, pero la caminata es muy corta y en su mayoría plano. La rosca de dientes y las instalaciones proporcionadas. Los anzuelos y los bugs son típicos, por lo que no es un problema (spray de bugs recomendado para extranjeros). Los empleados son bienvenidos y muy responsables y bien acolchados. Servicio de habitaciones (todo el almuerzo). Bad -la falta de menú de comida en la habitación con servicio de habitaciones ofrecido, mantenimiento llamado Butler pero no. Provided celular con carga, carga expiró inicialmente. Actualiza cada 6 horas para llamar por mensaje de texto. 80% del tiempo de mantenimiento no se pudo alcanzar. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los vendedores de la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. La orden de desayuno perdida el último día para comprobar, fue colocada 6PM en persona en la noche de la puerta antes. En general, fue un placer quedarse en Vilas Buenavista. El lugar es generalmente limpio y tranquilo. De hecho, tendrás un buen descanso de noche después de un día completo de viaje y una noche de salida. El personal es amable y cortesía. Pero sólo unas pocas cosas: 1. Estamos agradecidos por ofrecer un desayuno complimentario (que era delicioso, IVA), sin embargo, la mayoría de las opciones de comida no estaban disponibles. Como es complimentar y los productos alimenticios no son comida gourmet, la mayoría de los productos que puede almacenar en su nevera durante más tiempo, como los hotdogs, el tocino y la longanisa. 2. No hay opción de tener comida en la habitación. 3. Aunque hay un teléfono terrestre en la habitación, no hay tono de llamada, por lo que es inútil. La habitación era limpia, con AC frída, un refrigerador de trabajo y una TV. Lo importante es que tienen una gran habitación donde podemos deshacernos. 5. Puede que tengas que tener tu propio transporte, ya que es difícil cambiar de un punto y de vuelta al hotel. Así que si usted está buscando un lugar tranquilo, privado y limpio para permanecer mientras disfruta de La Unión, le recomiendo sin duda que añada Villas Buenavista a sus opciones.

Our recent stay at Maritoni Bali Suites and Villas in Bauang, La Union, was nothing short of delightful. The property is impeccably clean, and it’s clear that the management prioritizes maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The room we stayed in was spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing more than enough comfort for a relaxing getaway. It was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a well-stocked minibar to quality toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free experience. What stood out most was the peaceful ambiance of the place, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The pool was well-maintained and added to the serene vibe, making it a favorite spot during our stay. On top of that, the internet connection was surprisingly strong, which was a huge plus for us as we needed to stay connected for work. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile to assist guests. A special shout-out goes to Irene, one of the staff members, whose proactive and kind demeanor truly made our stay memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which left a lasting impression. Overall, Maritoni Bali Suites and Villas offers excellent value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in La Union.

2nd time staying in Monarch. Still a very nice stay. The room still needs a bit of maintenance, I did see a hole just beside the socket in the bathroom. Other than that, the service is still great. The breakfast during our first time had better selections but maybe that's because it was a weekend compared to our weekday stay. The pool and courtyard is a nice.

Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city! Balai Balatong is located inside a barangay and has kubo/hut theme with a touch of modern elegance. The rooms are well designed and are really clean. We were lucky to book the place for our own on that day as it is a weekday for a very inexpensive price. We got the pool and entire place literally for our own for a day which is great! It could be priced double or triple for its current state of the rooms. As the place is relatively new, just opened last 2024, there is no in house reception available. Works like an airbnb. No in house-resto yet. These two might be the reasons why they are holding on to pricing the rooms higher. Would have given them a perfect rating if these are available. There is a good restaurant though just in front of the place called Pha Ramen which is an aesthetically good restaurant serving good Pinoy dishes (and accepts credit cards). Staffs are friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight the next day and they were able to arrange for our transfer to the airport. We will surely come back!

We had an absolutely enchanting experience as a family. We booked a weekday getaway and were fortunate enough to enjoy the resort almost entirely to ourselves. The resort was impeccably maintained, showcasing its clean and pristine condition. The expansive stretch of fine sand was nothing short of breathtaking, inviting us to relax and soak in the beauty around us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home.
