La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Hay varios restaurantes de barbacoa y varias tiendas pequeñas a sólo 100 metros. Se tarda dos o tres minutos a pie hasta la calle comercial más transitada de la ciudad. Es muy conveniente tanto si vas en moto como si lo tomas. un tuk-tuk. La señora de la recepción es muy entusiasta y responde a todas sus preguntas. Puede ayudarle a alquilar motocicletas o reservar varios itinerarios, etc. El hotel en su conjunto es muy nuevo, limpio y bonito, con instalaciones completas. Es muy cómodo para alojarse. La decoración es de un estilo moderno que me gusta. El desayuno es tipo buffet, que está delicioso. En definitiva, un gran hotel con una excelente relación calidad-precio. ¡Muy recomendable!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at POTB for six days, and despite a few minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. POTB provided a memorable experience that I am happy to share with fellow travelers. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel’s mini bar was still under construction. While this was a slight disappointment, it did not hinder my overall experience. The hotel staff quickly accommodated my needs by providing alternative options, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.Another aspect that caught my attention was the distance between the front beach and the sea. Although it was farther than expected, the hotel’s stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or a rejuvenating vacation, POTB is sure to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Mis objetivos para esta vacaciones fueron la paz y la tranquilidad de cualquier multitud, y sólo tengo eso aquí. La isla es muy remota, así que se prepárese para ello. El resort ofreció un viaje de día a los casos y cuevas cercanos (gela de jaula no amarilla!) que era lindo. También tienes el uso gratuito de cayaques y tableros de paddle. He traído mi propio equipo de snorkelling conmigo y zapatos de agua. El suelo es rocoso para entrar en el agua, así que puedes necesitarlos. El menú del resort es simple, pero bueno. Asegúrese de que trae dinero para todo como se muestra que la tarjeta de crédito se acepta pero no. ¡Nota también que esta es una parte remota de la isla, así que no hay nada en su alrededor y está rodeado de la vida salvaje, que es exactamente lo que quería. ¡Tenga en cuenta cuando reserve! The hotel is located quite in rhe center, 10 min walk from General luna center area. The hotel spot is amazing and well designed from the outside, i really felt in the middle of the jungle with very cozy and chill vibe. But, and a big but!! The interior of the cabins is old and not well maintained . When i arrived to the hotel they told me that they “upgraded” my stay, and put me in a family cabin of 2 floors (not comfortable at all cause the beds are upstairs and the stairs are very stiff). There was an horibble smell of sewers from the shower and the sink, just luck i had my own incense so i put it on every time i took a shower. Moreover, the lightning in the cabin is very poor, and mostly in the bathroom area. During the night i had lots of noices from the roof, like some animal is trying to come inside- which made me worried and get scared of going back to sleep. Also, the cabin is not sealed and i got tones of mosquitoes bites all over my body. Staff is nice but everything takes long time until its done. Overall - the place is very nice and the property itself is located in great spot! With very nice, relaxing and chill vibes. But i wouldnt recommend to stay in this place due to the lack of maintenance.

It was an amazing experience, staffs are very kind, courteous and very accomodating to our needs. The room was nice, although i should have booked the junior suites if i wanted room with balcony. Although room service for our foods took quite a long time to be deliver, but it was understandable since there was a wedding event during our stay. Definitely I will be back again.. im going to start saving for my next vacation. ❤ Finally bucket list checked.

I book two rooms when i was there. The first room their bathroom stuck up and it takes almost an hour the maintenance to come we have to call a couple of times. Our 2nd room the AC is not working in the middle of the night we have to transfer to other rooms. The bathroom sink is not properly elevated so when in was showering The water stuck up.. Its like a flooded bathroom ,gross. But i love the food the service people and the receptionist they so great. I think their rooms needs improvement. That’s all

We stayed in a private room at Casavia Siargao and had a great experience overall. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and pillows that ensured restful nights. The hostel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive vibe of the place. The hostel offers some great spaces for chilling out and socializing, which we appreciated after long days of exploring. During our stay, the island was experiencing a three-week-long power cut. Thankfully, the hostel had a generator and used it on a schedule, which helped make the situation manageable. There’s a construction site adjacent to the hostel, but it didn’t really affect us since we were out during the day, and work had usually finished by the time we returned. Overall, Casavia Siargao provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, even under challenging circumstances. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting the island and looking for a friendly and relaxed place to stay.
