Viaje agradable y fácil para los turistas. La actividad marina y el salto de isla en isla son fáciles de realizar y la habitación del hotel es grande y limpia. Me dijeron que la habitación cerca de la piscina y el mar está completamente renovada y el personal me preguntó si quería mejorar. Estaba contento con Mountain View ya que realmente me quedé en la habitación y vi la vista desde allí.

Mi pareja y yo acabamos de pasar tres noches en una Palm Villa en Gayana Marine Resort. ¡Qué lugar para alojarse... Simplemente increíble! Desde el principio todo fue perfecto. Llegamos al ferry y el personal fue muy servicial. El ferry salió a tiempo y tardó menos de 30 minutos. Al llegar nos dieron toallas frías y una bebida. El personal nos explicó todo detalladamente y nos llevaron a nuestra habitación unos 30 minutos antes. ¡La Palm Villa era preciosa! Si puedes gastar un poco más y tener esta habitación, ¡vale la pena! Me quedé sin palabras cuando entré. ¡Súper limpio y ordenado! ¡Las fotos en línea no le hacen justicia a este resort! Comimos en el restaurante Macac. Había mucho para elegir en el menú y todo sabía fresco y delicioso. El desayuno está incluido y todo se preparaba fresco a pedido. También había un bufé que tenía pasteles, fruta, cereales y mucho más. Hicimos uso de los deportes acuáticos que también están incluidos. Usamos los kayaks y las tablas de remo. Hay muchas opciones disponibles y solo tienes que venir y preguntar, ¡no es necesario reservar! ¡Todos los miembros del personal fueron encantadores! Todos te saludan, son muy amables y se esfuerzan al máximo para ayudarte. ¡Su inglés era impresionante! Solo habíamos reservado dos noches, pero nos encantó tanto que ampliamos nuestra estadía. Recomiendo mucho este lugar y espero que la gerencia vea esta reseña para transmitirla al personal. Gracias. Tasha y Chris.

La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. Era adecuada para una familia y para aquellos que prefieren relajarse. La vista desde nuestra habitación era fascinante e impresionante. Su comida es súper sabrosa. Solo necesitamos de 5 a 10 minutos para acceder a los lugares para comer y a un paquete de viaje a Pasar Semporna. Reservaremos este hotel nuevamente cuando regresemos a Semporna.

The staff friendliness is just amzing 10/10. Excellent Service.Our room had amazing view of the sea and opposite resort called Gayana. Dinner: Only Buffet option is available and its about RM167/person +taxes. The spread are fairly good and it is delicious. Though they do have 2 more different Restaurant in the island,Japanese and fine dining. Breakfast: Included in the room price. Menu changes daily. I have nothing to complaint about the room,for us its comfortable.All rooms have exactly the dane Designs the only difference is where it is located. You are paying for the view. Activities: For me I think 3 days 2 nights are perfect to spend your time here, swimming by the pool,kayaking,snorkling,Jungle trekking, visiting the private beach. 1 hour complimentary use of snorklinh masks. I like the public guests showers and towel provided.Very convinient. One thing that I would like to comment is the boat fees are relatively very expansive.15 mins speedboat per person one way cost about Rm80+taxes..Just return trip cost RM170++ per person. This is not even including island conservation fees and tourist fees. All this added fees makes the Hotel cost more expansive. Because a boat trip to nearby or same Island cost only Rm40. GAYANA ECO RESORT provided inclusive/complimentary return boat fees. I hope the Management can improve this because we as Guests are going to spend more money on F&B and at the Bar. Last but not least I would like to compliment the service and staffs in thsi Resort I think they did such an amazing job. Overalö the Resort is beautiful andclose to the nature.

The scenery here is truly stunning. The water is crystal clear with beautiful shades of blue, like a real-life glass ocean. It is so clean and pure that you do not even need a filter for photos.Beyond the unbeatable sea views, the staff here made our trip extra special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They always had a big smile on their faces and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Perfect views combined with exceptional hospitality made this an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommended!

En primer lugar, el ambiente es muy bueno y el ambiente de vacaciones en la playa privada está lleno de ambiente. ¡pero! ! ! La primera es que la decoración es relativamente antigua, se estima que tiene 20 años. Vi un techo caerse en una habitación contigua y los trabajadores lo estaban reparando. Entonces llegó el punto: ¡la habitación tenía mala higiene y había chinches! ¡Y no puedes verlo, por lo que no puedes evitarlo en absoluto! Me quedé dos días seguidos. El primer día me picó un mosquito de arena junto a la piscina, después del desayuno, a la mañana siguiente, fui a la enfermería a buscar a la enfermera y le apliqué un ungüento. Me quedé en la habitación todo el día sin atreverme a salir Bueno, por la tarde aparecieron unos cuantos bultos más que picaban, aparecieron nuevos bultos que picaban en el cuerpo, muslos, ombligo y otros lugares cubiertos por la ropa, y obviamente eran diferentes a los que tenía. ¡Los bultos picados por los mosquitos de arena! Entonces, cuando leí una reseña que decía que había insectos en la habitación del hotel, la respuesta oficial decía que eran mosquitos de arena, ¡lo cual confunde al público! ¡La culpa es que la higiene de la habitación no está bien hecha! Shangri-La realmente tiene la fuerza para persuadirnos de que renunciemos y ¡nunca volveremos! !

Location is strategic , rooms are big enough.Aircon is good and cool enough. Overall ok just have some weaknesses for example the cleanliness. A lot of ants on table. Washing machine not functioning. Hair dryer got sparks when turn on Car park provided.

Had a great stay at Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a nice and cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and attractions within easy reach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure trips. Comfortable, convenient, and well worth considering when staying in Kota Kinabalu. I would definitely stay here again.

While the Sky Hotel delivers on space and comfort, a few maintenance and service details keep it from being a seamless experience. On the positive side, the room itself is impressive—spacious, cleanly kept, and equipped with a wonderfully cold air-conditioning unit that keeps the space perfectly chilled. The bed is exceptionally comfortable as well, guaranteeing a great night's rest. However, we ran into a frustrating issue right at the start when we couldn't enter our room due to a weak, dying battery in the door lock after a night and this happened after we had breakfast the next day. Beyond the lock malfunction, the remaining amenities are a bit of a mixed bag. The breakfast spread is fairly basic; it is decent enough to fill you up in the morning, but the quality and variety are strictly average. On-site parking is free, which is a great perk, though finding a spot can turn into quite a challenge if the hotel is booked at full capacity. Overall, it remains a decent option for a comfortable, cool, and roomy stay, provided you don't mind a few operational rough edges.

Mi estancia en el resort no fue tan fluida como esperaba. Tuve algunos problemas, ya que el resort requiere mucha atención en cuanto a mantenimiento. El Sr. Jakil, quien posee los conocimientos y la competencia necesarios para abordar muchos de los problemas que enfrenta el resort, resolvió rápidamente los problemas que encontré. Con más de 15 años de experiencia en gestión, reconozco el talento al instante y creo que el Sr. Jakil lo tiene y debería tener más responsabilidad y autoridad en el hotel para mejorar la calidad y los estándares.
