Good hotel. Only lighting in the room is dim. If brighter will be great but its a great hotel with lots of shopping area near by. Although no durians allowed in hotel premises got durians just outside the hotel

El hotel es el hotel más reciente de JB. Lobby en el piso de la habitación mientras se ingresa en el 5o piso. El restaurante de la cafetería, el salón de club, el restaurante de nodle y el restaurante de desayuno se encuentran en el piso 5. El gimnasio, la piscina, los niños en el parque humedo y las salas de baile están en el piso 6. Nos quedamos en una habitación de lujo normal. Espacial con zona de estar y mesa. Toalla espacial también. Toalla con bidet. Ducha con la cabeza de ducha de lluvia y mano. Tabla de vestir grande equipada con un espejo facial iluminado, secador de pelo y una variedad de instalaciones de baño. La vista desde el piso 12 fue grande. Enfrentándose al taman pelangi. Visitas desbloqueadas. El personal era amable y amable, muchos nos saludaron cuando pasamos. El hotel está situado en la izquierda del edificio, y el parque está compartido con el centro comercial que se abre pronto en abril. Nota su número de cartón y puedes entrar y salir sin límites durante tu estancia. Bien recomendado. Pagado 189sgd por una noche de viernes

Nuestra estancia fue, en general, una experiencia fantástica. La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, era espaciosa y tenía una vista increíble; disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de habitación, aunque la nueva resultó estar bien. También sería útil que nos proporcionaran una ubicación más precisa, ya que la dirección que nos dieron no era la exacta y tuvimos que caminar entre 5 y 8 minutos para llegar al apartamento. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, lo pasamos de maravilla y apreciamos enormemente la hermosa vista y la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

Location is good — very easy to grab around going KSL, mid valley. Room is Very spacious with large window of 2m. Shower pressure is good at 19th floor; but the bath tub leak(see picture ). Our bath towels look dirty and feel rough. Actually the bath mat looks cleaner and whiter than the bath towels. Breakfast spread is good but taste so so. Overall will recommend if you are not fussy. Most staffs are friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Decided to book last minute - initially cant book for family of 2A2C. WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish. Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness. The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no. Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂 Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected. Upgrade the room for RM80. Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised. Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open” Breakfast was subpar.

La familia y yo hemos estado en el Holiday Inn y tuvimos una excelente experiencia en general. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Gracias especialmente al Sr. Clayton y al Sr. Moore por ayudarnos a organizar un maravilloso cumpleaños de mi hijo, y al Sr. Nazrin y la Sra. Marde por su excelente servicio. Si se le ofrecen bolsas de plástico para la caña, sería útil que se le ofrecieran algunas pequeñas sugerencias que podrían mejorar la estancia. También, algunas iluminaciones adicionales en la mesa de maquillaje serían grandes, ya que es bastante oscuro y tuvimos que hacer nuestra maquillaje usando el espejo de baño en lugar de eso. Otra sugerencia sería incluir algunos canales de televisión. Los sandalias que se ofrecen fueron buenos, y la bidet es sin duda un gran punto de ahorro! En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía y todavía recomendaríamos este lugar.
