Desde el principio, reservé unos días en este magnífico hotel (donde me he alojado varias veces), especificando que era para una pareja de recién casados ​​y su luna de miel, y nunca imaginé que cuidarían tan bien de esta ocasión tan especial. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Absolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Stayed here recently after booking through Trip.com, and overall it was a really relaxing and unique experience. Location: The villa is about 30 minutes from Marrakesh city centre, so it’s definitely more on the quiet, countryside side. That’s great if you’re looking to unwind away from the chaos of the Medina, but just keep in mind you’ll need a taxi or arranged transport to get around. Ambience & Property: The place feels like a peaceful retreat. The pool area is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax, which makes it perfect for a chill day. The architecture has a rustic Moroccan charm with small villa-style rooms that add to the cozy vibe. Rooms & Comfort: Rooms are simple but comfortable. Not ultra-luxury, but clean and nicely designed to match the overall aesthetic of the property. It feels more like staying at a private villa than a typical hotel. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, though service can feel a bit laid-back at times (which honestly matches the vibe of the place). Food & Facilities: The poolside setup is great for relaxing, though food options might be limited compared to larger hotels. Best to plan meals or head into the city for more variety. Overall Experience: If you’re looking for a calm, aesthetic getaway with a beautiful pool and peaceful surroundings, this is a solid choice. If you prefer being close to the action, this might feel a bit too remote. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Great for relaxing, but location may not suit everyone.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

El hotel está muy bien situado y está muy bien situado. Nota, no es la dirección real de la riad. Sólo cuando llegué a descubrir que es un paseo de la dirección real indicada en trip.com. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. La primera vez que me encontré en el hotel, me dijeron que el conductor llevaría la señal del hotel con mi nombre. He tenido que llamar a la riad para que me diga que el conductor no llevaba la señal correcta, pero otro nombre similar a Riad Dar Massai, y no tenía mi nombre en ella. El signo debe ser claro al huésped por primera vez en Marrakech para mostrar ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + nombre del huésped”. Por último, el aire acondicionado era grande, pero las mantas eran muy finas. Sé que proporcionaron mantas extras, pero no la utilicé. Así que estoy muy frío en la noche. Además de los pocos desventajas, es en general un hermoso Riad, realmente me encanta la arquitectura interior, y las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, las duchas son calientes y agradables.

Ismaelle me atendió al llegar y Jamal al salir. Ambos fueron muy amables y serviciales, y me dieron valiosos consejos culturales y locales. Me resultaron muy útiles. Se lo agradezco mucho. Moverse por la medina de Marrakech puede ser complicado después de medianoche, ya que las callejuelas están abarrotadas. Tuve problemas para encontrar el Riad porque el mapa de Trip.com estaba mal. Confíen en la información de Google. Hay una mezquita en la calle de al lado, así que se oyen los cánticos muy cerca. Por lo demás, no hay ruido de motos ni gente. Es muy tranquilo por la noche, algo que me pareció muy raro en esta ciudad. Al llegar me sirvieron té y galletas, y el té estaba delicioso. Así que Ismaelle le pidió a Jamal (ya que iba a salir y volver por la noche) que me enseñara a prepararlo como lo hacen los lugareños. ¡Una hospitalidad excelente! Jamal y Abderrahmane (que trabaja en otro local de este riad) fueron muy amables y me dieron consejos muy útiles para moverme por la zona. No me refiero a información obvia, sino a información personalizada digna de un conserje. Jamal también se ofreció a ayudarme con mi equipaje por la mañana, ya que tenía algunas dificultades, y me acompañó durante 40 minutos antes de las 7 de la mañana. El desayuno en la azotea fue delicioso y mucho mejor que en el otro riad al que fui. Si este riad está disponible para las fechas de tu viaje, resérvalo. No te arrepentirás.
