Viaje agradable y fácil para los turistas. La actividad marina y el salto de isla en isla son fáciles de realizar y la habitación del hotel es grande y limpia. Me dijeron que la habitación cerca de la piscina y el mar está completamente renovada y el personal me preguntó si quería mejorar. Estaba contento con Mountain View ya que realmente me quedé en la habitación y vi la vista desde allí.

Mi pareja y yo acabamos de pasar tres noches en una Palm Villa en Gayana Marine Resort. ¡Qué lugar para alojarse... Simplemente increíble! Desde el principio todo fue perfecto. Llegamos al ferry y el personal fue muy servicial. El ferry salió a tiempo y tardó menos de 30 minutos. Al llegar nos dieron toallas frías y una bebida. El personal nos explicó todo detalladamente y nos llevaron a nuestra habitación unos 30 minutos antes. ¡La Palm Villa era preciosa! Si puedes gastar un poco más y tener esta habitación, ¡vale la pena! Me quedé sin palabras cuando entré. ¡Súper limpio y ordenado! ¡Las fotos en línea no le hacen justicia a este resort! Comimos en el restaurante Macac. Había mucho para elegir en el menú y todo sabía fresco y delicioso. El desayuno está incluido y todo se preparaba fresco a pedido. También había un bufé que tenía pasteles, fruta, cereales y mucho más. Hicimos uso de los deportes acuáticos que también están incluidos. Usamos los kayaks y las tablas de remo. Hay muchas opciones disponibles y solo tienes que venir y preguntar, ¡no es necesario reservar! ¡Todos los miembros del personal fueron encantadores! Todos te saludan, son muy amables y se esfuerzan al máximo para ayudarte. ¡Su inglés era impresionante! Solo habíamos reservado dos noches, pero nos encantó tanto que ampliamos nuestra estadía. Buena ubicación cerca del embarcadero Seafest. Hotel decente con habitaciones de tamaño decente. Bonita vista del atardecer desde la ventana de la habitación. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son bastante antiguas y el aire acondicionado no enfría en absoluto. Por lo demás, la presión del agua de la ducha es excelente. El desayuno bufé tiene opciones limitadas y la comida está por debajo de la media. El mostrador de huevos ofrece huevos precocidos en lugar de huevos hechos a pedido.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The resort is very beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The staff were friendly and kind, and they even provided an extra bed for my kids, which made our stay more comfortable. The beachfront location is amazing and very convenient for kids to do snorkeling safely. I also love that there were no sandflies, so it felt safe and comfortable for my children. The breakfast was delicious with many good choices. The environment was calm, quiet, and not noisy at all perfect for relaxing and also very suitable for honeymoon couples. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come again.

El ambiente no es tan bueno como esperaba. Escuché que las habitaciones en Shariya Shangri-La no son muy antiguas y el ambiente es muy bueno, así que elegí este lugar. Pero la habitación real es muy antigua y no hay ducha, ¡solo una bañera con cortina de ducha! Sentirse mal. Además, no sé si la habitación en la que nos alojamos era una parte separada de la suite y el aislamiento acústico era muy deficiente. Hay muchas actividades y pequeñas atracciones en el hotel escritas en el paquete. La llamada cascada es realmente muy pequeña. Me sorprende que se le pueda llamar cascada. El paisaje realmente no es tan bueno. Por supuesto, no participamos en la ruta de senderismo, así que no sabemos cómo. La playa privada tampoco se sentía tan bien. Quizás no remamos y no sabíamos si había buenas islas cerca. La puesta de sol estuvo bien, pero fue corta y no tan hermosa como las que se vieron en Sky Mirror y Tanjong Shangri-La. No hay nada delicioso en el restaurante del hotel. No hay muchas opciones y el sabor no es bueno. El precio realmente no es barato. Al final, la gestión del personal de este hotel fue realmente mala. Me encontré con un empleado de conserjería con poca integridad. Prometió tomar el efectivo que devolvimos y ayudarnos a solicitar un reembolso, pero no lo hizo. La comunicación por correo electrónico con el hotel tampoco fue fluida. Al final, me quejé a la central y pedí seguimiento, y el asunto se resolvió. Altamente no recomendado.

Location is strategic , rooms are big enough.Aircon is good and cool enough. Overall ok just have some weaknesses for example the cleanliness. A lot of ants on table. Washing machine not functioning. Hair dryer got sparks when turn on Car park provided.

I had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring Kota Kinabalu. I would like to especially commend the Doorman, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a positive impression. However, I believe the front desk team could benefit from additional training to further improve their customer service and communication skills. With some improvement in this area, the overall guest experience would be even better. Thank you for the hospitality, and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Enfrente está el mercado central de Kota Kinabalu y al lado está el mercado Tianqiao Durian. Me alojé en una habitación pequeña de 26 metros cuadrados. El hotel es nuevo y muy limpio. La habitación tiene cocina y utensilios de cocina. Es divertido comprar mariscos y cocinarlos en el mercado de mariscos de enfrente. Hay una plataforma con vistas al mar en el sexto piso, pero es necesario realizar un pedido. La piscina parece que no la gestiona nadie. Hay un Burger King en la planta baja y hay un pequeño mercado nocturno cerca por la noche. Perfecto para tránsito, si necesita una suite más grande para vacaciones.

Stayed here with family and overall had a pleasant experience, especially considering the competitive pricing. The room itself was excellent — very clean, spacious, and well prepared. The hotel followed our requests properly regarding the extra bed and breakfast arrangements, which made the stay much smoother for the family. Basic amenities were provided including shampoo, conditioner, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. We could not find a shower cap initially, but it seems it can be requested from the front desk. Breakfast was decent, though nothing particularly extraordinary. The resort offers quite a lot of fun activities and there were many families and local tourists during our stay, probably because of the holiday season. The view around the property was also very nice. In terms of design, the hotel feels somewhat similar to the neighbouring Shangri-La Rasa Ria, although naturally at a much lower price point, which makes it quite attractive value-wise. A few things to note: the road leading to the hotel was quite dark and a little confusing at night. There is also not much happening in the immediate vicinity after dark, so having your own transport is highly recommended. Since the hotel is rather far out, getting a Grab ride might be difficult at times. Thankfully, parking was ample for those driving. One small downside was that while the room cleanliness was top notch, the outdoor corridors had quite a lot of leaves, bugs, and dust. Being a resort surrounded by nature, this is somewhat understandable, but still noticeable. Overall, a good value family resort stay with spacious clean rooms, nice scenery, and plenty of activities, especially if you are travelling with your own vehicle 👍🏻

Got you — I’ll keep it balanced and honest, like a real guest who had both good and not-so-good moments. ⸻ I recently stayed at Lintas Platinum Hotel for 5 days, and overall it was a decent stay with a few hiccups along the way. On the first day, check-in was smooth, but unfortunately the first room assigned to me had no air-conditioning and no power. After informing the staff, they arranged a room change. The switch was handled fairly quickly, which I appreciated, and the new room was functioning properly. For the rest of the stay, the room was generally comfortable. The bed was good, WiFi was stable, and air-conditioning worked well (very important in Kota Kinabalu’s weather). Daily housekeeping ensured that water bottles and basic amenities were replenished consistently, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues during the stay. For the last few days, the bathroom phone kept ringing every evening around 6:29pm. I was quite busy in the mornings and only managed to report it on the last day. The staff checked but couldn’t find any issue. It was a bit strange and slightly disturbing, though thankfully it didn’t escalate beyond that. I also noticed that the towels provided were a bit old, and the housekeeping floor cleanliness could be improved. While the room was generally maintained, the floor didn’t always feel properly cleaned. That said, the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Despite a few inconveniences, the overall experience was still reasonably comfortable. With some improvements in maintenance and housekeeping quality control, the hotel could definitely provide a much better experience. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
