Savoy and Belmont ha encontrado una solución óptima para la distancia de la playa. Pregunte siempre en recepción a qué hora es el próximo servicio de traslado. Hay dos tipos de vehículos, una furgoneta moderna (belmont) y un jeep tradicional (savoy) que se turnan para recoger y dejar a los huéspedes. La playa tiene una vista del amanecer, por lo que las personas que desean obtener las mejores líneas de bronceado deben hacerlo temprano en la mañana. Mientras tanto aquí se ven fotos de 13 a 17 horas con muy buenas partes de sombra y marea alta. No esperes arena súper fina, las costas tienen rocas grandes pero es manejable. A cierta hora del día el agua está clara y se ven pequeños peces. Vaya a nadar en las partes medias donde no hay rocas mínimas, pero tan pronto como se dé un chapuzón, apreciará la corriente fría y caliente que corre por su cuerpo. Sensación única y relajante. El gimnasio es óptimo; si conoces las mancuernas, estarías satisfecho con el peso más pesado, 50 kg. El área de cardio está frente a la piscina. Las máquinas son manejables, es bueno simplemente conseguir una bomba. La comida que se sirve durante 3 noches es casi la misma que en mi reseña anterior. Desayuno filipino-americano. Hace frío entre semana, pero se llena mucho los fines de semana. Entonces, si te quedas en un día laborable, aún podrás ver platos y tazones llenos. Los fines de semana, historia diferente. Entonces, un truco es que debes ir de 6 a. m. a 8 a. m. para ver las diferentes opciones. La mentalidad de la mayoría de las personas optará por ir de 9 a. m. a 10 a. m. para sentirse llenos hasta la hora del almuerzo. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. We also enjoyed the food though it's a bit pricey. I've read a couple of reviews stating that their bed was damp, so that was the very first thing I checked when we entered the room. Fortunately, we had a dry one and everything looked clean. Overall, we had a great and pleasurable stay.

The specific hotel is just 20 minutes driving from the Cebu airport. Its location is excellent. I can say that it was a small paradise. There is a huge pool with a bar that you can spend your day. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was huge. The room was amazing, very clean. The Cara Spa was excellent with professional staff. Also, the Nonki restaurant offers one of the best sushi i have ever tried. Thank you for making our honeymoon so unique!

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

I stayed here with my brother and we enjoyed our stay. It’s located very near (within walking distance) of a small mall (Parkmall, a very simple mall with a lot of food establishments a National Bookstore, and a Savemore grocery store), and fairly near SM JMall (around 2km away). The amenities are good, but I think it lacks sockets. There is one by the coffee maker, one of the lamps, and under the room phone socket in between the beds, but that one doesn’t work. Upon entering the hotel, you are required to place your bags and belongings in a tray and put it through the X-ray machine, which is good for extra safety but can feel a little bit annoying at times (I don’t like the machine flaps touching my things and just tolerate it at airports since it’s required). The staff was able to get us a room upgrade for free and followed my request of 2 beds instead of a queen -sized bed, which I requested in advance; although my request of a room near an elevator was not able to be accommodated as all the other rooms were occupied. Service is good and they were able to get me an adapter (which I tried to use to get the power socket near the bed to work), but delivery was quite slow. Overall, I would recommend bai hotel for its location, friendly staff, and amenities offered (just wish that the outlet near the bed worked).

When it comes to staff nila very approachable and masiyahin lahat ng mga staff nila naka smile always and they always greet guests specially the one who handled us si Ms. Charie of FO shes so charming at naka smile palagi and very approachable kahit ang dami kong questions na kahit busy sila she answered all my questions genuinely. I recommend talaga solea especially if you have kids ma e enjoy talaga sila very friendly place.

Teníamos un Smart TV en nuestra habitación y pudimos acceder a mi cuenta personal de Netflix a través de él. Había un mini refrigerador personal, un hervidor eléctrico, tazas, vasos, cucharaditas, platillos, una pequeña caja fuerte, albornoces, zapatillas de hotel, artículos de tocador básicos y también paquetes de café, crema y azúcar dentro de la habitación. El desayuno era delicioso y la ubicación del hotel en sí era excelente. Tenían un servicio de transporte a la playa y alrededor de 4 o 5 lugares para comer. Me entristece que la hora de check-in fuera a las 3:00 p.m. y la hora de salida fuera a las 11 a.m. Me hubiera gustado quedarme un poco más allí.

I choose Bayfront North Reclamation due to its great location to most places that we planned to visit. Nearby SM and city area. In addition this is very accessible to buses to and from airport.  Although rooms are not so maintained, but when we request for housekeeping to clean our room they act fast enough. Breakfast however is jam packed even as early as 7am. Overall Bayfront is good choice for us.

Location is very good. Just across Ayala Mall. Housekeeping can be improved a lot. No available bidet. Drainage is not so good at all. Breakfast so so.

Amo este hotel lobby y desayuno las mejores muchas opciones de comida. Sólo las habitaciones de baño es todavía viejo sin cama. Y necesita llamar al piombo para limpiarlo correctamente. Espero que puedan cambiar el baño coz que amo quedarme en este hotel. El bar de Agwa y la distancia a pie del parque informático.

We stayed at this hotel after visiting the Radisson and Quest Hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with a skywalk directly connecting to the mall. The lifts by your rooms also go down to the car park, which has a grocery store as part of the mall—a great convenience if you're staying in a suite with a stove and fridge, you can take your groceries directly to your room from the lift access skipping reception. We cooked a few meals during our stay, and it worked out really well. Check-in was efficient, though we were informed that formal attire was required for breakfast—long sleeves and no shorts. Personally, I found this a bit strict, especially as someone who frequently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels in England. We followed the dress code on the first day but noticed others wearing shorts and short-sleeved shirts, so we did the same for the rest of our stay. My tailored shorts and presentable shirts seemed appropriate for a breakfast buffet, not a formal dinner. The hotel's location in the IT Park is ideal, with plenty of places to visit within walking distance, including Sugbo Mercado for street food, which we went to twice with my fiancée's friends. The lobby staff and security were incredibly helpful. You can order a Grab and wait in the lobby, and the security guards will notify you when your taxi arrives. On the rooftop, there’s a bar and restaurant, a gym, and a pool. The pool is higher than the gym, offering some privacy while swimming, which we appreciated. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the poolside. There’s a bar where you can claim a welcome drink, but it was unmanned when we visited, and we ended up not using our voucher. We had one small issue during our stay when my Revolut platinum card, which is metal and thicker than usual cards, got stuck in the ATM. The security guard, Anjol, was incredibly helpful. He called the ATM owners, and with his assistance, we were able to retrieve the card without damage. His help was much appreciated, and management should recognize his excellent service. The attached mall has a food court where we enjoyed fruit shakes and boba tea, as well as karaoke booths, a cinema, and various shops. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit to fully enjoy the hotel and mall.

It's a quiet place so if you like to have a vacation with family I think this place is perfect. They have a bar though to sip and unwind facing to the beach it's such a great ambiance. They also have restaurant with a classy and elegant vibe. What I like is the hotel is really clean and modern their staff is very polite and hospitable. With the food hmm I like the breakfast than dinner both are buffet. The time we went there they have a Zumba in the pool and I find it cute seeing guest doing Zumba together.

La habitación estaba bien, bastante pequeña pero cómoda. La cama era realmente cómoda. El personal fue muy servicial, necesitaba algunos medicamentos y felizmente me ayudaron a comprarlos cuando no podía salir de mi habitación. La ubicación también está bastante bien, sinceramente, es buena para una estancia de una noche si necesitas llegar al aeropuerto, también ofrecen un servicio de transporte gratuito.

All good with the experience, the staff is particularly courteous and helpful. Food was good in the restaurants and everything is thought of. We had a leak in the balcony and that is the only one gripe we had in the whole trip.

This hotel is amazing and has the perfect staff, area, room, beach. Every my request was answered and resolved. I hope I could return this hotel because I enjoyed my trip especially staff. Breakfast was great. Also hotel has its own beach area when you can swim and snorkeling, but I recommend to use special shoes because there a lot of reefs.  I was after long trip and I could relax there. 

Nos alojamos en el hotel por 3 días. Muy hospitalario, el personal es magnífico. Las habitaciones están limpias, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El desayuno es bueno, pero en algunos lugares tendrás que esperar a que te entreguen la comida. solucionado rápidamente. Se puede ver y oír la construcción cerca del hotel, pero personalmente no me irritó ni me despertó, como dicen en las reseñas. El lado negativo es que el servicio en el restaurante y bar local es muy lento, faltan la mitad de los platos del menú y los precios son mucho más altos que en los restaurantes vecinos. Hablando de restaurantes, hay lugares normales cerca, pero para llegar a ellos tendrás que caminar o tomar un taxi, al menos 750 metros por la carretera pasando por barrios marginales y obras en construcción. Una política muy extraña con respecto a la comida “propia” traída desde fuera del hotel (se espera un cargo por descorche de 250 pesos), esto estaría bien si al menos de alguna manera se llenara la variedad del restaurante y la tienda local. La playa está formada por pequeños guijarros, cercada por el mar casi hasta el final por boyas que llegan hasta las rodillas. Entiendo que esto es típico de Cebú, pero tenlo en cuenta de todos modos. Para su información: se requiere un depósito de 2000 pesos por día por cada habitación o mediante tarjeta de crédito.
