«El lugar está bien. Fue completamente envasado cuando llegamos, por lo que tuvimos que esperar un poco antes de entrar. No creo que estaban completamente preparados para ello. Habitación: Eso está bien, pero no vale la pena. El jabón y el champú no son buenos son minibar-size. En cuanto al servicio de la habitación, daría al ateniente “Ronnel”, creo que un 10/10. Él era accesible y nos saludó con un auténtico sonriso. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero no se puede encontrar en el centro de la ciudad.»

«Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.»

Es un buen cuarto y muy caro por lo que me dio.
El piso no se sentía tan sólido. Se mueve cuando la gente caminaba por el sótano y arriba. No es un buen signo.
En el pasillo también se ha producido un ruido muy alto.
El AC también era viejo y ruidoso.
El hotel está bien situado y hay mejores habitaciones en el fondo, por lo que las evaluaciones serán probablemente más positivas para esas suites.»

«We had a pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was comfortable, well-arranged, and provided a relaxing space after a long day. The elevator was efficient and made getting around the building very convenient. The breakfast was decent, although there is some room for improvement. I would not recommend ordering the bangus, as it did not match the photo shown and was noticeably small in portion. My partner was quite disappointed with that choice. On the bright side, I ordered the American breakfast and found it much more satisfying, both in taste and portion size. One area that could use attention is cleanliness, particularly with the bedding. I have allergy rhinitis, and I noticed that my symptoms were slightly triggered while under the blanket, which suggests that a more thorough cleaning process might be beneficial. What truly stood out during our stay was the staff. The reception team was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine smiles every time we passed by, which made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, we genuinely loved our stay.»

LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

UUsuario invitadoLocated near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

UUsuario invitadoI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel. They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members.
The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures. They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel.
I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced.
The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants.
What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home.
However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement:
1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control. Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature.
2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator. Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us. Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff. So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired.
3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms. Tried sending a message but no quick reply. So just called the number and got an apology and feedback. Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests.
4. We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout. No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes. Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light. We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted. Thank you.
Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon.

LLei Miclat2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything.
I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me.
I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁
What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff.
The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family.
The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids.
I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories.
Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️
