Hotel located in the town center, with many eateries nearby. The room is clean but the bathroom is a bit too small. Overall, still considered okay with the perfect location and the inexpensive hotel room.

El Waterfront Hotel es muy conveniente para permanecer. El famoso río Sarawak es sólo un paseo de la puerta. El hotel es nuevo y limpio. El cuarto es amplio y tiene muchas comodidades para disfrutar. El desayuno es tan delicioso. Altamente recomendado para permanecer en Kuching.

La ubicación era fantástica. Justo al lado hay un 7 eleven. La habitación era bastante amplia y proporcionan toallas nuevas todos los dias. Estuvimos en la planta 7, las vistas son geniales. La moqueta estaba bastante sucia y manchada, ambas noches al despertarnos por la mañana, nos levantamos con varias picadas de insecto...posibles chinches? Aun no sabemos. Lo que si sabemos que no eran de los paseos de la calle, porque estamos bien y nos levantamos con ellas. Recomiendo una limpieza a fondo...

The most noteworthy feature of this hotel is the incredibly spacious rooms. After researching all the available options in Bintulu, I can confidently say that Goldenbay Hotel offers the best value for money. I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area. The amenities were another high point of the trip. It was a lucky coincidence that a comb was provided, as I had forgotten to pack one. Furthermore, I was impressed by the quality of the hair and body shampoos. It is rare for me to enjoy hotel-provided toiletries, but these left me feeling truly clean and lathered up well. To top it off, the rooftop offers a gorgeous view, especially during sunset. However, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. I booked two rooms; while my room was fine, the second room had significant lighting issues. Although the reception sent a technician to help, they only managed to fix one light. Even after the repair, that room remained much dimmer than mine. Additionally, the bidet in my own bathroom was leaking. It felt a bit ironic to see multiple signs encouraging guests to save water and use the bidet instead of paper when the fixture itself wasn't working properly. Lastly, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The selection was quite limited, and the taste was only average. If I return to this hotel in the future, I would likely book a room-only rate and find breakfast elsewhere.

Spacious room with good basic amenities eg : soap, shampoo n tooth brush etc ... Breakfast was simple, nasi lemak sambal have room for improvement. Overall? Value for money if u just need a clean room to stay overnight

The view was absolutely spot on - definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Kuching Waterfront, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, cafes, and local spots. Everything was within easy reach, and the area has a really nice, relaxing vibe, especially in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The convenience of being able to walk around without needing transport made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a strategic location with a great view.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Kuching with my best friend! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the beds were super cozy after a long day exploring Kuching. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, cafés, and local attractions. It was the perfect place for a short getaway and quality time with my best friend. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Kuching!

Great location to have day and night view of Sarawak river and access its fabulous water front. Also had a dip at its swimming pool . The sound proof windows can not totally block off noise from the roaring motor bike passing the street. Wash liquid are empty in the bathroom

Checked in at 3:30pm on a weekday and was told the room still wasn’t ready, which was disappointing considering it wasn’t a public holiday and the hotel didn’t appear particularly busy. After a long day of travelling, the last thing you expect is to wait around past check-in time with no proper explanation or urgency from staff. The facilities were another letdown. Went for a swim around 9:30am only to find the pool closed for cleaning during peak morning hours. The spa and steam room were also frustrating to use because we had to search for staff every single time just to get them switched on. It defeats the purpose of advertising these facilities if guests can’t conveniently access them when they want to relax. Overall, the hotel looks nice on the surface, but the service and management of the facilities really took away from the experience. For a Pullman hotel, I expected a much smoother and more premium stay.

Este hotel de cadena de Sarawakian 2-year antiguo ofrece una estancia cómoda y sin problemas. El escritorio delantero y el personal de Noosa son amigables. Hay café y tienda de conveniencia en el piso, restaurante en casa en el segundo piso y sala de eventos de techo. El hotel ofrece balcón abierto en cada piso, de modo que los huéspedes del hotel pueden capturar escenario espectacular sobre Gunung Serapi en el horizonte. La habitación es muy espaciosa, pero un poco demasiado oscura. Incluso el baño (especialmente la zona de ducha) es demasiado oscura.
